Recently, I open my diary by "Japanese English"(I am going to explain it at the next serialized column).

If I continue to use this Japanese English without any feedback, this Japanese English is going to corrupt and change it to "Ebanglish" that nobody could read.

-----

So, today I also try asking thought I know that anybody doesn't apply for it.

Would you please translate my diary in YOUR English?

The purpose of this event is to provide a chance of your English study. I believe that writing English is good chance for you.

And the purpose of mine is to stop my degenerate English.

I read your English,

and I want to be moved with saying "Oh it's a nice expression"

-----

I am going to open your English on my web site.

I will make a new mail address in order to get your English sentence, and you could send me the mail whenever you want.

I also make the system that nobody critics your English.

Anytime you start it, anytime you stop it. I will make me a machine to copy your English to the web site.

Please don't hesitate to contact me by my E-mail address.

I am a member of company safety and health committee. I make a habit of being first to do the sweeping, and fire up coworkers to start the cleaning.

Ebata: "Guys! Stop working and start sweeping!! "

And I pass the younger coworker to the sweeper, he said sleepy,

"Ebata-san, Let the younger do"

"People, who are younger than I, are the younger. If not, put your hand up now."

Nobody could challenge me.

Yesterday, my coworker gave me a comment of "the remasterd revision of "A century of movies" is going to start from today"

(Though I don't know whether the information of my diary was correct or not, ) I strongly recommend to watching this program.

At least this works made me feel that

"I can accept to raise the price of monthly payment of NHK viewing fee"

In opposition, a theory that "I rob other persons who are not interested in the program, of the payment" is going to make up, I think.

-----

In short, I am wiliness.

If I am damaged by something, I am going to crush them with wielding justice.

If I think I get some merit, I am going to be silent with cheating myself of the right.

"Same as you"

Next time, when I go to McDonald's, I want to say a phrase.

"It is not this, please give me the same hamburger as CM."

------

Ebata: "I want the hamburger that a thick hamburger bursting with gravy jumps out of a hot skillet and jumps over the bun"

Ebata:"I don't need this one that looks like something of meat of thin ham that I cannot recognize visually.

Ebata: "Please change."

(Continuation from yesterday)

However, any boss has managerial responsibilities for his subordinates, and sometimes they are responsible for their failure.

It is an important work of my boss to follow his/her work.

A boss needs to hear "interrogate" the work progress report from a subordinate, even if they don't like

Regarding high-risk content, the boss should need to "crush" the work of his subordinates.

Because works are not an "individual hobby".

-----

Well, as this comes, we will begin to "report contents that my boss will not overturn my current work" in order to counter the interrogation by his boss,

In the worst case, a subordinate is getting to give up "challenging job" from the beginning.

As a matter of course, The workplace which no longer chose a challenging job, is going to stagnate.

- Well, like this, any work must have "function to destroy work" fatefully.

(To be continued)

The government-led program aiming to improve "work style reform" is going.

I think that "work style" is one of personality of individual.

It is shameful that we are trying them under the leadership of the government.

However, I cannot blame the government about this programming.

For a long time, exactly, from the end of last century, we have had a history of defeat, that is

"Though even someone persisted with "work style reform", we could not act in concert with them"

Above all, we have to accept that each of us cannot decide "our work style" by ourselves, without the blue prints from the government.

We could not reform our work style, despite of death from overwork, family breakdown, neurosis of child-raising, and nursing duty, so-called, "sense of stagnation"

Of course, I know that some persons tried to fight against the stagnation with serious sense of crisis.

However, I am afraid that their activities were almost in vain, after all.

It is an evidence that "the government works for it"

-----

However, there is also bright side of the above.

"To eliminate extraneous objects(including human being) and to ensure an organization(like nation, company or school) safety" is perfect as "immune system".

If we regard our society as an immune system, "prominent personality" should be killed at the head. Because "prominent personality" is an extraneous object which will destroy the immune system itself.

However at the same aspect, the "prominent personality" will be expected to occur at regular intervals.

To changes in the environment constantly, organizations are always ready to use "prominent personality" at any time.

So, the phrase of "personality is important" have repeated again and again, on the premise that they are going to be killed"

-----

Any organization put forth a sound argument of "personality is important".

However, if you believe "personality is important", you are about to play Russian roulette.

Within our life, that is over half a century, I could not find any person who can reach to happiness life because of "prominent personality".

At least in the field of "work style reform", I am afraid that all ""prominent personalities" has been killed.

-----

Now I am amazed that

- Though I got the the theory of "prominent personalities" are killed,

- my daughters had already got the knowledge and acted based on the theory.

Yesterday I told the story of Akizuki-Shoukai.

I have thought that you could not avoid to visit Akizuki-Tsusho, Sengoku-Tsusho, and Radio department even if you was a student of engineering department.

When I was a college student, I lived in Kyoto. However I asked Akizuki-Tsusho to send some electronic parts sets.

It was because I wanted to make a detonator ... I mean "remote communication device".

-----

When Akihabara had no anime or maids, the town was purely a place for science humans.

However, in my time, there was already a "PC geek".

However, the "personal computer geek" at that time had the technical ability of being able to talk with personal computer hardware (writing programs in machine language).

The men who gathered in that place (because there were really no women) were kinky, stunned, non-communicative, but only technical skills were really amazing.

