I attended a meeting. That's official language is English after a long interval, and I got a shock.

As for my hearing skill, I know that it has been beyond redemption. But, the speaking also has been broken perfectly, that someone told me that "it is very awful".

I was confident in myself to speak "sort of English" even if nobody could understand what I said at all. What I could do is to keep speaking the English endlessly.

What's the validation of my worth without using such disorganized English?

-----

For this the above reasons, I am going to start the Ebanglish (that means Ebata's English) rebirth project, as any port in a storm.

So, what I do is what you see.

Though I can't tell you clearly that when I finish this project, the main purpose is to regain my Ebanglish.

There is a subordinate purpose. I would like you to build self-confidence for you.

No problem. I have walked around the world with such ruined English.

-----

Evangelische(German), that is not "Ebanglish", has a mean of Protestant Christianity.

I have graduated from the university of Protestant School. It is just a coincidence.

My family IT investigation cost is very low.

Though a head of family who works for IT field, the Ebata's understanding for IT field keeps low.

Why did it do so?

Nobody uses PC except for me.

For example, my wife uses PC for a transmission transportation service application and Google MAP. When the first daughter wants to install new music to her POD. When the second daughter want to see KONAN with youtube.

So it is naturally that it must be impossible to ask tens of thousands Yen to my wife.

-----

There are two computer places in our house. One is in the dining room, and the other is in my study room.

I think that keeping two places simultaneously is meaningless. Finally I decided to remove the PCs in my room, and integrate these more than two PCs.

In our case, the dining room has several functions, those are not only have lunch and dinner but also study room for the children. From now on, a new function that is my work place will be added.

When I write a column, the first daughter is listening to the radio of NHK English education program, the wife is watching a soup opera with headphone, and the second daughter is doing prep-school's homework.

To be honest, it is chaos.

Why should we try to do something under the odd circumstance, though we have our own rooms ?

We like to spend time together ---- it is inaccuracy. The correct answer is that we all don't have good spirits to achieve something by ourselves.

-----

I am annoying that How the PC level tune. Nobody uses the PC with my level, I can't work effectively with my family's level.

It is not allowed to make each accounts of my family members on the PC.

We all want to use the PC anytime. When I am working with the PC, the daughters and wife interrupt me because of thier wish to use GoogleMAP, Hatune Mike, and KONAN. The PC should be needed to be used by four people simultaneously.

When you come to think of it, I think that "account" is a typical modern and western concept.

Everyone can read my wife's gmail without restrictions. Yesterday, my daughters and I confirmed that my wife hadn't done something of sexually unfaithful.

This is irony of my situation that four persons share one PC (according to security issue, it must be mad) and the IT researcher and engineer manages the PC.

------

A main discussion starts from here.

I always use "SKKIME" that is a kind of IME(Input Method Editor). It is absolutely unusual IME in Japan.

Though I love this IME to realize the ultra-fast document maker, it is bother for me to coexistence between normal IME and SKKIME,

Easy to estimate the followings.

I don't use any IME execept for SKKIME → I forget the change the IME before shutdown → My wife and daughter call me to complain my miatake even if I am in work place.

I will enforce my family to use SKKIME as the Ebata's de-fact standard.

This unusual IME work well as the fast document maker. The practice will be needed but the merit might be big.

The only problem is that the family can not use other PC naturally.

Which is the better, to give up my work environment or to give up my daughter's futuer IT literacy ?

Needless to say that,

I will complete to make my daughter better SKKIME familiar spirit of junior or junior high school student.

I have the honor of being appointed as a member of "safety and health committee" in my company.

When I heard the new, I thought that my company seemed to say "nice joke". But they were serious.

―― What are on earth they expecting me ?

I always think that "The end justifies the means." For me, "safety and health" is conflicting and disjoint concept.

But a business is a business.

Now I am ruling by fear, for example, like a mother-in-law who needles her son's new wife, or Rudolf Walter Richard Hes who was an original General of Schutzstaffelz(SS).

I know well.

After my retirement, I was captured and confined to a closed door by my old colleges, and accused for the death by hanging, like Adolf Otto Eichmann.

-----

Sorry for long prelude.

I am annoying how to dispose the leaving extra forty-three umbrellas. Most of the all are utilizable.

