The following is a comment of the pre-chief of the 9th department, Mr.Osafune.

"This morning, I was worried that the present chief's back passage became to go wrong, because of the spice of the Ramen yesterday."

-----

The following is a report from Mr.Takahashi, a rookery in the department.

I am Takahashi. I tremble with just a normal spicy level.

I am sorry but I would like to send the following report.

Takahashi exclaimed in his mind. "I could do it!!"

However he should have thought it deeply that he was a same person who has finished reaching a summit of mountain as a beginner. He had forgotten going down from the summit.

As soon as he got in a train, a stomach ache became bigger and bigger before the next morning.

The ache attacked Takahashi like as unknown big waves.

Takahashi thought the following just in 30 min. in the train.

"This is like a beginners for the Mt.Fuji. There is no problem when I am aiming at the summit and being at the top of the summit. I can feel excited for unacquainted world. However in this situation, there is no hope during going down a mountain. Why I did such a stupid matter?"

Though I don't want a praise of this battle, I left a message to my Facebook in order to satisfy small pride

Some "Good"s and the comment "Let's try three times spicy Ramen for next challenge"

(Continuation from yesterday)

In my case, I

- have lived my life for almost half century,

- have (thin) connections to Web media and publishing

- have a ability about unnecessarily long writing,

- have knowledges of math and statics and use some analytics tools

So, I might be a kind of power even if it is petty.

And

A person of power who considerably "has a bad personality", probably.

I am continuing to be a person of power who considerably "has a bad personality".

On the other hand, I know that the person like the above is likely to come under terrorism attack and lead a life of misery.

Any just argument and justice doesn't pay, if my family and I are attacked and are murdered.

I can say "1+1=3" at any time, if I need.

-----

So the future task of mine is clear.

"Abuse of power", but never wronged any one

Previously I told the word "AmeShon" in my columns.

The "Ameshon" is a derogatory term meaning "He went to the piss to the United States."

In postwar Japan occupied, deputes or entertainers went to the United States one after another in order to put the foil.

"Ameshon" was used with irony and poke fun of the largest, against people who behave like a "savvy, such as international politics and international culture, after returning home,

------

In one of my favorite animation respectability "Steins;Gate", an organization whose name is "Sern" comes into the picture.

This is, of courser, just a simulated organization, and it is CERN (Conseil Europeen pour la Recherche Nucleaire).Anyone who study elementary particle physics knows the organization.

In Steins;gate, SERN, not CERN appears as the evil of power organization to dominate the space-time, but ff course, it is a fiction.

I have never seen the U.S. President in-service, who is not good at organizational operation.Of course, I think some previous the U.S President was also good at it, but he is disclosing troubles almost everyday.

However, these disclosing troubles teach a lot to me.

(1)Reality of citizens of the U.S.

I think that there are some kind of "realities".

There are a lot of "indescribable realities" from the aspects of organization management, moral or societically, however The current president will disclose any kind of reality easily.

At this time of day, I think that I am lucky to hear the real intention of that country,(I do not know whether the opinions is for minority or majority)

However, I should not forget that increasing international risk beyond that "good luck"

(2) The structure of the government of the United States

Due to the president's measures and verbal abuses, various people dismiss or resign everyday.

Thanks to that, I can see the mechanism of government of that country that I have not known until now.

(3) Strength of US President's power

If Japanese Prime Minister, using Twitter, make even one abuse, the cabinet is going to resign (and the dissolution of the National Assembly occurs) as soon as possible.

If he repeat low-ranking remarks like a drunk father in a pub, the president's position can not be threatened. This means the President's power is stronger than we expect

-----

To tell you the truth, I have expected to see historical events of "Resignation of the president during his tenure" like the Nixon's second Watergate incident.

However, "I am afraid that it may be difficult under the condition." recently,

The other day I talked that the basic idea of Buddhism is "Receive the real world as it is, and make us easy".

However, I think

"Is it really so?"

Especially when you are looking at the score of TOEIC.

-----

In the world of computation, "modeling" is very important.

It is realistically impossible to reproduce the real world as it is.

However, thanks to the recent CPU speed of computers and lower price of storage media, we can use incredible amount of memory now.

As a result,

"To reproduce the real world to some extent in the computer"

becomes possible.

About this issue, there is a description on this page of "only artificial intelligence - making in a personal computer," only for me "Wonderland"

-----

I come to think that

"Simulation to move the real world as it is"

is a new calculation method based on Buddhism

If so, a field of a simulation program for generating a large number of objects, will be called

"Buddhism Calculation : BudCalc

While thinking "the idea is not bad", I arrived at the station.

