この人たちは、相当の確率で英語は通じない。
I am afraid that these people cannot use English at hign rate.
通じない可能性が高い人に声をかけるのは勇気がいります。
I need a courage to speak people who I cannot communicate.
御互い、気不味さがハンパないですし、話が通じなかった時の「会話の落とし所」もよく分かりません。
I make someone feel embarrassed, and I con't know where the conversation is goint, if we cannot understand each other.
しかし、「そのような人達は助けられない」と決めつけて、諦めるのも残念です。
However, I am sorry that I give up helping them from the beginning.

という訳で、どこかの出版社の方、
Therefore, I want to ask some publishing company to publish the following books
「道案内を、一方的にしゃべるための中国語」
"Chinese conversation to talk a blue streak for a direction."
とか、
or
「相手が何をいっているか分からなくても、しゃべる続けるためのハングル」
"Hangeul conversation to continue talking without understanding the contents"
とか、出版しませんか。
あるいは、小田急電鉄さんが、フレーズを10～20に限定した冊子を無償で配布する、などとしてくれたら、大歓迎です。
If Odakyu-Dentetsu Co. make a free booklet to describe less than 20 phrases of Chinese or Hangeul, it is wonderful for me.
会話の記述は、全て日本語(カタカタ)でO.K.です(どうせ、私は、中国語もハングルも読めないし)
There is no problem that the description of the phrases are Japanese(Katakana-character). I understand neither Chinese nor Hangeul.
そのパンフレットを手に取る人は、そんなに多くないかもしれません。
Not so much people will take the booklet, though,
しかし、合計40フレーズくらいなら、私はなんとか暗記します。
I will try to learn them by heart, even if less than 20 phrases.

ま、この提案はさておき、これからは、小田急の路線図をA4印刷して、パウチにして持ち歩くことにします。
Well, the proposal sets aside, I am going to take a map of Odakyuu-line (A4 size).
これなら、会話ができなくても、路線図の路線や駅を「指差し」するだけでコミュニケーションできます。
If I take it, I can communcate using "point fingers" on the map.
少くとも、「気不味さ」や「会話の落とし所」を心配しなくてすみそうです。
At least I don't need to "make someone feel embarrassed" to worry about "where the conversation is goint, I think
