2007-09-02 PCT

Yesterday, I used the word "smoothly". All of our family has often used this echo-word.

Especially, my wife always uses the word frequently.

"We can eat fried rice smoothly"

"We can have hot-dog smoothly"

"Okonomi-yaki becomes fading smoothly"

-----

After all, the reason why we should eat to excess is

- Not our responsibility

- But the food's one that can let us eat smoothly

That is a strong will that we want to declare.

(Continuation from yesterday)

Would you try to encourage both person and company with praise ?

Recently I cannot praise a company too much.

It is "Suntory Co."

New beers that Suntory Co. has presented since two month ago, as a "Craft Select" series, are "too delicious".

-----

When I lived in the U.S for my work, I noticed great taste of ale beer.

After that, I went to local breweries every weekend, and asked them to bottle beer. Everyday I drunk and drunk the beer.

Unfortunately, lager beer is overwhelmingly popular in Japan. If I happen to find some ale beer, the cost is more than twice and I don't think the taste is good.

However, the ale beer of Suntory Co. was really delicious.

For me, many Japanese beers are not so good, because they becomes prolixity and biter. But the tastes of the Suntory beers are really good from the first sip to the last drop.

When these beers went out at convenience stores, I was really close to tears.

But I has been happy since I knew the "craft beer" series as the above.

These beers of Suntory Co. are reason of my life absolutely.

Every night, I am struggling against witting a patent application, with thinking these beers.

One board computer, "Raspberry Pi" is enormous great.

Constructions and installs will be completed by just one command line.

There is no desired about the performance as a private server.

In special, it is very good that there is no physical driving mechanism.

Because any device that moves and circles is frangible basically.

Mouse, keyboard and display were installed just one time without problems.

In conclusion, it is "simple"

-----

You might think "what Ebata wants to say on earth?", so I will tell you my stories of the past.

As for "one broad micro computer" of the past.

- Firstly, I failed to show any message on the display. So I had to make a image of the message in my mind, and input the command and return the key. Of course, I failed it over and over again.

- Secondly, the keyboard output stranger characters, so I had to make a conversion table by myself.

- Thirdly, I had to install device drivers again and again to use the mouse,

- Finally the micro computer was ruined by conflicts among device drivers.

Anyway, "one broad micro computer" is grand sum of my nightmare for me.

-----

However, I don't want to say "Today's young people don't know the burdens" like complaint of old.

"Simple" is justice at any case.

I think that "technology succession" is to make it more simple and leave the "justice" to the next generation.

-----

By the way, technologies of "simple" that really surprised me are,

"Hatsune Miku", "Baysian network","Unity", "EtherCAT" and "Raspberry Pi". though,

"bigdata" and "AI" are not left in my mind at all.

The second daughter should do a homework for summer vacation, to write impressions of an English book.

She chose "Romeo and Juliet" and I though

"What on earth is she thinking?"

Speaking of Shakespeare, it is now established as a single discipline for the translation and interpretation. Why is she going to choose that much more troublesome, this girl?

When I looked at the book, I noticed that it was a simple version.

Anyway, I have no choice, so I am helping with interpretation, However, there are a lot of shameful lines in the book, so they annoy me.

"The only enemy for me is your name. Even if you are not a Montague, you remain yourself."

(Continuation from yesterday)

This sense of security as "my incompetence" is the source of my behavioral principle.

I have a sense of security that "even if you do some unreasonableness, the influence on society is nothing serious". So I can

- make just any graph with Excel,

- mass-produce sloppy simulation programs,

- write columns without permission,

On the other hand, I think recently,

"I wonder if (not incompetent) many engineers and researchers, also have the same of my behavioral principle , unexpectedly"

In my range of human observation so far, Those who have achieved outstanding results, do not think of myself as "amazing".

They can not objectively evaluate their own abilities in a good direction.

They say that their research results are just results of "lucky", and they truly believe so.

On the contrary, those who try to show myself as "amazing",are not "amazing" at all from my viewpoint. (For example, the person who lost others achievements and fruits).

My observation result is that "Genius is unaware of their genius".

Therefore, I think that they had invented unnoticedly innocent, mass-destroying weapons and ultra-high efficiency cores (however they has no means of stopping after runaway). ,

-----

In this diary, what I would like to tell you are:

"Many engineers and scientists in the world live with the same thought pattern as "Dr.Leskinen"

and,

Before using them, I'd like you to keep in mind that you should read my "Usage Notes" first.

I like to write sentences, but I can't explain to people how to write sentences.

Of course, I can talk about methods like "technical writing".

But no matter how you write something like a column, I can't answer.

-----

I also draw a column illustration (illustration) by myself.

But my illustrations are just imitating other people's content and merging them.

So I don't think I'm drawing myself.

-----

First of all, I cannot understand the content of the textbook “How to draw Illustrations”.

The book "How to draw Illustrations" is explained on the premise of "a human being who can express the image in his head on paper".

Why is such a talent considered a "premise"?

The author of "How to draw illustrations" think that

"Most people in the world have such a talent as a "default" for every human being."

"No kidding"

Though I'm desperately "making (not drawing)" such an illustration using engineering techniques,

I cannot be helped that such a special talent is regarded as "default".

-----

A person who can draw a picture will give someone advice based on his talent as a "premise".

A person who can use English will give someone advice based on his talent as an "ordinary".

They are not malicious.

Therefore, they are confident that they are "everyday practice", "continuation is power" and "effort is rewarded".

And those who do not have such talents suffer from the "premise" and "ordinary" of those who have talents.

-----

I have said many times that

"Effort cannot win over genius"

"A genius who loses his efforts is not worthy of "genius""

Even if you spend 100 times the time that a genius spends and you can overcome a genius,

the genius will "break" you with your 1 / 100th power.