-----

Recently, I often go to Akizuki-Tsuusho store in Akihabara to buy electric parts.

"Everyone who visits is older than me"

I think so.

I just want to think of timing issues, mistakes based on my age, or the popular use of online shopping.

However, if the technical college, university and graduate students are far from electronic components,

I am afraid that the future of Japan seems to be "despairably dark".

-----

However, after all, I also a old person who says

"Only worth reading a printed book (x electronic book)"

"You can do anything if you want to die"

I'm dumbfounded that there are still people out there claiming such nonsense.

Many people who want to attempt suicide are basically in a state of "not wanting/ability to do anything" (many of which are caused by mental illness).

In the "I don't want to do anything" category, there's also "preparing for suicide.

A person in such a state can "do anything"?

Don't be silly.

Really, I can assume that any idiot making the above ridiculous claims is now an "uncorrectable idiot".

-----

Diving into suicide is the least expensive form of "suicide preparation".

It has a high success rate and does not require any equipment to prepare. Moreover, it can be performed anywhere in Japan.

The action is "just falling into the rail" -- and there is no chance of it being interfered with.

-----

Of course, the damage to third parties is enormous.

It continues to cause tremendous inconvenience to tens of thousands of people.

But there is no logic to counter 'I don't care what happens after I'm dead'.

That's why only 'pain' is the last trump card against 'jumping into suicide'. -- I decided that.

-----

That's why I keep thinking about 'a social system that uses "avoidance" from pain, anxiety and fear as its engine'.

This is not a concept or a call to action that can be described only with words and pictures in Powerpoint, but a concrete logic (algorithm) for a social control system.

I've been proposing the above research for the last few years -- but it's not popular.

This research topic is not easy to get adopted.

I know it's a "bad use of words, however, I am also well aware of that, if I obscure the words in this area, I will only get boring research results.

Well, I've resigned myself to the fact that for the time being (or until I die), I'll just have to do "my weekend research" as I've always done.

when I watch my family, or even when I watch foreign dramas on NetFlix, I think

"These guys really do make it easy to connect other people's USB flash drives to their computers"

Our corporate engineers do not easily connect USB flash drives of unknown origin to their computers -- we are trained to do so.

In my case, the first thing I did was to get that USB flash drive, is

(1) To connect it to an old computer that is not connected to the network.

(2) To visually check all the files.

さらに

in addition,

(3) To run a virus scan

Finally, I connect it to the main computer.

It's not joking that I'm aware that "USB memory stick = bomb".

-----

Once, in the middle of an outdoor demonstration, I needed to move a file urgently and bought a USB flash drive at a convenience store -- which caused quite a commotion.

I needed "20 seconds" to purchase this USB flash drive at the convenience store.

However, there is no doubt that it took at least 20 hours, involving at least three people, to get a "Certificate of Physical Destruction" for this USB memory stick and complete its destruction.

To put it bluntly, in our field, "possession of a USB flash drive" is synonymous with "possession of a handgun.

-----

However, if there is a scene in a foreign drama in which a detective brings back to the station a USB memory stick that he/she has just taken from a criminal and checks to see if the USB memory stick contains a virus.

"No doubt, the perpetrator fled the scene and the case went cold"

I think that.

If a message such as "The staff has confirmed that this USB memory stick is safe" is inserted in a scene of a drama, the drama will be ruined...

I'm thinking about the trivial things.

Suddenly, I remembered a story from when my oldest daughter was in high school.

-----

Eldest: "All boys like mature girls with long hair, don't they?"

Me: "I think short hair is supreme for girls, and I've always liked girls who were running around at all hours of the day!"

Eldest: "Boys want a girl with a cute little chuckle, don't they?"

Me: "It was even 'painful' to be with a girl who couldn't even come up with her own conversation topics."

Eldest: "Maybe you are just special."

Me: "I don't deny it, but I think there's a little more diversity in men's preferences for the opposite sex."

------

There is one of the girls' assumptions that some boys laugh at each other after a fistfight on a riverbank.

Such a guy doesn't exist, and if existed, he is a sorry person who has damaged part or all of his brain.

Today, as I watch the NHK news, I am reminded of a conversation with my late father.

===== from here =====

"Tomoichi. You're mistaken."

I looked at my father's profile, a little surprised.

"As long as the aircraft is a civilian aircraft, shooting down a civilian aircraft for any reason is unacceptable."

I countered my father with a feeling of surprise.

"Even if it was clear that Korean planes were violating Soviet airspace for espionage purposes and threatening their national interests?"

The father told his son crisply.

"Even if the aircraft's captain and most passengers on board were spies, and even if they violated the airspace maliciously."

If there is only one innocent passenger on board, no one can justify the act of taking that life, no matter who it is."

To the stunned son, the father continued quietly.

Isn't that what we call 'human' and 'life'?"

===== To here =====

The father's words can be translated into the following lines

Even if there is a Hamas stronghold in the basement of the hospital, and even if the hospital personnel are Hamas supporters and are holed up in the hospital with malicious intent,

If there is just one unrelated sick person, child, or infant out there, no one can justify the act of taking that life, no matter who it is."

-----

I don't care which side "justice" is on. I am not interested.

I think, 'My father is right.
