レコーディングダイエットは文字どおり「体重情報を記録する」ダイエットです。
"Recording diet" is ,you know, a diet you keep recording your weight everyday.
オープンダイエットとは、「体重情報を第三者に開示する」ダイエットです。
On the other hand, "open diet" is a diet you open your weight information to other persons.
まあ、第三者に体重を公開することは、ブログなどでも行われていますが、私のオープンダイエットの特徴は「実名公開」です。
Some people open their weight information on their web sites, however, the characteristic of my "open diet" method, is "open under one's own name".
女優の人が美しくいられる理由は、単純にして明快です。

自分の姿を世間に晒していきているからです。

だからこそ、美しい状態を維持・向上できると思います(しんどいでしょうけど)。
For this reason, they can keep and increase their beauty, I think (Of course, it might be hard for them).
ですから、ブログで、「匿名」で体重公開したって、効果が出る訳がないです。
In conclusion, if you open your weight information anonymously, it becomes in vain naturally.