Of course, it is easy to dispose them, but "Rudolf Hes" in my company can't stand it.

The main policy in the new "Third Reich" in my company is "MOTTAINAI".

-----

Anyway, let me stop silly talks.

Do you need more than free ten umbrellas?

I will bring them to you if you live around Odakyu-railroad or near Totuka-station.

I am pleased to tell me if you mail me. I will have to dispose them by this weekend.

Thank you for your offers.

When I was a junior school student, there was a magazine whose name is "the fifth grade" for juvenility.

The magazine ranged from study, comics to hiplines, and I was looking forward to supplements of the magazine.

-----

There was a "Let's begin a correspondence" in the magazines.

"I am a boy who likes ○○. I want to have correspondence with a girl who likes ○○ too."

"○○" is, for example, comic titles or favorite idols, never obscene words.

with their home address.

-----

Believe or not, there was a generous-hearted time when personal information has been disclosed in the magazine.

I wonder if it was happier than the present --- Anyway both are less relevant to me.

-----

Snail mails are valuable because E-mails exist in the present ―― I think it is stupid.

_ Now I am asking my daughters to draw some illustrations to my father and mother who can't read any characters and walk alone.

It is troubled with absolute for me that the letter communication becomes extinct.

The other day, I had asked you to take need forty-three umbrellas.

Recently I doubt if you think that

It goes on a pleasant event without your helps

Up to this day, I asked you a lot of helps, for example, drawing pictures, translations, and/or some events.

To tell you the truth, as far as I know, there was no person who helped me.

I think that "Eternal ZERO" is not the most popular million-seller book title in Japan, but the your rejections against my requests -- I know well it is a typical delusion of injury.

Of course, I know very well that I am not relevant to the words "person of virtue", "charisma" and "popularity"

-----

When I called my daughter's school, they answered me "give us them" immediately. They always seem to keep certain counts of umbrellas.

―― Um, it's good.

I try to make them the patterns of my business (safety and health).

This must be a typical case study for the problem of leaving extra umbrellas, only to make connection with the neighboring school.

The serious problem remained "carriage". Forty umbrellas weighted heavy.

I finally completed to bring them to my house by my baggage cart via yokohama council subway and Odakyu-line.

My wife picked me up at the station. When she saw my figure, she admired me.

"I think that this is my strength that I never care any my appearance at all"

"You look cool. You may be able to get money with picking umbrellas up"

"I also think I could do it even if I am fired tomorrow."

-----

I walked around my town, and brought the umbrellas to two schools with the baggage cart.

After putting them to nurse in safety, I went back to my house with handing lighter baggage cart and feeling good.

My column, that was released last Friday seems to be pretty more popular than others.

In the twitter messages about the column, I am suppose to send reply twitter mail when I have questions.

But I can't afford to do in the present, I was in horrified silence.

-----

I don't like to use twitter, I always use it once a day to inform update my diary except for the above procedures.

Yesterday, I came back to my house, more than 10 twitter messages were arrived, and I could not understand what the messages mean at all.

―― Fear at the bottom of my heart

I always try to send a counterstatement by twitter against critical twitter comment

But as I called, I had some credit that "The person can understand what I explain" implicitly.

On the other hand, in this case, I could not understand who this person is, what he/she wants to say, whether he/she try to speak something about my column AT ALL.

Though this his/her action shold be extremely rude manner, sending more than ten message regardless of my intentions, I lose my angry and chicken with a simple heart

―― I can't believe that such an extreme person exists in the world

―― The fear seems to be same as a people who are menaced by stalker.

It also might be same that I saw before the woman who were rolling around on the train with laughing.

For the first time, I put BLOCK function into motion in my life, and I could not watch any message from the person.

But, I always has the fear, because the person might keep sending a lot of meaningless crazy messages to me.

The illustration that released on my web site on the other day is my first work.

How do you like it?

That did frigten my wife and daughter.

-----

I may not well open such a information to you, though.

It is not worth for me to be criticized by not only the contents of the column but also the illustration.

Hello, Doctor who inquired about "mutation errors" in my column last night.

Could you get my reply mail?

I am afraid that I received some error mails from your mail server.

If you could not get my mail. please contact me at the same my mail address again. When you got my mail, please consider my two requests at the bottom of my heart.

-----

Do you think that giving reply to someone's mail looks like a spy movie, don't you?

