(Continuation from yesterday)

Though I am just an old man, it is not true that I enormously like "younger beautiful lady".

In opposition to the above, I dare to avoid talking the lady, because of thinking of "1.1 times value-added topic" nervously.

If I could talk to the "younger beautiful lady" with my favorite topics, like "reduced birthrate", "Islamic state", "environment" or "Field LAN", I welcome the lady with open arms.

But I know that it is a kind of illusion.

Or more specifically, if I could realize a runaway with the "younger beautiful lady" with abandoning my family, it might be another story.

(But at the moment, I come to think "annoying")

Anyway I could not understand the "younger beautiful lady's value" of the "younger beautiful lady".

I don't think that it have no value for me, however, I don't think that it is tremendous great value.

-----

I was defeated to be seen through my apparent smile by Mr.T.

I have the rest of my business person's life.

From even now on, I want to search for some tips to talk to the lady, with "1.1 times value-added topic", and put them in order, and upload them to the Web site, in order to pick them up anytime.

I leave a lot of ".txt" files in my web site.

A twitter uses said that "Ebata forget to leave some ".txt" files in his site" which was an approximate comment. I do them explicitly.

I think the value of website depend on it's contents, so the spending time to make "html file" is

in vain.

Recently the Internet Explore(IE) annoys me again by unwishing modifications.

IE opens a text editor and download the text file whenever I try to open my ".txt" file by IE.

I wonder whether MS co. are eager to make Interference function against users. That has caused me a great deal of trouble.

I am also wrong to use IE, however, I don't user other browser for our company business.

But in my house, I use Google Chrome and I don't care such annoying.

-----

For the above setting, I can escape from the troublesome, but the message bar of

"This content is restricted by this browser, so sometimes the image might be destroyed."

is opened , and it is really annoying.

I want to say that "I don't expect IE to correct image at all for the first time. So don't ask for trouble"

Previously, I heard among high school girls, the diet fashion of

"chili pepper on soft ice cream" had expanded.

For the first time, I didn't understand what this was all about it when watching the TV program.

It was said that "the Calorie of the soft ice cream is going to be lost by burning function of the pepper", which was a new type of diet.

-----

I thought that it was a kind of spell. Children are growing up through these illogical experiments. I though that they were really children.

In opposition, I felt offended an attitude of the TV producer side, who made fun of the girls.

They had an attitude as much as to say "it should be nonsense", and they also broadcast her guardian's interview, who were worry for her health.

-----

"Why do you give her your logical experiment about its nonsense?"

They should have explained about the result after calculating the consumed Calorie.

I thought

"Are you adults? is this for children's health? Why do you laugh at her frivolously?"

I mean, probably I thought that there would be no people who can explain the illogicality of this diet method.

(Continuation from yesterday)

Some guardians often tell that they are worry about aftereffects of radiation of their children. I think they should start to study about atomic energy or radiation very hard from even now.

I know well that it is difficult for us to understand the knowledges(from the bottom of my heart)

In Japan, 70% persons come from the faculty of liberal arts. So I know well that many people have not experimented to use big numerical like Tera size.

It is just spending much time, no effect and in vain after all.

I know well we want to avoid such annoying things even for myself, needless to say, for others.

でも、

But I believe that

"We can fight for our children"

-----

For example, trying to

research for the new rules for atomic power plant management, or

read the decisions of both acceptation and rejection of the power plant restart,

are easier to understand than the mechanism of atomic energy.

Especially, the decisions of courts are easy to read, and more fun than the book around.

Unfortunately, it might be difficult to avoid living with control systems.

But I also think that we have to break away the days, that we should been scared that our children are going to be killed by control systems.

I have several younger fellows review my columns (that is not a diary).

The selection criteria of younger fellows who are a member of reviewer are the two followings.

- to be able to criticize my columns from the view of both the world and I cannot assume before,

- to be able to express my implicit ideas as their language level,

Though Some people might say "It is a piece of cake for me", I think that few people have the capabilities of the above two matters.

-----

(1)Needless to say, they can read my columns even if they are too long.

They cannot start anything if they have the capabilities.

(2)They should explain their ideas logically based on their logical thought.

