先日、長女から、
The other day, my senior daughter said to me
「パパの言う、
"The life-style you have said
『好きなことに狂う』
"Be crazy for what I want"
とか
or
『狂っていることに気がつかないほど狂う』
"Be too crazy to notice what I am crazy"
という生き方は、
is
そういう生き方ができる人にしか、できない生き方なんじゃないの」
for just those chosen, isn't it?"
と言われてしまいました。
その時、私は、
Then I thought
―― ついに、気がつかれてしまったか
"Eventually she noticed that"
と思いました。

その通りです。
She is right.
私のノウハウは『私以外の人には、何の役に立たない「生ゴミ」』です。
My know-how is just a "wet refuse" for others.
私は、他人に、「進路」とか「ライフスタイル」について、自分の経験は語れますが、それはアドバイスにはなっていないと思います。
Though I can tell others my "career options" or "life style" from my previous experiments, I am afraid that they cannot help anyone.
結局のところ、「ノウハウ」というのは自力で見つけ出すしかありません。
Ultimately, a useful know-how on their own , should be found by themselves.
そして、その「ノウハウ」を「自分に使えるもの」まで改造して、はじめて「使いもの」になるのです。
And, after remodeling the know-how into another know-how on their own, it becomes "useful"
他人のノウハウやアドバイスは、『試しに使ってみること』が、その限界です。
Others know-how or advice are just trial samples.
