(Continuation from yesterday)

Using not only gastric camera at this time, but also general anesthetic,

"Exchanging consciousness by unconsciousness during zero time"

Even if we can sat aside "getting consciousness again"

(I know that some people blame me for escaping from the condition)

I come to think that this is also almost "non-existing death".

-----

Before arguing this my logic. I want to refuse flatly the "mortuary philosophy" of general manager of extermination camp that I had already talked the other day.

(1)Even if he try to cover a concept of death in whitewash subjectively, it makes clear that an objective death exists there.

(2)Nobody can invade "right to live one's life tomorrow" without reasons enforcedly.

To tell you the truth, the above (2) is going to right and wrong of death penalty,

I want to run away from this argument.

-----

Without running, I have to start the followings.

For example,

According to extermination camp,

Eichmann's apologies were

"The genocide was done on the domestic law of German at that time."

"What I did is to keep my affairs in order"

I have no clear logic to prove his arguments wrong now.

For example,

"If any administrative procedure and laws are under the right to live tomorrow, we should reject any death penalty."

I have no clear logic to reject the argue of death-penalty opponent.

For example,

I know there is an effective counter-argument against the above.

"Any nation is a agent to avenge a grievance"

However,

If this logic is permitted, the foundation of the rule of law is going to be denied (laws do not allow any dual and retaliation),

I have no power to make the reasoning about the paradox.

In conclusion, I want to run away from this issue with saying "I don't know what is what".

(Continuation from yesterday)

Let go back to the board,

If we can define the "painless endoscopy" equals "painful end-of-life care", and

for me, although I hate pain to death,

I cannot reject the transition from life to death at zero hour on my in my intention.

To tell you the truth, it is welcome.

It is not bad. No matter what anybody say, I hate pain and suffering.

I can agree not only the "painless gastroscope examination" at this time, but also "painless delivery".

-----

To extend this concept,

Writing column is "painless business"(that does not receive a reprimand from the boss),

Programming on my own is "painless programming".

Illustrations I can determine the structures, compositions, and color only by myself is "painless illustrations".

Any "painless something" is all justice in my mind.

Come to think of it, blog, twitter are also "painless", as long as you are saying that you like unilaterally (until it becomes be in flame)

Comic Market, etc. (Comiket) is, so to speak, a festival of "painless content" (as long as you do not suffer in the creation)

(Continuation from yesterday)

For me,

"A great deal of pleasure is coming in return for a great deal of suffering" (by Mr.Katsura trainer in the comic "aim for your ace")

is inferior to

"Living a mediocre life in return for rejecting all kinds of suffering".

I think that the latter life is more valuable than the former.

-----

However, my opinion like above is few, and the sound is small.

There are a lot of guy who want to talk about their past pain and present philosophy in the world.

"How awful they are?"

What is wrong about painless life?

If they love their pain so much, you enjoy them by themselves.

I don't want to be enforced their own masochistic behaviour.

Because they annoy me.

-----

The next target is "painless dental treatment".

After that, we are going to aim "painless love affair".., but I came to that,

we have already embodied the "painless love affair" by simulation games.

-----

I want to run into the logic of "painless death" eventually.

There is a research of "People who have no friend, is like to become death in early life".

Certainly, it might be right.

Communications with friends can activate our mind and body, and the same or different person's senses of value make our life be enrich.

When I suffer something, a friend who conform me and cure my ache is a priceless property.

-----

However, I have one big question against the research.

Based on the research about "people who have no friend, is like to become death in early life". one unreasonable fact is coming.

"Why am I living still now?"

In my case, there is no problem that I was dead ten years ago.

The other day, in my commute train,

I saw a girl, who

had a chew of gum

heard rap with headphone, (just my guess)

hit the display of her smart phone rapidly,

covered her head with a scarf,

looked like an Arab.

I know.

I am wrong.

However, I felt that my pure respect for Muslim religion comes to seem to to be broken,

if possible, women of Muslim live their daily life to keep "my one-way private imagination", I am going to be very happy.

Now I am on the way from my wife's country house to my home by airplane

alone.

There were several reasons of this my action, however, according to this plan, I made a decision that the environment of giving me a free hand is the most important.

"It is reasonable"

All people could agreed to my opinion.

This my mission was to

"build up the observation home security system of my wife's country home"

でした。

-----

There is a phrase "wherever and whenever one could", in the literature I kept making the system around the clock.

