Ebata:"Why can you understand it? If I would get the book, people around me will be embarrassed."

Junior:"As if were something new"

Junior:"Well?"

Ebata:"The most important thing is my idol-ism. That means "a father who tries to read "young-adult fiction" which his daughter bought.

Junior:"Any problem? What you do is to keep the secret?"

Ebata:"No.It is not the point.

Junior:"?"

Ebata:"The point is whether I can believe the story and behave in the stroy"

(Continuation from yesterday)

Therefore, the reason I thought "this minister has already been broken" is that I judged "this computer system has already broken".

-----

Even if he is the minster who is corresponding to the big and terrible earthquake in 2011,

he should have done the following tasks,

thorough field investigation

Tha means, he must be a super-computer with enoumous drive units

even if he were the super-computer, that executes the above four tasks,

"he could not have made the thoughtless phrase absolutely"

In other words, the super computer could not execute the given tasks correctly

"Broken Super Computer", that could not fulfill the primary duty.

This is my understanding about him.

I don't blame and criticize any "broken object".

Even if the computer system has broken, it is enough to be broken out of the main system (and it had already finished by the prime minister, as a main computer system)

Even if he is a broken computer, it will work well, based on new OS, software or other missions.

However, from the view of his previous works, I am afraid that it is not software problem, but hardware drawback( qualification in himself). "Scrap it" might be better.

Now I am working for NA(Neighborhood Association), and I also studying everything everyday.

I am really surprised at the difference of cost-consciousness.

The meeting cost of all board members (20 people ) of the NA at the weekend is about 2400 [person min. ]. On the other hand, the cost of using e-mail is about 3 [person min. ].

The inefficiency is more than eight hundred times. (2400/3)

It might be a little overwhelming.

However, for me who is impatient like me, this operation of the NA makes me considerable stress.

On the other hand, the core spirit of running the NA not "IT", but

"groundwork" and "implicit signaling"

For example, it is quite frequent that a project, which does not work at all even if I makes a perfect logic, starts easily by a person who is called "influence peddler"

This is something I can not realize even if it takes over a million years.

It is very interesting.

Last month, I published a column criticizing the senior members of the town association's governing body( though I am also a senior)

A neighborhood association demonstrates a dreadful "backwardness" ("conservativeness" is far from complete) by being managed by a person (senior) who has attachment (local love) in the area.

I think, that the neighborhood association is

"One form of autonomous organization acting on behalf of administrative services in town"

であり、

and

"It should be run as the bureaucracy without emotions"

であり、

and

"If we can handle the same task, we can do it as easily as possible"

However, seniors who believe in local love, have made their neighborhood association alive,

- they believe that the current management methods are the best,

In addition to that, they resist with a tremendous momentum,

- new methods (administration by e-mail, web, etc.), that can not be understood by themselves

The reason is simple.

-When such things come in, "the senior who overflows with local love" is the first target to be excluded from the neighborhood association

です。

-----

While I was a member of the neighborhood association, I managed to do my own job without getting the approval of the seniors about the work in my department (Press Department).

My achievements were as follows.

- The number of meetings is zero

All works requests were directed by email, and follow-up was also emailed.

- Total number of working hours of members within one hour a year

I asked them to submit "covering is within 15 minutes, 3 photos or so, articles within 5 lines" by e-mail, and I was in charge of all the proofreading of sentences.

- Complete manual

All possible questions were in the manual, placed on the web page. If asking a question, I indicated the link.

- Most of the work ends on the commuter train

With a note-PCr, I made newsletters for the neighborhood association several times a year and posted Web news.

私は、

I had the hypothesis that,

"If we can use the techniques (IT) commonly used in current Japanese offices as a basis, the load on the current association can be reduced to less than 1/10."

And this time, I'm proud that I showed that hypothesis is "true".

I've been buying e-books in earnest a lot lately.

There are a couple of reasons, but one is that my whole house is overflowing with books and I'm getting seriously depressed, and the other is that it meets my need to read quickly.

In particular, I've been buying a lot of specialized books.

I work in a multi-display environment (four displays, to be exact).

When I'm writing a column, I find it very useful to have the e-book on the right side of my computer screen while I'm writing on the left side display.

It's also easier to quote if I use copypes.

Especially for program textbooks, it's helpful to be able to copy and paste the source code to compile and build.

(Some books can't be copied and pasted. They annoy me)

------

Some of them are not even available as ebooks on Amazon. In that case, I have to buy the PDF from the publisher.

