Large stickers (1 meter long) on a car used for outdoor experiments has arrived at home.

I checked the weight and size of the sticker because I will have to carry them by hand.

The eldest daughter watching my preparations, said to me

"Dad, do you join in a school festival?"

If this is a school festival, I am determined that

I don't want to be involved in my life again

そして、

and

I will never be involved again in my life

Do you not? Well you not.

To Hakone, there is a tourist spot with a wonderful view.

However, since the name of the sightseeing spot is the same as the name of the person who was displeased in the past, so I still can't visit there.

There are leaders who "take drinks" when the project is in crisis.

Leaders of this sort are not only incompetent, incompetent, but also garbage, bikin, and cockroaches of the project, and are arguably the biggest obstructors of the project.

First of all, the project that cannot not work, can not work by a drinking party.

If doing such a "drinking party", the project would be further delayed and fall into a bad state.

This incompetent project leader is "escaping" from fundermental problems of the project, because they don't really understand the project itself.

Indeed, it can be said that there is no medicine for this kind of fool.

-----

What the project leader should do are

After thorough hearing with the members,

- Negotiation with customers to extend delivery time or reduce system functionality,

- Introduction of human resources that can provide technical support,

- Project withdrawal to minimize damage

It's hard, and harsh, so is likely to be killed, however, this is the works of the project leader.

------

The person who hinders the progress of the project, at least in the "drinking party", is not the leader.

"Disappear from this project as soon as possible"

This is no problem,

Animes are excellent teaching materials as a way to get to know the inside of various works.

-----

In this cool right now, "Smiling on the runway" will help you understand the details of the decoration industry.

Not only that, but "clothing" is based on

comprehensive physics taking into account the properties of the material, gravity, inertia, etc.,

and we can understand that "making clothing" is advanced system engineering that builds "beauty".

-----

"Don't go to the video lab", as I said before, shows

not only comprehensive commentary on old and new animation technology,

but also various techniques (effects and omissions) in detail.

we can study it deeply.

-----

"I will die if the recommending member comes to Budokan" is an animation that carefully describes the work of "Underground Idol."

However, the word "underground idol" feels as contradictory, like "an unknown great actress".

To be honest, I am watching this anime skipping most of it, because I am not as resistant as I can keep watching.

In order to understand the business model that ignores economic rules and market principles, the so-called "underground idol", I think this content is excellent (?).

However, in order to support one's favorite in the idol group, so-called "push", the business model of paying from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of yen to purchase more than 100 CDs of the same content.

―― I feel distorted and honestly "scary"

-----

But I think there are quite a few people doing the same thing.

For example, at this season,

"Elementary school students taking private junior high school and their parents"

"Examinees" of "elementary school students" and "pusher"

"The parents" and "the otaku"

"Purchase 100 CDs of the same content" and "Payment to study school"

"Budokan" and "Passing the entrance examination"

These have almost the same structure.

"It's almost. almost"

As my motto, "the mad persons win in their life".

A person of "I will die if the recommending member comes to Budokan" is a winner,

than a person who has "nothing to go crazy"

Now I ask some college students to help a campus field experiments.

The students in the science and engineering majors, is really polite, logical and intelligent, so I feel good to talk with them.

Incidentally, I am in the science and engineering majors.

-----

This time, more than 60% of the students who helped did not have a driver's license.

While thinking that I need to get a driver's license, I became "M1" (first year master's student) ...

I feel that this story is like that

"I have to take the TOEIC test before I get a job..."

This is just my guess, however, they are thinking

"Obtaining a driver's license is as annoying as taking the TOEIC test"

I was forced to get a driving license by my parents more than 30 years ago.

At that time, I felt like I only needed a motorbike license, and I still think so.

However, this may only be felt because of the large urban transportation network.

(Continuation from yesterday)

Today, I realized

"Low birth rate x decrease in youth interest in cars = crisis of car manufacturer survival"

first-hand through the discussion real, horrifyingly

We can't sell cars anymore in Japan

I came to be convinced.

Well, this is what many experts have already said.

But "information" and "real feeling" are completely different things.

-----

The other day, I had the opportunity to study the publication of patent specifications by automakers.