It means, that I had already tested the system in my home, though it didn't work well --- that was not so severe in fact.

The biggest problem was that the system worked at one time, but didn't work at another time.

Finally I came to a conclusion that there were some problems in the commerce server, and I had to go back home without confirmation the system activation.

However, I could complete to install some devices in the house, I think that I am going to on the stage of remote system construction.

-----

After all,

A system construction and management is difficult considerably for anyone, even if it a small and private system.

I could get all equipments, materials devices for the "observation home security system in my wife's country house" by the Internet mail-order.

-----

If I want to get some devices from "Akizuki-Tuusho", the shipping cost becomes expensive. however, It almost equals the cost of round trip to Akihabara station.

I think it becomes cheaper because of saving money to come to the shop.

When I bought a sound amplifying module made in China from Amazon by 300Yen, I was surprised to hear the sound from speakers.

The sound quality is enough for me.

-----

I know I can get long Ethernet cables and some mounts of devices, however, I was surprised to know that I can also get wood screws pin nails and AC cable lines from Amazon.

Thanks to the Internet mail order, I am able to complete all of the preparation without going to Akihabara and DIY shops.

It seems to be difficult to purchase screws and brackets without watching and touching actual things, however, I believe that this problem is going to be resolved by using a 3D printer in the "three-dimensional printing" at home.

-----

Amazon is not enough to crush bookstore in front of train stations. I think that they have already begun to destruct DIY shops steadily.

After that, if Amazon begin to start rice, lettuce, and pork pack by the Internet mail order earnestly, all supermarkets in Japan become a subcontractor of Amazon.

That is, from the view of just an endures like me, is obvious.

-----

I sometimes see the difficulty in walking elderly is going to a super market with struggling.

This is by chance, they don't have a literacy to use the Internet.

However, we who are in prep-old generation can defeat use the Internet.

We will not go to the supermarket painstakingly,

# however, another problem occurs (health life paddle short, ultra-super-aging society),

I think even supermarkets are aware of this problem fully, and they have already started the correspondence.

Given the erosion rate of the DIY shops, I might say,

―― Amazon

"Amazon's response is deadly faster than we expect"

During this time of Kagoshima stay, but I was moving around in a rental car,

however, I used the car just for round-trip a DIY shop and convenience stores

I thought that recent "light car" is great.

Light car of old days, was poor ride, bad quality and narrow room and the power was also poor, however the light car I had rent at this time,

visible spacious( it might be just a illusion visual),

climbing lane also to climb without stress,

"Idling stop"

technology really surprised me.

Firstly, I felt a little fear to stop the engine whenever in a center of intersection,

As soon as the touch lightly accelerator, the engine is going to be restarted instantaneously. I was really moved as an engineer.

(I don't know nowadays the idling stop mechanism is a standard equipment in any car)

I am a research engineer, who had studies the vehicles engine and car area network(CAN), so I am very interested in the mechanism of any vehicle.

However, I am not interested in car makers, design or spec. of car

at all absolutely.

So I have no topics about motor vehicle in a drinking party, whenever my coworkers start to talk about cars.

I have a lot of things I don't have interest in, beside the cars.

When I went to a barbershop during the period of 2002 FIFA World Cup Korea/Japan, the haairdresser started to chat with me,

"It was a great goal of Japan team at last night game wasn't it?"

I just said,

"Was it so ?"

After that, the talk was stopped and we kept silent.

-----

When I went to the NHK's facility to get some materials, the elderly gentleman said something to me in the restroom,

"Well, "Rakuten" did it"

For the first second, I couldn't understand what he was saying, and for the next second, I could understand it, and the last second, I shut the tallk.

"I am not interested in baseball at all"

I saw the man looked uncomfortable, and I felt sorry for him.

However, in this case, Nancy's opinion is not fair.

これは、

This means,

"Nancy has a responsibility for "burden of proof" of "The breakaway is worse than stay."

または、

or

"Nancy has a responsibility for "burden of proof" of "The stay is better than the breakaway."

This is a simple story.

It is Nancy who should make an effort to argue TOM down, and

Tom doesn't have to make an effort for Nancy's argument.

これを、

According to a legal parlance,

"Burden of proof" is generated by the side that needs the profit.

In plain words, it means,

"If you want to enforce your policy to others, you should make an effort to realize it."

as a self-evident truth.