There are movie scenes that some VIP person broadcasts messages to a specific spy through radio or televisions.

For example "Today London airport is in mist" for an agent on radio.

The phrase is an order to start his mission.

Uh, it's cool.

So, my action is also cool because of transmission my messages to the doctor ONLY..

Un ? Nahhh ? Reverse? Added, using blog is "foggy".

-----

I have never seen "Misty London airport", though I went Heathrow Airport three times.

_ I got it! That's s just "rumor" isn't that?

Recently, I open my diary by "Japanese English"(I am going to explain it at the next serialized column).

If I continue to use this Japanese English without any feedback, this Japanese English is going to corrupt and change it to "Ebanglish" that nobody could read.

-----

So, today I also try asking thought I know that anybody doesn't apply for it.

Would you please translate my diary in YOUR English?

The purpose of this event is to provide a chance of your English study. I believe that writing English is good chance for you.

And the purpose of mine is to stop my degenerate English.

I read your English,

and I want to be moved with saying "Oh it's a nice expression"

-----

I am going to open your English on my web site.

I will make a new mail address in order to get your English sentence, and you could send me the mail whenever you want.

I also make the system that nobody critics your English.

Anytime you start it, anytime you stop it. I will make me a machine to copy your English to the web site.

Please don't hesitate to contact me by my E-mail address.

I never lose to rain, I never lose to wind.

This is the famous phrase of the writer Kenji Miyazawa.

When I knew the phrase, I doubted whether he was an naive man in my children mind

-----

A big goods distribution warehouse is located next to my company.

More than 30 small track wagons is alongside the warehouse and works for the distributions.

As a control system engineer, I want to see the inside of the warehouse.

By the way.

-----

This morning, When I walk in the company campus, I saw an old man was standing beside a track.

“Eek! Gonna be something!”

He was wearing work clothes, and looks like fat, bald and friendly.

Though I was chatter at that time,

He seems not to be homosexuality and yelling at joke.

I was glad something.

To say a gag, and miss the mark extremely

I want to be an old man like that.

About 15 years ago, I made a self-produced communication software for Windows NT.

During the period, some foreign persons send me the bug-reports, and patch source code. I sometimes remake this software several times. But I have never seen the source codes for the recent decade.

But this software have been working on

■Windows2000

■WindowsXP

And I was extremely moved to see that it was also working on Windows7.

Microsoft Co., Ltd. has always been criticized by many people (I am one of the most radical persons in the world) for long time. But they might be praised because of keeping the “backward compatibility”

-----

To tell you the truth, I was greater than them.

I used low class API, no GUI, no registries and no installer about my software.

The important is a consistent “NON-USER-FRIENDLY” policy, that forget usability, sustainability, and availability with saying “I don’t know whoever is in trouble” throughout.

This is a key to the success of Ebata's self-produced software beyond the four generations

While studying the merit of marriage system, I reach the census registration.

Who knows any web site that describe the merit of census registration ?

But I don't need the maintain of family system and finding divorcement tracking (whose merit?), Japanese origin history, customs and ethnic difference, or live, dutiful, benevolence. Because they are just subjective idealism.

I read some documents like that. I don't understand what the authors want to say, because of non-logical writing method.

-----

It's too much of a bother, I profess.

The point is cost, that means not only prices but also human resources and/or system management.

I want to read the paper that is described "fast", "cheap" and/or "easy" when we use the census registration with saying "I lose perfectly".

-----

In the past, it should have been convenient to manage census registration, now calculation power of computer become enormous.

I think that the census registration system is now absolute, and the cost become more expensive in reverse.

On the other hand, it is said that the new "my number system" has risk of. I think "it was too late". When the computers were connected by network, we choose that we lost the game.

If we want to introduce foreign persons to Japan from the different views, I think there is nothing except for Otaku culture.

Fuziyama, Kimono, Tenpura seems to be obsolete.

In my opinion, I don't like the term of Otaku, because I can't understand the definition of the term at all.

According to one web site, Otaku means geek, who make a commitment to areas of interest and favorite things of their own, and/or familiar with or absorbed much from the general public to some things.

Am I GPS Otaku ? Because I often read software GPS program code. There are less than one hundred people in Japan.

Most engineers around me, might be called "Otaku" based on the above definition.