I wondered "What do you think of a recent automaker?", honestly.

If you are interested, please do your own research.

You can see from the patent specification that automakers are trying to sell "other things" instead of "cars".

The other day, I heard the accident that the college student stabbed a dagger into the college teacher.

At first, I wasn't even aware of such events, which occur so frequently on a daily basis.

Later, I was surprised to learn about the "motivation" of the case.

- In a lecture where he can not get credit unless he gives a report,

- he negotiated so that he could get some credit without issuing a report,

- the negotiation failed, he went to the case

-----

"Is there any motive for such unreasonable crimes? I was really surprised.

I thought (I still think) "is it my mistake?"

I thought that theory was mess, like "I don't have any money, but let me eat" at a restaurant.

-----

For example, it's easy for me to understand that "the submitted report was evaluated unreasonably or rejected."

I also tried to terrorize the dissertation office, which rejected my dissertation... No, No way. I never thought about terrorism, however it was unpleasant for me.

In the first place, a report is basically something that can be completed simply by writing letters.

If it is completed, anyone can submit it.

Nevertheless, "I can not submit, but give me credit" is funny.

-----

When I were talking about it with my eldest daughter, she scolded me violently.

"Dad! You cannot understand it, however there are people in the world who can't write a "report" anyway!"

I have many things that I can't do with friends, love, school, work, language, and relationships.

I have a bad sense and a conscious mind.

However, I think

Juniors and colleagues said to me

"Ebata has the ability to make 100 lines of text that can be explained in just two lines --- "Bad writing ability""

In fact, I earned lunch tickets by my friend's report, and in a university graduation thesis, a friend asked me about "Co-authoring".

I have felt cold recently.

Especially now I am experimenting in the field (outdoor), so it's pretty tough

Before, I have never thought this case.

"Cold" would not have been directly linked to "tough".

Otherwise, I had not been a skiers.

-----

I think that one of the causes is weight loss.

In particular, since the start of field experiments, the appetite has been considerably reduced due to tough work.

Weight loss also cuts off the muscles that are the source of heat.

This eliminates the resistance to the cold.

So, remember that when the elderly say "cold," it's "tough" and not just "cold."

-----

Also, the following is just my hypothesis.

"Because I eat pepper on a daily basis"

In other words, the habit of spices such as peppers has begun to break down the heat generation system in my body.

If I consider this a kind of addiction, I can understand that "cold = tough" is one of the symptoms of intoxication.

-----

In recent years, people who are engaged in construction sites and road construction are overwhelmingly elderly.

And it seems that these people's "cold = tough" slightly outperforms me.

Each industry may have some years of know-how, but I'm worried because it is painful for them.

-----

Nowadays, I came to think

"It's a waste to pee in the toilet at the station"

"A heat source (3600 calories) with more than 100 degrees of 36 degrees is discharged ... wasteful"

This is the first time that I have started thinking like this.

When a device (PC, USB device, etc.) malfunctions and cannot work, there is a last resort, "factory default".

In that case, all settings on the device will be lost, but you can still use it if you reset it.

However, there are devices that do not have this "factory default" reset button. Now I am in trouble with this.

There is no problem if there is enough response time, however these issues are emergency situations. In fact, now I am in an emergency.

All day, I searched the Internet, and finally I found a page to rewrite the firmware, however,

"Honestly, rewriting firmware is scary"

This firmware overwrite has caused me to encounter the situation where the device completely stops working.

or,

- Devices that can both solve problems beautifully and completely stop working

Generalizing this fear in an event three days later:

No confession, but keep a good friend

After confession, accepted successfully , or no accepted with uncomfortable friendship.

It can be replaced ...No way!, Never!!

Absolutely, I am more serious than you.

I want to tell you "Fear of a system that doesn't work".

I can affirm that.

Recently, I've been thinking about the word "study".

When I say "study", it means "learning and arts, gaining experience."

However, the "study" of the daughters seems to mean "means for improving grades."

In other words, I only consider "study" to be "one of the acts", however, the daughters understand that study is a "quantification system of effort and ability".

