先日、 「北極ラーメンファンド」を設立したお話 をしました。

昨日、 4名の者 がファンドの申請条件を達成したようです。
Yesterday, four persons in my office could achieve the application condition of the fund.
今朝、以下のレポートが提出されましたので、公開します。

「北極ラーメンに完食意義における一考察」 第9課 工藤裕樹
A study of a significant in the eating up of "Hokkyoku-Ramen" The 9th Dept. Yuuki Kudo.
1．研究背景
1. Background
近年，江端主任研究員提唱の「蒙古タンメン中本」「北極ラーメン」完食による人間的成長と困難との対峙力向上についての啓蒙が進んでいる。
Recently According to proposal of Mr.Ebata, senior research engineer, he is going to make an advance of enlightenment in order for human growing-up and overcome any obstacles by eating up "Mouko-Tanmen Nakamoto" and "Hokkyoku-Ramen"
新生第9課の団結と江端理論の適正さを検証すべく「北極ラーメン完食」に挑戦した。
Thanks to his enlightenment, we the 9th department members challenged "Hokkyoku-Ramen eating up" in order to inspect solidarity of new the 9th dept. and the justness of the Ebata's theory.
2．実験方法
2. Method of the experiment
実験日時は10月8日(水)19時50分から20時30分であり，蒙古タンメン中本の品川店で実施した。
This experiment started from 19:50 to 20:30 on October 8th at "Mouko-Tanmen Nakamoto" in Shinagawa area.
計11名で参画し，4名が「半北極ラーメンと半蒙古丼セット」，残り7名が「北極ラーメン」を注文した。
Eleven people took part in the event, seven ordered "half Hokkyoku-Ramen and half MukoDon" and others ordered "Hokkyoku-Ramen"
3．実験結果
3. Result of the experiment
「半北極ラーメンと半蒙古丼セット」3名完食し，「北極ラーメン」1名完食の結果を得た。他はスープを残す結果となった。
Three peoples accomplished "half Hokkyoku-Ramen and half MukoDon" and only one people achieved "Hokkyoku-Ramen". Others failed because they could not drink whole soup.
前者は，加登氏が圧倒的な早さで完食し，次いで，基山氏，最後に皆の制止を振り切り他の参加者が退出後も店内で食し続けた高梁氏が完食した。
About the former, Mr.Kato finished it incredible speed. After that Mr.Kiyama also finished it. Finally Mr.Takahashi ate-up without his friend's warning.
後者は，皆があきらめる中，粛々と食しスープを飲み続けた，課長の素笛氏が完食し，皆からの大絶賛を受けた。
About the latter, chief Mr.Sobue completely finished eating up "Hokkyoku-Ramen" at the bottom of bowl though others gave up eating, and he won the highest praise.
4．結果考察
4. Consideration
皆が一様に同じ目的に挑戦することで第9課の団結を図る点で非常に重要な成果を得た。
At a point planning solidarity of the 9th department, I got very important result by challenging the uniformly same purpose.
特に素笛課長が完食，まさにコミットメントしたことでその意味はさらに重要になったと考える。
Especially, thanks to Mr.Sobue's eating-up that was equal to be a great commitment, the significant of this trial came to be more important.
一方で，江端氏が誇ってきた北極ラーメンの完食，と言う事象を安易に達成した，加登氏，基山氏，高梁氏の3名は，面子を考慮しないと言う点で，江端氏への敬意が極端に少ないものと考えられる。
On the other hand, three guys, Mr.Kato, Mr.Kiyama and Mr.Tahakashi seemed to have less respects for Mr.Ebata. Because Mr.Ebata lost face by their success.
5．結果に基づく新規提案
5. New proposal
北極ラーメン完食者した江端氏と素笛氏は，共に精神的苦痛が多い状況であることを考えると，本件はある種のリトマス試験紙として活用できる。
I think that both Mr.Ebata and Mr.Sobue who have already completed "Hokkyoku-Ramen" have always had a lot of trouble around them, so this trial might be treated as a kind of litmus paper.
今後，メンタルヘルスチェックに「北極ラーメンを完食したことがある」と言う新規項目を設け，このチェックがある場合は，即時カウンセリング受講するような制度を設けることを提案する。
I want to propose that new checkbox that is described as "I have finished eating-up Hokkyoku-Ramen", should be added in metal health tests, and if the checkbox is filled in, the person being tested should be mental-counseling as soon as possible.
6．結論
6. Conclusion
(1)北極ラーメンの完食に挑み，課長素笛氏をはじめ計4名の完食結果を得た。
(1)I confirmed that four people had ate-up "Hokkyoku-Ramen" perfectly, including the chief Mr.Sobue.
(2)課長素笛氏を頂点としたユニットの団結と，若手3名の江端氏への敬意の低さ，スープを残した報告者工藤裕樹の江端氏への敬意の高さが明らかとなった。
(2)I also confirmed that the department solidification, whose leader is Mr.Sobue, and three younger guy have no respect for Mr.Ebata instead of Mr.Yuuki Kudo as this reporter.