The qualitative explanation is not enough, and it is necessary to be accompanied by the quantitative grounds based on data they have.

My columns are based on "numbers".(This is natural if they are researchers)

It is necessary "to know" the normal social common sense.

My columns are not the articles for some researchers but just columns for ordinal people.

(4)Regardless of (3) mentioned above, it is necessary "not to believe" normal social common sense.

From a viewpoint based on "common sense", it is impossible to criticize the contents of my columns.

(5)It is necessary "to make up" their own review to the degree that they can explain to a third party by themselves logically.

It is not enough of simple thin review criticism like "self-conscience stage of puberty".

The thought should be logically completed in their brain, and be made up to be able to explain it to a third party.

(6)It is necessary for a review of (5) mentioned above to be interesting enough.

Even if the story is logical, it doesn't mean that they can build up an interesting story. We cannot sell the story that is not interesting.

And, these extremely rare younger fellows who kept in this from (1) to (6), are the worst.

(Continuation from yesterday)

They don't hesitate to take me the storm of criticism with grabbing me by the collar.

There is no respect to me who is a creator and their boss in the company.

They point out the contradiction, find out the failed logic, and don't hesitate really to scatter the conclusion I have made up.

In addition, they speak bluntly about my way of thinking and sense of value.

They have been an trained institutional researchers who have the skill and criticism mind of thorough inspection. So If I make them lose their burden of co-worker,

they come to complete themselves.

Ebata:"Why don't you criticise my works more kindly ? You know that there is a saying "an old eagle is better than a young crow". I am your senior and equivalent to the boss.

Junior:"Ebata-san, what are you expecting for us? We presume that we has pride and responsibility as a reviewer, you are expecting for.

Ebata:"I know well that you are right. So I allow only you to use the worst words with rude manner. and I also know that this is the only way to let your value maximum.

Junior: Well, let me see. How about using regular phrase before our criticism,

Ebata-san, this your work is also splendid. How can you write so great work? I have no words without "I had a deep respect to you". It is natural that everybody adores Ebata-san. You are our pride. By the way, it is.....

Ebata:"I am also totally disgusted with that..."

The manga comic "Ms.Koizume who is crazy for Ramen" seems to be filmized.

According to the successful live-action version of gourmet comic, it is "a gourmet of the loneliness".

I hope that Koizumi-san also make her the character as "one mealist" like Inogashira-san.

As for those "women who cannot eat a meal without a group (men too), I think that she is going to be a symbol of "one mealinst".

-----

When I enjoyed lunch alone, I sometimes annoyed women who want to keep the seat to surround me.

I feel that I make me one cell on the Othello board, the pleasant "reading meal" of the day is spoiled.

I know well. They are not wrong at all.

If I want to have a lunch alone, I should go back to my house or seat, not restaurant.

About the reason of it, I have already been explained by my daughter. I hope you will read this past diary.

-----

Still, I see "a group meal" for penance to me by all means.

In fact, some people who said "it is really penance" are in the neighbourhood.

At least for the person who feel "penance", particularly a young woman , can step forward,

I am expecting the filmizing "Ms.Koizume who is crazy for Ramen".

This was a chat at the dinner of last night.

Daughter:"The age of voting right is going to be down "more than 18 years" isn't it?"

Ebata:"Maybe, it is going to pass the bill into law soon".

Daughter:"I feel tense that I have to think politics deeply from now.

Ebata:"Good. Very good. So we are killing each other."

Daughter:"What?"

Ebata:"Our country's wealth is, and will be limited. We are going to go post-retirement years, and think that we wound up the gold from you and give us security in our old age. We are just annoying obstacles from your vision.

Ebata:"In my opinion, I will to spend your fortune for the future in my idleness. Even if you want to avoid complications, it is a trade-off between education, caring for children, reduced birthrate and welfare service for the elderly.

Ebata:"You youth, is going to have no future in the bright, if you are going to attempt our older life. And we are really strong.

Ebata:"Let's war."

I said in a smug face.

This was a chat at the dinner of last night before yesterday.

Daughter:"Papa, You are late to go home everyday. Do you have an affair?"

I have listened the above phrase several times since now.

I am afraid that she has been affected by foolish dramas.