In this diary, I use "Otaku" as the meaning of something to be treated in the Comic Market(Comike) , for example, Douzinshi(little magazine), Anime, costume play(Cospl?)

_ -----

When I talked to a management staff of Comike,

He said "we don't like to make relationship with Tokyo-Olympic"

They discuss some problems, for example difficulties with customs in several countries.

In face, it is easy for me that the policy should interfere with the event and many troubles will happen if Comike makes relationship with the Olympic,

-----

I always think that any organization wants to be big, strong and famous. But this Comike looks like to be exception to the above. They are working on unknown and excentric rules I have never seen.

In past days, I told that I am working about "safety and health" in my office.

Needless to say, safe and health is based on neatness.

But it is very difficult to define and explain the "neatness" quantitatively or objectively.

In fact I asked the safety and health committee in my company to show the judgmental standard of the neatness.

They answered that "it should be dirty if two of three persons feel dirty", But on the other hand, the new question appeared that "who are the three ?"

It cannot be helped. I manage this task as follows.

"Shut up! When the division chief and I think it is dirty, it is dirty"

To tell you the truth, I know how to judge "neatness" quantitatively and objectively.

それは、

It is,

"the your room condition at the day before you take your steady for the first time."

But I could not say this message at all.

I believed that it became an overriding problem in my company by not only power harassment but also sexual harassment.

Recently, I am writing a column whose theme is "calculation of marriage".

Now I am trying to calculate something of first and probably the last and illusion-promoting, and investigate many divorcement data.

When I read the data in Justice Ministry, I noticed that the rotation of the divorcement reasons differ somewhat from mine.

DV(ドメスティックバイオレンス)は、離婚理由としては、トップではありませんでした。

For example, DV(Domestic Violence) is not the top of them.

Above all, what I was really surprised is that “DV” was 4.6% from the male side. (13.5% from the female side). It was ranked in the 9th.

-----

That's not the case isn't?

This might mean the violence not “from wives to husbands” but “from wives to children”

But it is natural if there are some husbands who feel intolerable burden from their wives

I heard that men become weaker and weaker (plant-eating, ambrosia) recently, not women become stronger.

The other day, I wrote the column of the percentage of unmarried people in life time.

Today I happened to find the same kinds of data in the white book published by Health, Labor and Welfare Ministry.

I am relieved to know that the data seems to be almost same as my prediction of population trend.

I am a just weekend researcher, but they are the authorities base on Japanese government.

They could use many intellectual researcher and high spec computer though I just use poor tools, like pocket calculator and PC in my house.

I think that the credibility differed from my environment.

-----

On the other hand, I had been working to predict the population movement for more then 30 hours, so I could find out the important difference between my result and their ones.

[1] They (looks like) adopt the exponential function in order to calculate female unmarried ratios.(I was scared to use this function)

[2] The increasing ratio will become show down slightly from 2025. (Few person noticed that).

Why did the differences happen?

There might be some factors that should be added for them though they didn't use the liner increment.

I really want to know the reasons.

-----

Dear Mr./Mrs. Authors who were in charge of this white book.

Would you please show me simulation programs and/or macro programs of the spread sheet that you have used?

I never talk nonsense like "You should open all materials for all of Japanese!".

I pledge that I keep your secrets, so please show me ONLY (The rest is omitted.).

A lawmaker “Antonio Inoki” is going to prohibit attending a session of the Parliament, because of visiting North Korea without parliament committee permission.

I don’t know the severity of the issue, I could not talk anything.

But I think that the prohibition means to deprive his right to vote in the Parliament though he was trusted by this followings.

I remember that lawmakers have a right of “immunity from arrest”.

Even if they kill someone or set afire, they are never arrested by police.

The purpose of the right is to protect lawmakers against powers, when the powers want to make favorable laws easily.

But I heard this "immunity from arrest" has been available in the Diet session.

-----

So, I think that it is enormous server restriction to stop attending the Parliament though some procedures are needed.

There are many ten or more thousand followers behind "Antonio Inoki", and this restriction also stop their politics intensions.

But I don’t sympathize his circumstance at the present.

I feel that “a lawmaker visits North Korea” is not good emotionally. On the other hand I become interested in the logic of the restriction.

Though I think “Let me check this issue”, the staring bell is ringing. That's enough for today.