-----

I am thinking that when human comes to the concept of

"Study to evaluate by numerical value"

Before the development of the education system, studying had no purpose other than practical study.

I think that study was "adding value to myself" and only "means for generating profit."

In other words, study must have been only "value determined in the free market."

-----

However, in the current education system, study is subject to calculation as "numerical values", not "monetary values".

It is a measure that measures "effort" and "ability".

Therefore, as long as it is a "measure", the concept of "correct answer" and "incorrect answer" is absolutely necessary.

-----

Anyway, both "learning and arts. gaining experience" and "means for measuring results" are both "study".

The study of "measurement" generally ends when you leave the education system (excluding qualification tests, etc.).

After that, studying "learning and arts, gaining experience" is

In the first place, there is no "correct answer" or "incorrect answer"

No concept of "competition with others"

No purpose other than "to study"

And this is very important that

it doesn't matter if you don't do it

And study of "it doesn't matter if you don't do it" is, for some reason, very attractive ---- strangely.

Effort cannot compete with "genius".

I think that there is no problem to say that the idiot saying, "Efforts excel at genius" maybe "lazy" who stayed in a narrow world and never looked at the world

I looked into those who were saying such ridiculous things. "Teachers" and "athletes" seem to be more. Indeed, not all humans are such humans, but the ratio of "native" is likely to be high.

-----

On the other hand, when asked, "Is a genius happy?" I cannot answer it.

This story must go back to the question of what happiness is, as a premise.

Still, as far as I've seen, "the person I've identified as a genius" generally doesn't seem happy.

She/He can see what people cannot see.

She/He can know what people cannot know.

These make them lonely

She/He cannot inform others therir thought.

These will stress them

And many people do not find value in "incomprehensible talent".

The "incomprehensible talent" cannot spread to the world because there is no intermediary.

It means,

One of the other reasons "genius doesn't seem happy" is, I think,

"Genius himself is not aware of their ability"

What they do not realize that they are genius, is neither humble nor virtuous.

On the contrary, they are afflicting themselves.

Because they come to hate those who can not understand their ideas destiny.

Speaking of that, a conversation, like this, appears in Jun Mihara's book "Hamidashikko".

Jack: "Is Graham an idealist?"

Angie: "What? If Graham is an idealist, what's wrong?"

Jack: "Yes ... if he is an idealist, he will destiny hate those who do not embody the ideal ..."

In short, that's it.

In this filed experiment, the college students helped us.

They are paid because the work was a official part-time job from university authorities.

The task was to "drive the car as displayed on the terminal we developed."

-----

In this collaboration with the students, I remembered my days of my student.

For students, "10 o'clock set" is "10 o'clock set".

After a long time, I felt fresh.

I was doing a same action and there was no problem. As same, the students at this time did nothing wrong.

However, for adults, "10:00 set" generally means "10:00 start".

To "start" at 10 o'clock, it's too late to "gather" at 10 o'clock.

Therefore, "to act five minutes before" is not "business manners".

It just means, "if we don't do that, we won't be able to get started."

-----

Then I should "tell them that they will meet 10 minutes ago."

No matter what I think, there is no problem for students in this matter.

We're "accustomed" to it, and we take it "naturally".

正直、

Honestly,

"We are arrogant"

I think.

Well, in fact, I didn't want to start just at 10 o'clock, so I didn't explain that.

In fact, I wasn't bothered.

It simply means that it was "fresh".

If I had a problem with this (the "10 o'clock set"), if I didn't explain it first, I would be 100% bad.

After stating the principle and correct argument, I will give some advices for students who will be working job hunting. Especially, my eldest daughter who is currently looking for a job.

-----

In the world of working people,

If you arrive at "10:01" at "10 o'clock set", it is a considerable penalty for you as a business person.

If this is done twice in a row, the image of the people concerned is the worst.

If you do it three times in a row, you won't be called to work anymore.

Applying this story to a job hunting briefing or interview, "1 minute" lateness is the same as "1 hour" lateness.

-----

What's even more scary is, "busuness persons don't pay attention to students."

To students who cannot keep the time, we don't explain the reason and we throw them away with a smile.

To student who come to the last minute of the briefing and stand behind the venue, we also throw them away.