-----

Don't fight against talent.

It only makes you unhappy.

The way to make you happy without such a process is

"To be crazy"

There is only one choice.

"War between nations turns the economy around in a big way" -- even children know that nowadays.

I even took a refresher course in the anime.

It's called "Mao Yu Maou Brave". In recent anime, the original author studies really well, so their works help me.

What this anime tells us, is the fact is that the war economy is in good shape at the beginning and during it, but if it is stopped without any measures (leading to peace), there will be a terrible recession that can destroy the nation.

For example, even in Japanese history, you can easily find the case.

For example-- that is a well-known fact. The reason why Toyotomi Hideyoshi attempted the mysterious war of invasion, "The War of 1592", after the pacification of the country, was as a countermeasure against mass unemployment for the combatants (samurai) in Japan, which had lost its battlefield.

-----

It's too obvious, but I'm not going to talk about it because it's immodest.

The first of these is the phrase "War between nations turns the economy around in a big way".

-----

It seems that there is a problem when somebody talks about the things that are taught in the anime.

Moreover, he seems to have caused public "discomfort" by using the term "corona disaster" this time.

It's disgraceful for a grown man to make such a 'junior high' comment. I was watching the news and I knew he was the superintendent of education in some city.

"I see". I was somewhat convinced.

-----

I'm not trying to defend this school superintendent at all, however,

personally.

In the summer of 2015, the governor of Kagoshima Prefecture got into big trouble when he said, 'High school girls should be taught the names of flowers and grasses rather than trigonometric functions'.

I am furious with this phrase.

And every time a similar incident (tongue-in-cheek incident) occurs in the future, I will try to cite this page so that it will not be forgotten by the public.

-----

If you're going to create a "tongue-in-cheek" problem, you should do it so thoroughly and violently that there's no excuse for it.

For example,

A cult-like religious group made up of a crazy guru and the ignorant followers who follow him.

You should use phrases with this level of malice and hatred.

As I wrote here,

"VOYAGER: Tombstone Without a Date"

I just watched the Shin-Evangelion movie version on Amazon Prime because I wanted to hear the song.

(I watched the video while coding, but I was able to clear up a couple of code concerns.)

Well, as it turns out, I didn't understand a single millimeter of this global masterpiece of animation until the very end.

It's a shame that I don't have the receptors to understand, but I can't help it.

-----

On a similar note, I recently re-read Sakyo Komatsu's "The End of the Endless Stream" for the umpteenth time in as many years.

When a section of notes from Time and Awareness, written by the main character, appeared in the last chapter of the book, I felt so nostalgic that I almost swooned.

I scribbled this passage on the wall of my room in the university dormitory.

Looking back, that was the starting point of my devotion to "time and space.

And when I think of how this is connected to the content of my recent column on quantum mechanics, I am deeply moved.

-----

Then, in the epilogue scene, "An unidentified person in distress who has been asleep for 50 years awakens in 2016," I felt like I had been struck dumb.

-- the first draft of "The End of an Endless Stream" was written before I was born

-- The first time I finished this book was when I left my tent as a high school sophomore touring alone, with rays of light in the form of a direct hit from the eastern horizon and a carpet of clouds spread out at my feet.

-- And that I continue to exist now, beyond the "tremendous" future time and space of "2016," which was unimaginable at the time.

I am confused and bewildered by this fact.

-----

I'd like to watch "The End of the Endless Stream" made into a film, but the "Lukif" in me is trying to stop me from doing so, that is the embodiment of resistance to all vectors of change...

Why does not Ebata release his comments about "Summer Time Render"?

Some people may think so.

You may feel strange that Ebata, who is a space-time content freak, keeps silent about "Summer Time Render"

I am not making a comment. I am unable to be making a comment.

Because I failed to watch two episodes during the series,

You know, this is my fault.

At the time of Steins;Gate, I was on a business trip to England and watched it on my laptop from my hotel.

The reason I have been so caught off guard is because of Amazon and NetFlix.

Most anime is followed by one of the video sites, but "Summer Time Render" was not supported by either.

When I knew it, I mumbled, 'Really?' and my mind went blank.

-----

A space-time content requires continues viewing due to the nature of its content.

Well, that tension is also an indescribable pleasure.

Anyway, what shall we do?

Previous,

"120% of energy filling"

I told you this line is the only one I'm afraid I have to disagree with.

In response, I received the following comments from Dr. Shibata, "Shibata the Run over."

====== from here =====

This is entirely unrelated to this column, but it is about the past column about the energy fill rate of the wave motion cannon of the Space Battleship Yamato exceeding 100%.

Defining the amount of energy when a phase transition occurs as a cut-off number seems relatively normal.

The freezing point of water is 0°C, the boiling point is 100°C, and so on.

If it were to deliver such high energy as to generate a phase transition in the state of space in the form of a focal point at a distant point, it would be necessary to fill and operate with energy more significant than the minimum reference value of 100 required for a phase transition to generate stable destruction...

I took the liberty of interpreting this like one.

A Study on the Expression of "Space Battleship Yamato Wave Motion Cannon Energy Filling 120% Problem" -- Proposal of New Filling Concept and Unit Considering Energy Phase Transition Point and Expected Energy Destination Point for New Weapons

So it is like that. In particular, the idea of the "phase transition point of energy" as 100 is an easy-to-understand indicator.

Then, it would be more realistic if there was a change in the filling rate when attacking the floating continent and when attacking the volcanic zone of the planet Gamilas.

138% for the floating continent, 115% for Gamilas, and so on.

And then Okita, Sanada, and Kodai will start arguing about this ratio -- yes, I think they will do it.

The production side will no doubt reject it, but I would like to use it at a later date as a blog post above.