Once, I contributed the column in company news, because of be asked from the authority. But they ordered me to re-submit new column and changed my pen name without my permission.

I used my own pan name, that indicated me directly though. I want anyone to notice who is the author was. The authority prohibited us to use real name.

But this pen name also was changed some ID against my intention.

I thought I went to protest against this alteration with capitulary of copy right. After all I stopped it.

I didn't annoy them with shouting "It is invasion of human rights!", and to tell you the truth, I didn't get angry so much.

I think that the reason why newspapers are not obsolete is easy mobility, usability and light.

In fact, the market of encyclopedia has already been banned perfectly. Enough to one CD or DVD. Now any encyclopedias is accessory for the bookshelf ( I already have told same stories again and again).

So I think that newspapers have value as paper media, but I doubt whether the company newspapers are same.

It might be no problem to show them on web site, and some persons who want to have paper, print the papers out.

-----

The junior fellow said "Mr. Ebata. You misunderstand the purpose of company newspaper".

"It is not important whether read or not. It is whether received or not.

You said that no problem if nobody read the papers?

He looks to say like "Are you talking someone at this time of day?"

"Any company newspaper is a sort of violence appliance that makes anyone not to say he/she doesn't know the news."

Once, I wrote that I didn't care what you call me at all.

But when I read my name on some social medias as "A guy of "Tomoichi Ebata", I could not possible put up with the rudeness.

I want the person to say "I am not cheaper than you as you call me "The guy"".

Don't determine "Omitting titles from names" by yourself. I never permit to use my name like that.

You don't have to write "Mr.Tomoichi Ebata". But you are thoughtful of use my name as "A engineer, Tomoichi Ebata".

-----

I noticed the unpleasantness, so I used to not omitting titles from names.

For example. I wrote "Your Honor Governor of Tokyo” as the former Tokyo governor.

It is called "feigned politeness", and of course, I do them on purpose.

-----

My colleagues are good at the attention out and away.

For example, [company name]-san ("San" means "Mr./Mrs." in Japanese).

They often seem to use the way, though I don't like it.

Especially, young researchers use "San" for a computer program like that following.

Two quater of year ago, the animation "Servant x Service" has been broadcasting. That animation is based on Ms. Karino Takatsu's four-panel cartoon

With my wife's permission, we whole family, kept watching the animation every week. But my wife often got angry saying,

Don't Play at workplace! Work earnestly!

-----

Now, the animation "Golden Time" is broadcasting. That animation is based on Ms. Yuyuko Takemiya's novel.

With my wife's permission too , we whole family, are watching the animation every week. But I often get angry saying,

Don't Play at college! Study earnestly!

-----

My wife, she had been buried under office counter work in a bank, and I has been a self-supporting student during college life.

Both of us has been having what we can never afford.

Using a public library, I can save money not to buy a lot of books. But there is a problem of "write inhibit" in the book (to make sense). So I always buy secondhand books at the use book store.

Now, I am researching iPS cell from the view of the destructive methods against the system of interfere in birth.

So, recently I stock up on many books whose title includes "iPS", the other day, I got angry with the following issue.

-----

A book showed not "iPS" but the author's research fruits, despite of my intention.

I don't say "deceptive indication", but I think it is a moral principle that the main description should be "iPS cell" and the additional things might be his own results.

I could admit that the contents of the book are good. But the book is difficult for me to understand and I had to spend and WASTE long time of mine. So ―― I got mad with the book.

Amazon

When I checked Amazon site, there are four good evaluation results.

I can't believe it.

I doubt if it might be organized vote.

-----

But this way, using title with attractive buzzword is my day-to-day situation.

I try to make my blog title attractive every day.

Unfortunately I have no right to give names of my productions and the editor office authorities decide it. But I was always blamed for the title.

Anyway, both the author, the editor of the book and I are "birds of a feather".

If someone blames me saying "Ebata is no right to get angry with anything", what I do is only to leave nothing to become silent.

The other day, I wrote a small talk about the "self-help book" in convenience stores.

Last night I was very surprised to find the book whose title was "how to make you the happiest in the world".

―― What's a courageous author !

―― "Man among men" thought the author was a woman.

-----

I also always open my own methodologies in my diary or column. But I have no brave to make a title, "How to make you the most beloved person in the world", for example.

