と、長女に言われた時は、一瞬、何を言われたか分からなかったのですが、3秒くらいたって言葉の意味を理解しました。

長女：「今、ドラマで、そういう話をやっているので、心配になって」

あんなもの見なければいいのに、と思いながらも、ティーンエィジャに、『ドラマ見るな』と行っても無駄だろう、とも思いました。

江端：「パパはエンジニアだ。エンジニアは色々な条件を考慮するように作られている」

江端：「例えば、『浮気をしないと、お前の家族の命はないぞ』と脅迫されれば、浮気をすることもあるだろう、というようなことまで計算に入れる」

長女；「・・・面倒くさいんだね」

Daughter:"... You are complicated"

江端：「それと、自分の意志で浮気をする可能性はないけど、あえてToDoリストに入れろというのであれば、現時点で『浮気』はリストの101番目くらいだ」

Ebata:"I have no plan to cheat Mom now, but if you want to know the possibility, the trial will be located at the 101th of my ToDo lists."

長女：「うん、その答えでいいよ」

Daughter:"Your answer is enough for me"

と言い残して、長女は2階の自室に上がっていきました。