So I always tell her that "You don't watch foolish dramas, not animation. Watching animations will let you happy easier."

That's aside.

-----

According to the Internet information (and it is the most incredible new sources), The persons having an affair are relatively large ratio.

Though I am not interested in the process of the affair, I think the cost of the affair might be bigger that I expect. I wonder on earth how they could get the money.

I don't envy the affair but money.

Now my fee for an article that I have saved for the school expenses of the law seminar has been collected compulsorily for educational expenses for my daughters.

Even if I have a aspiration of the affair, my daughters are destroying it from amount of resources, monetarily and violently.

My present entertainments are just "Hokkyoku-Ramen" and sauna of the super public bath.

How do they on earth suspect their father's affair ?

After the example of your father's work,

I want them to calculate the cost of affair.

-----

What I want to say in this diary,

Around 10 P.M. Younger co-worker coming to me for consultation of the material soup stock of the patent, even I was exhausted with late-night overtime.

Let you think out tips of the patent by yourself. You are a researcher aren't You?

Still if you want to need my help, write to my daughter and clear my false charge.

This is the condition for my join to the patent brain storming.

(Continuation from yesterday)

After the patent brain storming, I chatted about the yesterday's diary of mine with my junior fellow.

Junior:"If you want, I write a letter or anything to your daughter. But it will be radish."

Ebata:"Why?"

Junior:"We are absolutely far from "affair" in the world."

Ebata:"I understand what you want to explain."

Junior:"If we can cheat, all of woman in the world become to lose."

When I looked quizzical, he continued his talk.

Junior:"If we can cheat one woman, other men except us can cheat more than twenty women at the same time. In the "love affair" market, women will come short."

Ebata:"I agree. and I also think "affair" needs some kinds of talent and qualifications."

Junior:"Even if I don't go back home for several days, my wife will think the possibility of accidents or works in the office. But I can tell the world "she never think of my affair."

Ebata:"My wife, too."

Junior:"I am a person who can think "I want to go home and read the paper soon" in during the mixer party."

Come to think of it, I also thought "What time can I arrive at the lab, after this date."

-----

off the go, he said to me.

Junior:"To tell you the truth, your daughter has an "illusion" of her father, doesn't her?"

Ebata:"Illusion?"

In these day, I can use some tips for drawing. I think that I often have chances to draw illustrations by myself.

But the commerce instruction book of the drawing tool is not useful for me.

I don't need the tips, how to make gradation, shading, and spatial effect, at all.

For me, it is enough for me to know "how to make line drawing by mouse", and "how to paint color in the line art".

I believe that you cannot find these instrument books out. It make clear, if you try to search.

-----

Though I have to take much time for the concept of the drawing, I can shorten the time after that.

Three hours are enough for me to make a drawing.

You might say "it is too long", however for me who have no gift for drawing, I think that this is tremendous progress.

I mean, what I am proud of , is to build up the method of drawing without gift for drawing.

-----

I think that I might write the book whose title "you can draw even if you have no gift". But there is a big contradiction here.

"Do the person who thinks that there is not artistic skill want to draw ?"

(Continuation from yesterday)

I believe that the media based on visualisation, calling it "design" in this diary, is really awful.

Firstly, "design" appeals to "eagerness to buy" strongly.

My wife and daughters had never accepted my persuasion that they should select productions, like automobile and cell phone, fro, the view of the functions.

At that time, I could understand profoundly that the value of "functions" is inferior to the value of "design", even if our engineer are struggle to develop new good function.

I don't like the designs and its interface of MAC or iPod/iPAD, thought, it is obvious that I am in minority group.

Secondly, "design" is a international communication language.

The reason why I have gone business trip in the world, though I am a typical "loveless engineer from English", is that I can use paper and white board.

I think that I can explain "the world" with drawing rectangle and arrow.

Thirdly, (this might be for engineer only), "design" is an indispensable item for engineering approach.

Nobody want to read a presentation material with picture.

In many case, patent applications without picture, are rejected by Patent office Board of Appeals.

It is not for "poor invention", but for "hard to be understood by examiners".

More over, "possibility to realize my idea as a design" is a kind of proof for the completion of my idea.