Anyone can admit the undividable principle that "everyone wants to be happy". So the author should be the happiest person in the world, because she knows the way to be happy.

Last night, I wrote the author's name down, and I am going to open the name in my diary.

Dear the author.

If you want stop me, it is now.

When I released the column about "Hatsune Miku", I found a comment on the web board, that is "Ebata was just the company provocateur".

I made a small talk unconsciously.

"Are you really silly?"

Who (especially "I") made profits, how, where on earth by my columns?

I would like the person to tell "Do you have a pea-brain?”

-----

The other day, when I calculated the birth-rate in Japan with blood in my eye, my daughter asked me

Um... it makes a sense.

If the research organization of the government asked me to speak for another about what they never open by themselves, my daughter's question might be natural.

But unfortunately, I think it might be opposite.

I am afraid that the research engineers got mad with me, because I pointed out the problems in the white paper about the declining birth rates strategies.

-----

First of all, it is almost a subside attitude that the hired engineer wrote the nuclear accident in detail.

But the reason why I keep writing such dangerous columns is to inform my wife and daughters the facts.

If they say "we don't understand the accident", their father should be used to investigate the reasons and processed of the accident.

-----

When I accepted the column job, I declared the followings,

I choose themes, and

Nobody interrupts my decisions.

The other hand, I don't care "company provocateur". If asked, I am going to write any column.

I am not a journalist, so I am not interested in the moral hazard of journalism.

(Honestly speaking, I want to meet such persons who ask me the column)

But I am a just engineer, so I don't write atheoretical documents. To be precious, I can't write them.

We, engineers, had been completed not to be able to write atheoretical documents at all.

Yesterday, our family went to Pizza "all-you-can-eat restaurant" as a second daughter birthday party.

I ordered them to hold the party in my house with "Take-out Sushi". They rejected it immediately.

I promised that I disclosed my old secret story, so I showed it off.

-----

Twenty years ago, I broadcasted our wedding ceremony on my web site. That was rare in those days. To begin with, The Webs were not popular in our life.

After opening the ceremony information, I got a mail.

The mail sender was a man. He told me that he was a co-worker of my wife and asked me to tell her "Congratulations!”

What I did after that is...

To delete the mail from my mail system perfectly, and

To embed the fake program to the mail server in order to return the mail of "mail undelivery”

This was an act of violence that was called not "abuse of power" but "abuse of technology"

-----

In my opinion, he couldn't understand the man's psychology, which was waiting wedding ceremony before his very eyes, and was so nerves too.

I had been waiting my wife's acceptance of marriage for several years, so he should have understood the following my mind,

"Any man who was approaching my future wife was enemy"

The other day, I was late, and went home from the station at just before midnight.

I was walking walk along a sidewalk alone under street lamps

I happened to find ahead,

A cat

The cat looked like thinking something deeply, under weaker shine of street lights in the middle of the sidewalk.

The cat was just thinking without running away, despite of my approach.

She or he kept sitting on the sidewalk with brooding brows. I didn't know what she or he was considering, life, world, peace or something.

I was overwhelmed her or his aura and step down the sidewalk and started walking on the road side.

-----

This is a rare case that a human gives the way to a cat.

Someone who speculated in a philosophical manner in deeply serious -- even it was a cat --- I thought that I could never bother her or him.

"Itasha" (that might be translated in "a shamed car"?) is a car whose owner pastes or paints characters of manga, animation, game and others on his car. It also called "Moesha"(Wikipedia).

I think, this is violence of copyright apparently.

Except for "Hatune Mike" and other characters that are guaranteed by Piapro license, they cannot avoid the illegality.

Added, the character seals and paints has been downloaded from some web site or books, the action should apply for right of reproduction directly, needless to add adaptation, translation, film and, secondary production.

I think the men who make the "Itasha" prepare themselves for the worst.

I am anxious about the company that provides them with the seal and paint service.

Though that is the typical on-demand service, I am afraid that the service also corresponds to illegal action.

-----

After being enacted into law about "Non-Complaints" by TPP, these events also is going to be a memory of "Good old days".

As long as the permission mark for doujinshi has become common to be extended to the Itasha.

Until the time, the world is yours.

I think in all sincerity, that I want you to fully enjoy the time left.