Recently, my favorite comics are "Shogi Meshi(Dishes for Shogi Masters)".

From this comic, I have begun to use Fire7 as an ebook reader in earnest.

I think that e-books are not as good as paper books (in my opinion), but the benefits to carry a large amount of comics with a single tablet are great.

But what I can't understand is the price of the e-book.

I'm not sure why costs of paper books and e-book books are the same (or a little cheaper than paper books).

-----

So, I looked into it a little, but it seems that it can be about 1/3 of the price, considering production costs, distribution, and labor costs.

I examined the opinions of experts about the reason, but there are many strange theories.

(1)Because the bookstore will be crushed

(2) Considering intermediate exploitation such as Amazon, the price will not be cheap

-----

First of all, I thought that the reason for (1) had already finished when the "Large Stores Act (Large-scale Retail Store Location Act) (*) was abolished".

(*) Established in 1973 and abolished in 2000

I want a "book" and not a "bookstore", even if some people may not.

I want to read the book I want to read that day.

Even when I was an elementary school student, I thought that I got angry with "two weeks to get a book".

First of all, bookstore had a strategy that could be taken (*), such as "direct delivery in a narrow area with a radius of 2 km"(like a book version of pizza delivery), but they did not do it.

(*) Actually, I made such a proposal many times at the cash register at bookstore.

Bookstore industries that didn't take my needs seriously was bad.

Today's diary is a continuation of the email exchange with Mr. S on October 8th.

江端様

Mr. Ebata

As a result of reconfirming the information, the minutes and answer videos that are the primary source have not been released, and there are two articles on Ms.Sugita's official website (posted on September 26th and October 1st). Based on the tweet by Mr. Kotoe Hashimoto, a member of Nippon Kaigi, on October 1st, there was a counterargument to the remark problem.

(It seems that the information has been confirmed by Mr. Ebata, but I will describe it for the time being.)

Mio Sugita Official Website (October 1st)

Kotoe Hashimoto Tweet

The information above reports that the statement was in response to the comfort problem issue. According to whether or not the statement was made, or intent of the statement, these were information that could not be proven to be true because they were statement from the person concerned, or from the hearsay from the congressman's secretary who was there. Therefore, it could not be a source of evidence.

(The video I identified, I thought, was a video that introduced another claim by Ms. Sugita Miho.)

I apologize for basing my opinion on inaccurate information.

Also, according to Sugita's statement, the LDP subcommittee has adopted a policy of withholding information from the public in consideration of the impact of the debate on society and freedom of speech.

(I think the fact that someone leaked the contents of the closed session to the outside world is the more serious issue...)

(f) Re-examination of previous definitive primary information outside of this case, as well as Twitter comments and research of the paper using Google Scholar.

owever, it would be too much for me to describe all of these, so I will only outline the implementation items below.

(2) An overview of the circumstances of this case, from the occurrence of the incident to the present

(Step1) Regarding the so-called "woman tells a lie" statement, Mio Sugita (hereinafter referred to as Ms. M) announced a completely negative comment.

(Step2) After that, it was confirmed that there were comments from multiple conference participants.

(Step3) Ms. M acknowledged the remark, but added that the background was different (× sexual violence problem, ○ comfort woman problem).

(Step4) Regarding this, as far as I admit, one person has confirmed the comment that agrees with it (there is no consent comment from other participants)

(3) Investigation of primary information about the case.

It is almost the same information as Mr.S. No other recordings or minutes have been found.

(4) Survey of the contents of major news agencies

As a result of investigating the articles of Kyodo News and Jiji Press, there is a description about (2) above, but only the description that the background was mentioned in the thread on sexual damage consultation, not the comfort woman issue.

After this, I could not find any corrections or additional articles regarding the background claimed by Ms. M.

(5) Critics' comments that Ebata has used as a reference point for "fixed-point observations" for over 20 years

In general, in addition to (4), he re-criticizes the so-called "Shincho 45" case regarding LGBT, productivity, and declining birthrate in the past.

There is a statement that the basis of the discussion was still (not the comfort woman issue) in the thread on sexual damage consultation". (However, there is no source of remarks to them. The source seems to be an interview other than Ms. M, but the person himself cannot be identified)

(6) Research on the top 100 or so articles in this case through Google searches.