In that case, it is the "payment" that is troublesome.

It's easy if I just make it a "card payment", but it's awkward to get "electronic money" involved.

Having more types of e-money is a hassle.

There is a psychological resistance to the input of the card number, address, name, and phone number registration information, and especially the management of the password is annoying.

In the first place, most of the electronic money cannot be exchanged between individuals.

-----

In such a situation, recently, I think it's convenient, Amazon gift certificate (charge type).

Simply create a gift certificate in increments of one yen and send it to the recipient via email, and the process is complete.

However, because it is a gift certificate that can only be used on Amazon, it is not suitable for a high amount of money transfer, but if it is a small amount, it is convenient to use.

In the future, children's pocket money and even new year's gift may be given in gift certificates for such online services.

-----

If so, the paradigm of "new year's gift" may change.

For example,

On January 1, the children presented the contents of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and on January 1 of the following year, we adults will determine the amount of the New Year's gift by judging how well we have achieved the KPI goal.

As a KPI, the

going to be able to do the "back-hip circle"

going to do the "double jump" of jumping rope 10 times in a row

Getting regulars in club activities

Prep school examinations deviations

Passing or failing the school of your choice for the examination

I think there are a lot of things we can do.

If it's too hard for your child to show the results reflected in a monetary value, we can change them from a "gift certificate" to a "product".

For example, one way to penalize an elementary school child is to give them a "canned set" or "frozen crabs for the crab pot".

-----

"Don't think you're going to get your money easy"

I think it's a very good "adult harassment" to turn "the biggest fun event of the New Year" into "the first worst and worst event of the first year".

A Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) lawmaker's comments about LGBT people seem to be causing problems.

I'm thinking, 'Oh, something's happened again.

This time, however, I didn't do any research from primary information -- It seems to be troublesome.

For example, the investigation into Ms. Sugita's so-called "women always lie" comment took up three full days of my time.

At that time, I realized that if I get involved with strange people, I will end up in trouble.

-----

To be honest, LGBT issues are quite difficult.

I had a very bad experience when I was working on a series of articles about transgender people.

There are a few people who say, "Don't talk about it if you're not a part of the problem"

In fact, since I am not a party to the problem, I have no way to judge whether my 'position' is correct or not.

If I'm told not to talk about it, even by a few people -- I won't talk about it.

In fact, now I have stopped talking about this issue.

(However, I have been consulted privately about technical details, and I am answering to the best of my knowledge.)

-----

I think it is not a good idea to criticize the words and actions of people who do not know where they stand in relation to LGBT people.

This is because I think there are a lot of people like me who get deflated by criticism and come to "I'm not going to touch this issue".

これは、

Metaphorically speaking,

"When a student go to the staff room with the answers to their homework, which she/he had worked out in their own way, the teacher yelled at them in a fierce manner"

If that happens, the student will never go to that teacher again to ask a question.

-----

Taxes, aging population, declining birth rate, education -- these are all things that every citizen is a "party" to.

Computers, artificial intelligence, Bitcoin, EtherCAT -- these are all "parties" to me in the sense of "come at me from anywhere! "

Even I, a person who is often asked, "Is there anything you are scared of, Mr. Ebata?" (misunderstanding), am really "scared" of discussing LGBT issues.

Because no matter how much I study, I will never know what is the right answer.

Now I am investigating "loneliness", and reaches a hypothesis in this month column.

"SNS is a system that exacerbates loneliness dramatically"

です。

I have previously described such a diary.

Now I get beyond this phrase, and I reach the possibility of

"SNS will give us mental pains, make us impair the body physically, and decrease social functioning"

and come to be anxious about this problems.

I think that I can explain the reason in this month column.

Eating lunch alone in the restroom is called "Benjyo meishi(Lunch in the Toilet)".

I thought it was about children being bullied and ostracized, but upon proper investigation, it seems that it is not just that.

"Active use of restrooms to eat in comfortable enclosed spaces"

I am a little surprised that there seems to be a point of view that.

That is, 'I was not a minority'.

However, I have never experimented to eat a lunch in restroom, so I could not be joined.

I am a "solitary Ebata" who believes that "eating alone while reading a book is delicious," and I have always avoided eating in groups, so there is no need to eat in the bathroom in the first place.

-----

I used to think that "Benjyo meshi" was "an act to avoid being recognized by others as being alone".

Of course, there's a point of view that--

It is a relief to know that there are a good number of people who want to "get away from the hassle of relationships and enjoy a leisurely meal.