When we have to choose a person, it is very difficult to assess a person's abilities and efforts in a single interview. It's almost like "gambling".

However, it is very easy to discard a person with a quantitative measure such as "time".

Busuness persons have no reason to protect "students who do not keep time".

And after joining the company, we don't want to do things like preaching by elementary school teachers, such as "we have to keep my time."

-----

At least, I don't want to have a special feeling

"I have to teach students the rules of society."

In the first place, I myself do not have the qualifications (personality, morals, leadership) that can tell the rules to others.

I just think, "I'm sorry for the trouble." and most business persons think the same way.

-----

In a word,

"Take care of people who behave kindly"

In this field experiment, which was used outdoors, a function to "monitor the operation in real time" was installed immediately after the service operation started.

This is, well, what a terrible help, and

made my stomach hurt.

Why the driver does not press the reservation acceptance button

Why is the position accuracy so bad today

Why is the driver on that stranger route

Why doesn't driving start at the departure time

It is a bit of "torture" that such a situation is "visible from the remote terminal (PC)" in real time.

Several times, I ran for a running car.

-----

Although it was difficult to develop experimental systems and other procedures, my expectation , "once the experiment has begun, it can be a little easier," has come off.

“Visible” increases safety and security, but also increases worry and anxiety.

On the other hand, "invisible" gives us an "excuse".

It is unfortunate that the infection has spread this time.

However, fortunately, that the virus was not an "airborne infection".

The virus this time is a "splash infection", and it is possible to prevent infection by masking and hand washing.

-----

At the moment, I understand, even I am amateurs that starting in the Prevent Spread phase, rather than tracking the source,

In other words, the expected source of infection is everyone other than yourself (including family members).

I'm wondering why in the news of the government administration meeting,

"Most of the attendees are not masked"

So is it only me who feels awful?

In the first place, "If the prime minister responds to the interview, he must not speak anything without masking."

A politician who said, "I'll do my best without a mask," made e dazzled by his low intelligence.

I believe it's a so-called politician joke.

But basically, anyone who understands the three concepts of "infection," "sickness," and "latency", should never be able to say this kind of joke.

Even if it is the joke, I can assert that it is "desperately incompetent" regarding the sense, usage, and timing of the joke.

-----

I have one suggestion.

How about broadcasting "Virus" on TV, that is the movie based on the late Sakyo Komatsu-sensei,

- We were really lucky that we did not encounter the bacterial weapon "MM88" in this movie

- We can have a effective methods against this disease by "mask", "hand washing" and "gargle"

And so on, to understand correctly,

- No wonder if you or I get infected tomorrow

- Simulating the response in that case in advance in your head

For these activities, the movie mighe be useful.

-----

However, I am afraid, that

"Impossible to broadcast the movie "Virus" on TV"

It is more likely that the country will panic than the benefits mentioned above.

Most of us are not as aware of the difference between "bacterial disease" and "viral disease" and "droplet infection" and "airborne infection" as much as "fission" and "fusion".

Or rather, as far as I can remember, we don't have that kind of education in the first place.

-----

Well, in such an emergency, it is true that the people are reasonably ignorant and the rulers are easier to operate.

In fact, I know a lot of countries that have run the government with such a policy.

I think that the new type virus disease at this time, might be called "pandemic".

Now we have had a image of "an accident at poor country far from our country" when hearing the word of "pandemic".

"problem for someone else", so called.

However now, our country is now recognized as "a source of infection" is meaningful though I also think this is not valid assessment

I think there are two points.

The first point is

"We japanese now should be got "exclusion order" from other country, or that possibility will be high."

The image of "Japanese are sources of infection" is conclusiveness now, even if we keep reputation for neatness ( my misunderstanding?).

So we have a chance to be treated as discriminated internationally.

(We had already experimented it when the accident at a nuclear power generation plant | occurred)

The second point is

"This accident will be a effective engine to improve "work style reform" in our country, like tel-working, staggered office hours and refraining voluntarily from drinking parties"

In this situation, the counterforce of the reform, have no other choice to try various work styles (e.g using IT systems)

Especially, people who have rejected to use PC and tel-conference system will be distinguished, selected and abandoned.

