(Continuation from yesterday)

I am reading a law "Act on Regulation of Human Cloning Techniques", but I cannot understand the legislative points.

After the World War Two, any law has been supported to add the legislative purpose. Because whoever can understand it.

Unfortunately I can't understand it about this law.

-----

I can't understand the following phases in the Article 1.

"Safety for human life and body, and maintenance of public order"

Though I know that laws should be described as superordinate concepts in order to support many matters for wide fields, there should be some subordinate concepts at the beginning of constitution establishment.

I want know the points but I don't find them as of the moment.

-----

The following issues are in the book "medical ethics for nursing students".

- Prejudice and discrimination is promoted

- Problems in family and parent-child relationship

- Possibility that contrary to the natural order to human cloning

- Possibility perish caused in a position close to the slaves human clone

I think that the issues seem to be non-sense, and the writer also knows that.

-----

I think that the legislative points are "we don't understand the harmful at the present, so we prohibit the actions for the moment".

I think It is no problem.

For example, there seems to be no person who thinks that a life in a radio-active contamination area should be safe by danger decided.

I am sure that the person's feeling of "I don't like the Clone unconsciously" made this law.

I wonder utterly, but an advice or a sermon

is done from the older to the younger.

It is irrational, I think.

There are many stupid youths, but there are many stupid adults at the same level.

Then I think that you may preach an adult a sermon from a youth.

However, such a thing is rarely performed.

I think about it, and it might be a correct answer of "the sermon to an adult is the same of the sermon to oneself in the future".

In opposite, "the sermon to a youth" is reliable, because time is irreversible.Sparks do not pour into oneself.

The Ebata family has been completely invaded by the iPhone.

I am a typical iPhone opposition, however, I was stolen my favorite phone from the company and pressed an iPhone.

In the experimental system currently under construction, an iPad is incorporated as a system configuration requirement.

"Why should I use the device without such flexibility?"

I thought it, but this idea was the opposite.

-----

"No freedom = fixed operation is fixed (operation method)"

This is because Android devices have too much freedom, so the differences in operation between versions, and device driver mismatch has occured. And finally, the problem does not go away (worst, it does not move)

Not to mention ordinary users, but even at the forefront of R&D, we started to think that this was really annoying.

-----

"Engineers value of "modification (or hacking)" may be heading to the end now"

I come to think that.

It may be easier to say, "Ebata has been fence‐sitting"

-----

Anyway,

From the beginning, my junior daughter who has been a follower of MAC and has not been able to accept her father's criticism of MAC is now laughing ----

No, she is not laughing, however,

Various types of electronic sounds continue from each room of the Ebata family, which is quite annoying.

In the Ebata family, we try to be careful about household infection with the new coronavirus, but I still feel that there is a limit to what we can do.

We can't avoid talking to each other as a family, and it's difficult to wear a mask all the time in the house.

So, just like the government's current policy to focus intensively on conversations during eating and drinking, the Ebata family has also concentrate the time of "eating and drinking".

-----

It's been called "the time just before the collapse of healthcare", but not "the time after the collapse of healthcare".

After all, I guess anyone would not want to be the first to declare the 'collapse of healthcare'.

I think that it is the same meaning as the word "default," which was wildly used during the Greek economic crisis.

"Default" means "a nation throws away its debt payments". In other words, "a nation declares that it will not make payments on its bonds".

If we were to conform to this (default), 'medical collapse' would mean 'medical inability to save lives'. Well, no one would want to accept and declare such a fact.

I think that is why the phrase "just before the collapse of healthcare" is still being used.

-----

Ebata: "Anyway, just keep enduring for now! Household infections may be inevitable, but for now, we've got to get away! If it's next month or the month after that, there's a chance we'll have enough time to get medic!"

When I said that, my junior daughter told me something I didn't expect.

Junior: "You know, we (teenagers) are hardly afraid of our own infection.

Ebata: "...What?"

Junior: "We already know that even if we are infected, we will either have no symptoms or we will be symptoms of a common cold"

Junior: "What we usually talk about is 'not infecting our parents' and 'not killing our parents' - that's all"

-----

In short,

"Do you (parents, elderly) have time to worry about infecting others (children)?"

"You (parents, elderly) should come up with your own defense measures so that you don't get infected from us (children)."

There is a strange (and rare in the history of mankind) social phenomenon going on right now, where the "protected" are worried about the "guardians".

It is us (the middle-aged and elderly) who are worried about children, now.

I went to the bathroom and took out everything I could.

Naturally, I was completely naked (except for my pants).

I install the scales in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the wood on the floor.

When I get on the scale, bend over so that my center of gravity is outside the scale.

By counting backwards from the timing the scale gives me a definite value, I can generate a light single oscillating motion in my body to determine the lightest weight.

My wife says to me, "If you're going to go that far, you shouldn't be on the scale".

As we all know, the "mental damage caused by the scale" is the most effective way to lose weight.

If you ask me, "Even if that's the case, what's the point of cheating the scales?"

Thank you very much for your hard work.

I assume that you are genuinely exhausted after seeing the painful scene.

It pains me greatly to say this at such a weary time, but I would like to say something nonetheless.

"If it's a live report and you're just looking at your phone and reading the text of the report, why not just have the "voice AI" on your phone read that out loud?"

I consider a disaster site reporter to be the disaster site's voice.

Then, I believe that you must verbalize the conditions on the ground, to speak what you see and feel with your own eyes, in your own words of your choosing, and in your voice.

Of course, if you say reporters are not actors, that makes sense.

Then, you can use the "voice AI function of your smartphone" to report back to us.

The speaking time will also fit perfectly into the schedule.

But we, the viewers, do not want to hear those things.

The person who saw the disaster site firsthand, who squeezed out from the depths of their heart the emotions of a living person, and yet continued to report calmly and objectively - I believe we can be close to the tragedy of the disaster victims by seeing this.

Please show me the skill and pride of being a professional press reporter.