Search for "water veins" & "because women lie easily". 2.71 million hits. (By the way, the number of searches for "quantum computer" alone is 1.34 million, which is about twice that).

I read through the top 100 cases.

Basically, they were lists of the same contents, however there are no articles that support or instruct Mio Sugita's claim.

(7) Re-examination of previous definitive primary information outside of this case, as well as Twitter comments and research of the paper using Google Scholar.

- Rereading "Shincho 45" of "Ms. Miho Sugita's paper", and

- Ms. M's twitter comment on past sexual victim issues (but "summary"), and

■Google Scholar

- Carefully read about 5 papers from the one with the highest number of citations in the "Miho Sugita's Paper" using Google Scholar.

I have carried out the above.

3.考察

3. Consideration

Regarding the above, I think as follows on the premise that there are misunderstandings and misreads such as my lack of research.

(1) Regarding the primary information that is absolute evidence, I could not find the facts in this case because it was only the person and the other person (meaning one person as far as I investigated).

(2) However, in consideration of other situations, testimony, other behaviors of Ms. M's time history regarding this matter, past remarks, etc., in my own comprehensive consideration, the above 1(1) I made a conclusion.

(3) I intend to immediately implement the above 1(2), depending on new evidence and statements of facts.

4. その他

4. Other

Regarding Ebata's past implementation items similar to the 1(2), I think that the correspondence in this diary regarding HIV will be helpful.

5. acknowledgements

I would like to thank you for pointing out the importance of this issue, and I believe that I have been able to re-examine Ms. M's thinking from various perspectives and establish a clear position for myself.

I would be grateful if you would continue to monitor my articles and point out any misconceptions or errors in my articles.

江端様

Mr. Ebata.

I apologize for the delay in confirming and replying.

I am sorry for your great amount of time spent on researching and reviewing the matter and for the views you have taken on the matter.

Since you have given me this much information and evidence, I have no objections or opinions about the diary entries.

In addition, I learned a lot about the time cost and know-how involved in the investigation by observing Mr. Ebata's methods of information research and backstory.

Thank you very much.

Once again, I understood the low cost of spreading information versus the cost of considering the information and it's not the accuracy of information that moves the masses, but the impact.

Also, throughout the investigation, I was impressed that there was a good amount of excitement in the defense, even though Ms. M's self-representation and one person's hearsay were the only sources. On the other hand, the fact that no one has attempted to prove the certainty of the defense's grounds

At any rate, this exchange has allowed me to reevaluate my views on the case and has given me a good opportunity to think about how to handle information and the public outcry.

I look forward to reading more of Ebata's articles and views in the future.

The other day, an earthquake of lower-5 on the Japanese scale hit the Ebata family, causing 'the bookshelf I made to collapse.

"This was quite a shock to me", as I had always prided myself on my earthquake preparedness.

-----

A few days later, I set up an accident investigation committee and was stunned to discover that one of the two brackets supporting the bookshelf had been installed in a place where the joists did not go.

In other words, it was "just a plasterboard with wood screws stuck in it.

It could have collapsed at any time, regardless of the earthquake.

I am not sure why I made such a rudimentary mistake.

Anyway, this time, I did a thorough preliminary investigation using these instruments.

I believe that the renovated bookshelves will be able to withstand a seismic intensity 7 earthquake with only a few books falling.

-----

In the Ebata house, there are nearly 20 shelves that I installed as a DIY project.

My room is full of shelves.

If there is an earthquake -- and it is nighttime -- it is obvious that dozens of books will fall on my sleeping body at once.

So now I sleep with my head tucked under my desk to avoid a direct hit to my head.

I've already given up on protecting anything other than my head.

This is a sequel to "The Day Corona Came to the Ebata Family.

Yesterday, I used this material to give a presentation at the kickoff of my current research department.

The trigger was a request for a presentation from the department head. Naturally, I readily agreed.

# At this rate, I'll have to present it at the company someday...No way.

Since it was a remote presentation, I didn't know the audience's reaction, but I'm going to assume, 'It must have been well received.

I accept the former Unification Church's assertion that "this request for dissolution against the former Unification Church is a constitutional disgrace in the Japanese government."

I agree with you 100%.

This should never have happened.

In a democratic society, there really should be no such thing as an invocation of public power against religious freedom.

-----

But you people, who have not improved at all despite my telling you over and over and over again (for decades) to 'stop doing that kind of thing,' have allowed this 'constitutional disgrace.'

You have created a threat to the freedom of all religions.

This horrendous sinfulness -- now, think of it.