It will pay that if we can recognize that company buildings are just boxs and they are "needless", after all.

Both peopleless convenience stores and automatic vehicle without driver will be big advantage.

Moreover, based on the virtual education classes on the Internet, if "bulling" and "seclusion" are resolved, it is wonderful, I think.

-----

Needless to say, "pandemic" is the worst disaster.

I never want to meet the disaster again.

However the disaster is here.

So, I think that we should countermove the disaster by every means possible.

Last weekend, I was completely stuck in the settings of AWS (Amazon Web Service) and had been boiled down in my room for two full days.

"I will Kill anyone who writes an article like "Building AWS in 30 minutes"

I was in such a mental state.

With the invitation of my wife, I recently went to a Korean movie, Parasite, which won the Academy Award for Best Picture.

In a word, it was "heavy".

However, it was not too intrusive weight that makes me feel depressed, or it was not heavy enough to impose something of duty. How to say, it is difficult to express,

I was hit my face by a iron ball whose weight was five times of the movie fee. Anyway I was just tired.

-----

Somehow, I come to be take care of my body odor sickly after watching the movie.

The other day, I looked at olds of the sports club who approached my face and talked with a cheerful voice, and I saw a group of uncles playing loudly in front of the bar.

I was quite angry with thinking

Do you have "no brain"?

Do you not know the word "dense contact" or do you think that only you are unrelated to the infection? The men who exhale and exchange viruses with others seemed ugly to (at least) me.

They looked "incompetent males" absolutely, even if I tell them that

"Even if you don't get sick, you'll be a good carrier as a carrier of the virus."

they could not understand what I said.

-----

This time, the Japanese government has made a historic decision. That is

"Simultaneous and uniform request for school closure for more than one month in Japan"

I thought I understood it, but this remark from the Prime Minister has finally made me realize.

それは、

That is

"Every day, every 100 children die on a blanket laid on a corridor because of lack of hospital beds."

I've only seen such scenes in movies.

But I think 'the government has put this in scope.

In such a situation, I think it is not unreasonable for me to be indignant at the above-mentioned "group of incompetent males".

(Continuation from yesterday)

At the same time, I felt I could understand "nagging women" in a downtown area in wartime years in war movies.

"Wear such fancy clothes! Why don't you think about the hardships of soldiers on the battlefield? This unpatriotic person!!"

"Listening to a song record in the language of the enemy country! This unpatriotic person!!"

"What is the word of the enemy country, such as strike and ball, for sports (baseball)! This unpatriotic person!!"

In movies drama, these "nagging women" usually appear in the role of a bad guy who condemns the heroine.

(As far as I know, I have never seen a "heroin" shouting "unpatriotic person!").

I really understand them now.

They who call "unpatriotic person!" were really worried about the future of Japan from the bottom of their hearts.

They believed that if such an immoral person were left alone, Japan would lose the war and the nation would be destroyed. "

-----

So, well, thought the content is different, I am basically the same as "the nagging women, shouting "unpatriotic person!""

"If I leave their folly, our country will be destroyed"

"the nagging women" believed it, and I believe it.

If I erase all memories of the post-war process, and if I time-leaps during the war,

I would have stood with "the nagging women" and curse others as "this unpatriotic person!"

I am convinced of it.

-----

But whatever the consequences of this virus war,

"The olds and the group of uncles" have "no brain" desperately.

I think this is a universal fact.

School rules are not laws.

So, when the school rules are against the law, for example, if it is "a thing that undermines a student's human rights without good cause", you can ask the school to abolish the school rules.

If the school refuses the request, a student can bring a lawsuit against the school

Well, few teachers teach such procedures to students.

-----

By the way, some idol groups seem to have a rule of "prohibition of love."

"Really enviable"

The idea of losing if you don't fall in love with the world --- At least you can forget how long you have been in the group.

Isn't this rule very easy to feel?

Furthermore, if a school's rules include prohibits romance, there is no concept of "social life" At least within the scope of the school rules (campus).

-----

Well, the former teenager who had done voluntarily “self-restrained in love”are thinking that.
