The other day, I was late, and went home from the station at just before midnight.

I was walking walk along a sidewalk alone under street lamps

I happened to find ahead,

A cat

The cat looked like thinking something deeply, under weaker shine of street lights in the middle of the sidewalk.

The cat was just thinking without running away, despite of my approach.

She or he kept sitting on the sidewalk with brooding brows. I didn't know what she or he was considering, life, world, peace or something.

I was overwhelmed her or his aura and step down the sidewalk and started walking on the road side.

-----

This is a rare case that a human gives the way to a cat.

Someone who speculated in a philosophical manner in deeply serious -- even it was a cat --- I thought that I could never bother her or him.

In fact, I don't understand what the articles want to say to me.

When I was a high school student, the articles often appeared in college entrance examinations.

And I felt that the problems were difficult, so I think that there were predominant articles.

However, when I become an adult, an engineer and learned technical writing methods, I noticed that "a sentence not to understand is the sentence that is not good"

I have intention to repeat study every day to write readable columns.

For me, whenever I read the articles of a A newspaper, I feel

"Uncomfortable"

But there is no crime in the A newspaper publisher.

It is bad that I am dull.

I spent a lot of my college days working part-time.

It was because I had to earn tuition and living expenses at the time when it was difficult to send money to me with the circumstances of the family.

I continued the loop of "school" → "working" → "lodge".

It is a so-called "suffering student", however, it is strange that I do not remember as much painful memory.

Friends who had been observing such my situation, seemed be very kind in my memory.

They showed me notes and reports, and made dishes (not "treated me").

Well, it might be just my enhanced memory.

-----

Since I ran around all day alone like that, I could not get the concept of "association".

So, I could not get a chance of "suffering from friendship relationships".

Turn to thinking, this was quite "happy" for me.

"Mid-to-high consistency" refers to the school where junior high school and high school are located.

I do not know whether there are five consecutive schools "kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, high school, university, consistent", but I know three consecutive schools.

In our house, the eldest daughters were "two consecutive" and the second daughter is "three consecutive".

In such a school system, there are categories (not to mention hierarchy) of "inner student" and "external student"

I heard the story from my two daughters.

-----

For example, in a school of "Mid-to-high consistency", students who entered in a junior high school entrance examined "inner student", and students enrolled in high school entrance are "outside students".

And according to daughter's story, the internal students seem to show a superior attitude towards the external students.

Also, according to my wife's story, there seems to be a guardian who speaks discriminatingly, such as."when the outside students come to school, the atmosphere of the school is a bit disarranged ..."

Even if this "superiority" is made, even if this "discrimination" is made, I can assert that they are "underdog" and "foolishness".

I am confident that

"Once I take "drag", I cannot stop taking "drag" for the rest of my life"

Because there are a lot of people who cannot stop even smoking and drinking in the world.

Moreover, "drag" keeps the market because of strong addictive and anaclitic natures.

------

On exam about "drag" cost, market price of "drag" is not so expensive.

Cocaine is fairly expensive, about 60,000 yen per gram, however dried cannabis is traded at 3000-5000 yen per gram, and MDMA is around 4000 yen per tablet.

I didn't know the average number of times the drug users took, so I assumed that cocaine and MDMA were once a day and cannabis was about half a carton of cigarettes a day.

Then, the cost per day will be 3000 yen, 4000 yen and 2500 yen, respectively.

Assuming an average of 3500 yen / day, this would be 100,000 yen per month and about 1.28 million yen per year.

This is expensive, but as a cost for the general adult's taste,

"It's expensive, but it's not an unpaid amount"

There seemed to be a technique for cost management of the "drag" market here.

By all accounts, they are "politicians" and "people in political organizations".

-----

Therefore, I would like to make a suggestion to the operator of the online system of political finance reports.

"Publish on the Web the name of the organization and the name of the politician associated with the political group that submitted it in writing".

It would not be a disclosure under the Personal Information Protection Act (not subject to Article 2.1.1 and 2). In the first place, political organizations are not individuals (not subject to Section 8).

Therefore, cross organizations that have submitted online off the list and update the list daily.

I've done something similar in my company, and in my experience, "exposing the name to the world" works best.

(For example, I kept a list and daily exposure on my mailing list of names of people who didn't meet deadlines for submission of documents.)

I think politicians and political groups will never start using the system if we don't do this level of work.

-----

You may try to sort by the reporting party.

In addition, I am also interested in how much government offices "give careful consideration" for politicians and political organizations.

As I wrote in my article "Disclosure of All Political Organizations Failing to Submit Political Fund Balance Reports Online," I went to the post office and submitted the Administrative Text Disclosure Request Form to Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (formerly Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications).

I'm sure I'll be pointed out as incomplete and I'll have to resubmit several times -- that's less time (and often more) than it takes to create a completely accurate document.

I call this "pinging".

A pinger is a sound wave emitted by an active sonar used by a submarine to locate an enemy submarine or an offshore warship such as a destroyer.

In the network world, the command interface ">ping (e.g. IP address of the other machine)" is used to check the operation of the target machine.

In essence, it is communication that takes advantage of the nature of "when a message is thrown at you, you have no choice but to respond.

Well, I think we can all agree that it's a very annoying communication for the other side -- whether it's a submarine, a computer, or an administrative procedure.

-----

Well, abusive forms of "pinging" is stalking through phone calls, emails, and social networking sites, however I think