-----

But I am afraid that there are many engineers and researchers who make little of this design power.

(Continuation from yesterday)

For example, college researchers is apt to make character presentation material without picture.

Though they are about to make their materials easier to read, it is obvious that they want to cut corners.

Some persons tell that design restricts expansion of technical thoughts, but this is a nonsense as a double meaning.

Design is coming at the first phrase of technical realization. So there is no technology without design phrase.

Above all, the purpose of patent rights is to protect creations of obstacle technology thoughts, however, practical example should be attached in patent applications.

This means, patent law declares "I don't give you any patent right without specified application with designs and method. You should open at least one example"

More over, the story will arrive at the following saying,

"Don't be dumb! Technology without design ? What is on earth it?"

Of course, I know well that some object is difficult to realize as a design, like method invention(algorithm) or product concept.

But even if that, we can make them as design.

One of them is "personification".

(Continuation from yesterday)

As a famous personification, the illustration or comic of asteroid spacecraft "Hayabusa".

About product package, "Moe-e" that is a pictures of cute, young female characters, become to be used positively, the word of "Nihon-Oniko"(disparaging terms for Japanese) become to be changed into a cute girls.

I had might been away from these illustrations before.

I don't think that these illustrations hit hearts of all people.

But we don't deny the fact that the sales come to increase by these illustrations.

I think that the spirits of hope to bring the product concept to consumers by the illustrations, have been valued, not "Moe-e" itself.

And, I also believe that

The technical columns, including "maids and master" as a vehicle concept of electric power and control system, is easier to read than not including them.

Before teaching my daughter "game theory", I gave her a book whose title was "games theory to understand by comics" and I can find a book whose title is "statistic to understand by comic".

-----

Some people might frown on these trend, however, I think

"Any method is good, as long as we achieve a target"

So I don't deny to use personification illustration into science and industry fields. If anything, I recommend it.

I am looking forward to watching "Moe-e" in reviewed papers and patent applications.

(Continuation from yesterday)

I don't say that "engineers and researchers should try to make a "moe-e" illustration (maybe it is impossible)

Making drawings "to show a system concept" or "to teach usage demo to end users" is a great advantage for any engineers.

We, of course, can draw pictures by common drawing tool, and the pictures is better than just character presentation materials.

But the character presentations are far from the drawings of system or product concepts.

-----

I am afraid that it is not long time for us to keep saying "making such concept figures and use cases is not our business".

The old days, there were some sections to make patent applications, and line arts, and to make copies of document.

Now, these sections had gone with the wind.

PC vanished these sections, and the tasks became to be included as a engineer's or researcher's works.

Come to think of it, it will be shown that we are going to have to start making concept figure in near future.

Recently my daughters often tell me that I smell.

"Smell of age, sake, and kimchi" and so on.

I always eat kimchi and dried hard squid in the house for my diet, and I eat them in my room. So the smells seem to expand around the house.

Yesterday morning, when I go down to the living room, my senior daughter said "you smell".

I muttered "It is smell of sake last night isn't it", but she said

"No. it is smell of fart"

(Continuation from yesterday)

Aside from that,

The reason why they inform me about these detailed information about my smell, is that

"Inform me about my smell regularly"

I order them to do it.

They are the last persons who can inform me about it in the world.

------

Though my wife also seems to has a capability as the smell sensor, I think that the numbers of report that she has submitted are less than those of daughters.

It is probably that nature doesn't work to become breaking matrimonial tether, I think.

On the other hand, even my junior co-workers, who never hesitate to criticise my column radically, cannot mention about my aged-body smell.

It might be difficult for even them to do that.

Wife: "Is that it?"

Wife:"I am afraid not."

Ebata:"Let me see, "raw garbage" is good. Yes. You can call me "walking raw garbage" hahahaha"

So My English is too insufficient to carry my intentions to the world correctly.

Of course, it might be joyful to dare to try it.

-----

Anyway, I am , who keep writing English sentences everyday without readers abroad,

cool am not I ?

Well, no matter what anyone says, only I believe it so.

At regular compulsive workout day of my office a month,

my junior daughter of the seventh grade handed me down a paper when I had a dinner alone.