(Continuation from yesterday)

On the other hand, if Nancy can show the profit of "EU stay",( and it is O.K. even if it not perfect),

the next time, the "burden of proof" moves to Tom, who should show the profit of "EU breakaway"

It is "counter proof".

It is said "change of burden of proof"

If Tom fails to do this "counter proof", Tom is going have the worst of this dispute.

-----

I think that in order to insist the claim of their own, some people are likely to act, for example, "making opposite people put the proofs", is normal.

However I am afraid that it is a clear

"unreasonable logic"

For example,

The other day, I read a comment, that there was a meeting of foster parent(FP) of cats that rejects to join single men, and a person (maybe "male") became resentful.

In this case, the promoter seemed to reject joining a single man with reasons of luck of cat management (or abuse intention to meet a single woman (just my estimation, though)).

This man seemed to claim

"The promoter should show me the data that a single man lacks the management capability of cat management."

and,

to tell you the truth, I can understand his anger deeply, however,

in this case, it is reasonable that the man who get angry,

"should show the promoter the data that a single man doesn't lack the management capability of cat management."

and argue against the meeting policies(even if he really want to do it).

This is a simple and basic example of "burden of proof".

(Continuation from yesterday)

Well, I don't think that we should think a severe case like the above, however,

I am afraid that it is a serious problem that the principle of

"The person who want to get a profit, should make an effort"

is not unrecognized enough in compulsory education of Japan.

-----

It means,

If you become a victim of crime,

(1)the victimizer doesn't need any burden of proof of innocence.

and,

(2)the victim needs all burden of proof of the guilty.

If we don't know the principle correctly, it is difficult to make the victimizer guilty.

-----

I don't want to talk about the following example "raping incident", however,

the victim should

pick the body fluids of the victimizer, and preserve it.

take a picture as is, and show your figure to others as a witness.

call the police as soon as possible( even it is painful to death)

If you hope to conceal the incident from others, you can keep it secret(an offense subject to prosecution on complaint)

However, if you cannot save anything of evidence, the court dismiss the suit of yours flattery, and the victimizer come to be acquitted of a charge.

"Burden of proof of guilty" is on the side of victim, and "burden of proof of innocence" is not on the side of victimizer.

The present laws order victims to make an effort.

Even if you feel it unreasonably.

-----

On the other hand, let think it from the opposite aspect.

For example, if I get sued from an unknown woman who said

"I was raped by Ebata"

In addition, when I am ordered by a person to

prove an alibi of mine,

やら、

or

prove my lack of sexual potency with submitting a medical prescription of ED, for example,

and

to claim my innocence objectively,

I will get mad with the person absolutely.

Finally I am going to advertise my activity.

Now I am in charge of the serialization whose title is "Let the world with numbers".

I am making an effort with using number(programming, statistic, and calculation)

I believe that I really make great effort.

I expect a person who want to argue against my logic of my column, to

"make more than two or three times efforts than what I do"

I also understand that this story is really unfair.

Because I am a mathematical research engineer that use a lot of number or program everyday.

If you are not a engineer, it might be a kind of "violence" to ask you to behave like me.

To begin with, nobody has a responsibility of "burden of proof" against my columns.

I think that there is no problem to blame or complain about my columns (it is natural).

the best way is to

Now my column is constructed by the following two parts.

As the former, I make a column including a lot of boastful messages.

As the latter, the "rude junior fellow" make fun of the messages thoroughly.

The other day, I wrote that I had been to my wife's country house in Kagoshima prefecture to install the home security system (presented by me).

Before flying to Kagoshima, I have installed "The Kagoshima system" in my house, and tried to check the system beforehand.

Last night, when I came back home, the second daughter watched "Chihayafuru", in the HDD recorder.

"Chihayafuru" is a comic and an animation that depicts youth who enthuses competitive KARUTA game. (the rest is omitted)

In the KARUTA club whose leader is "Chihaya Hayase" as a high school girl, there is a boy who keep recording tremendous data of the member's game process, whose name is

H tries to analyse not only his club member's fighting styles but also adversary game trends, and finally works for an data analyst to make his team win.

Ebata; "It is absolutely "Tsukue-kun" who is a leading character of this animation, neither "Chihaya" nor "Taichi","Arata".

Second daughter(SD):"No, no, no, absolutely not".

Ebata:"What are you talking? If "Chihaya" try to aim to the Queen of KARUTA tournament, what she really need is not "Taichi" "Arata" but "Tsukue-kun" isn't it?"