And she said to me, "Papa, can you solve this problem?"

"4x10=17, 4x11=18,4x12=19,... Oh No! I can't do it.
I cannot find the more than 20 number"

Alice seems to try to a multiplication,
but what is she on earth doing?

(The author of "Alice in Wonderland"
Lewis Carol was a famous mathematician)

"Linear acceleration and geometrical progression seems not to be matched in this problem."

"Even if I try to make another meaning for symbol "x" or "=", I cannot escape from restricting the word "multiplication"."

"This problem might be on the integration field, and if so, multi-peaks problems of continuous function should be nonsense."

Leaving the table for another bowl of rice, my daughter passed me the paper. So, I could not move my body with watching the problem and grasping the bowl.

(Continuation from yesterday)

Finally, I gave up solving this problem and find the solution in the Internet.

But I could not find the Japanese materials, and, I had to begin to translated English papers into Japanese.

I thought that I could understand the answer of the first half of this problem, but I don't make the meaning of the last half clear.

I explained to my daughter that "this answer is that the Alice decides her rule as she likes"

But she didn't look like accepting my answer.

Her face said that "it should be a general answer, not on Alice's original rules".

I thought that I had no choice, and I took her to my room, turned the PC on, and started MS-Excel. We started finding the general solution with trying each pattern of calculations.

(Continuation from yesterday)

Two hours later.

We finally understood that we could never reach the number of more than 20, if we try any number (even it is 100 million or 1 billion)

She seemed to be impressed as if she could touch the a mystery of the mathematics, and called "great!" "great!" repeatedly.

-----

The following page is a sample answer(but I could not get the answer of "impossible to get the number that is more than 20")

私は、

In my case,

I came up with some following odd numbers, and showed them to her.

■...,9,10,1A,1B....1Z,20,21,...

- ...,9,10,1A,1B....1Z,20,21,... based 37.

20,21,... based 60.

Anyway, my important leisure time at regular compulsive workout day, was spent by "Wonderland"

But I don't complain to it.

I like math problem like this one.

Above all, I wonder whether this homework is really for the seventh grade.

I feel scared the class of the seventh grade whom such a problem is given commonly.

At this weekend, I had spent all the time to make an inference engine for a weight of members of a national icon.

I had continued to input the weight, height, bust, waist, hip of actress, woman talents, idols, in all days.

"What am on earth I doing this week end ?"

But I was annoying about

(1)No information about their weights ->

(2)No calculation of BMI ->

(2)No papers of the serialization about diet.

So, I had to estimate their weights at any way, even if they were not accurate.

Somehow,

-----

I looked pale when I watched the result of estimated their weights.

"Should I send many ambulances in front of their office?"

I am really serious.

I hope that my inference engine works wrong.

"Nash balance" in game theory is very famous, and this thought has introduced in the movie "Beautiful mind".

In short, the story is a strategy of mixer party that "the men should not lock the most beautiful Madonna on in the party. so the strategy makes all of you happier"

To tell you the truth, the optimal strategy is not set in the movie's case.

-----

I had not taken part in the game whose name is "mixer party".

I knew well that I had no chance to win the the game against love affair field.

In my case, I was waiting for a chance to communicate with a woman after my mind, with keeping a thin connection (for example, calling every half a year)

-----

Above all, why does younger try to use an excellent system that is unique to Japan and can destroy "Nash balance" easily?

それは、

It is

No need to make a tactical topic and a trick of the trade,

No zero-sum game,

confidentiality of the information is the best rank,

Ultimate blue ocean strategy with zero competing.

(Continuation from yesterday)

The government report says that the 37.6% of persons who are single and has not got married, whose age is 20~30 years old, answers that they don't need a lover, feel annoying love affair and want to concentrate their hobbies.

I know well that a love affair is not always good. and sometimes it becomes difficult.

In fact, it annoys us, and becomes harsh for us.

In opposite, we might annoy someone and make someone harsh.

Even if we want to fall in love with someone, it is not always easy for us.

Above all, why don't you think "Do I annoy you, even if I have no lover?"

It is natural that you say "that is not your business at the bottom of my heart"

-----

So, I want to make an offer,

"You may get married without love affair process."