SD:"No, a high school girl who executes actions with temporary emotions and feeling each day, and some nice guys are around the girl are needed in the juvenile story."

Recently, I have used a video-clip on "Youtube" in my columns.

To explain how a device goes,video-clip is very useful.

-----

This week end, I used a free-software of video-clip editor and tried some functions of the tool, however, I have to stop it, if I want to do a little complicated operation.

For example. about "two times speed recording", I didn't know how to operate the GUI of the software, and finally I had to ask a search engine for operations instructions.

-----

In addition, a lot of video clips of the software instruction are on Youtube, however,

"I cannot understand the instruction, at all."

For the first time, the speed of movies are fast and speedy.

I cannot follow the menu selection and how to move the mouse.

For the next time, I cannot tell the important point from others at all.

There is no sharp description, for example. "This operation of this button is important.

Apparently, many of the contributors of Youtube does not seem able to understand the difference between "the beginner of the tool" and "well-known myself".

Well, it is said that it is difficult even for active teachers, so it says for granted, it is more difficult for amateur like me.

-----

Video clips, are "helpful in the amount of information", however, at the same time ,"troublesome in the amount of information"

In addition, teaching materials using the moving image, would lose lightly to ordinary book-based teaching materials.

Patent application and papers, are still text and drawings. The reasons might still be "optimal solution, not "out of fashion".

The 21th, June, "New professional upbringing" in the TV program "Gaia no Yoake",

the following topics are broadcast

- a school to teach the know-how for opening new ramen shop even for one week.

- a company to make a plasterer craftsmen in one month

"It is coming here at last."

with my deep emotion.

I was always looking in a desperate feeling about stupid Japanese craftsman training method, like, "first from dishwashing," "steal them by your eyes". But after the program, I think that slight hope is coming.

Especially, the above "ramen school" teaches technologies to make up the same taste of ramen anytime anywhere, using flasks, test tube and several measurements.

This ways are usual in industrial field (manufacturing industry, in special), however, the world of craftworkers has not been applicable for a long time without reasons.

-----

To begin with, needless to say, there is no relationship between "delicious ramen" and dishwashing, senior, junior, period of training.

It is a self-evident fact, having no use for logic.

I don't care for the craftworker's carrier, even if it just one week or more than ten years. It is out of my scope.

A shop who says "adamantine stubbornness" might tell a lie.

Because no shop survives without trying improvement of tastes and other qualities, depending on trends and customers.

(Continuation from yesterday)

Above all, ramen is a system that is compose of several subsystems, like soup, noddle, and other foods.

If ramen is a system, we can use system approach to the ramen.

I have wondered why craftworkeds cannot understand this self-evident fact in Japan.

-----

On the other hand, in medieval history, the same system had be completed, called "guild".

The purpose of "guild" is, on one phrase, "imparting their skill to successors as efficiently as possible, in order to protect the profit margins.

The characteristics of the patrimony were fast, speedy and short period, and it is a asset of each guild.

In the guild world, there might be "dish-washing" or "swabbing the desk" during the period of newcomer, however there was absolutely no stupid training method like, "do not teach the technology itself" (for example, "steal it by you eyes"),

-----

As an aside, why I do not try to pass on technology actively in the junior, is a very clear

"It annoys me."

Even if I have such a time, I want to use the time for my own study and hobbies and columns.

So, I made this paper, and run away from younger just saying "read it".

Today, new my column is released, so I take a day off.

"Let's turn the world by "Number" Accident resulting in injury or death (31) "

trying to simulate the injury in the "Ebaden"

However, I still think

""Chushingura" is terrorism"

(Continuation from yesterday)

In conclusion, the class room of professional ramen craftworkers and plasterers is a system to make the mentors fall into disuse.

Of course, the mentors also are expected to lead newcomers toward several fields of service, management, account, sales and advertisement, but even so, if the class room also begins to teach them,

the world of

"mentor-less society " is coming.

It is the world that destroys any respect toward experiences, so called "seniors"

-----

However, this "mentor-less society" has already started.

For example, we am going to ask unknown topics not for "seniors" but "Google search engine", and open our troubles not for persons but web sites.

Many people have thought that

"It is absolutely impossible to make a digital service of ramen and plasterers craftworkers"

However,

The success of this "ramen class" means, that "craftworkers" are not also special, but they are same of ordinal business persons in the world.

After all,

They are also just "interchangeable parts".

The fact was confirmed accidentally.
