Today, new my column is released, so I take a day off.

Let's turn the world by "Number"(52) : Work style reform(11) "

" The truth of nursing care problems that can not be addressed - What is the problem of 'Working way reform'

-----

(Part 1)

I examined the paper which is doing "destruction experiment of neural network", I know

"There is no such person (researcher) after all"

But I think the brain's simulation approach, will be useful for elucidating future dementia.

(Part 2)

Recently, I'm getting irritated to the bottom of my heart to arrange circulation boards etc for neighborhood associations.

I think that it would be enough for "to send by email" or "post on the web" like this.

Some people say "by circulating a circulation board, we can communicate with my neighbors", however I think

"You do not have to be stupid."

A circulation board is just thrown into the post of the next house.

Initially, circulation boards have no function as a tool for communication.

To the "violence" used the name of "tolerance" of "to protect the elderly without digital literacy", I am about to reach the limits of patience.

-----

There is no other problem in separating "person without digital literacy" and "person with digital literacy" separately.

A circulation board should be deployed only to those who need it, and people who do not need a circulation board, will be sent an e-mail with the URL of the Web.

In short,

By "people who dislike change"

a person who thinks like "I want to be easy even in 1 second or 1 mm"

put at a disadvantage

Recently, a person who was concurrently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a major automobile company in France and Japan in the past or in the present, was arrested by the Japanese prosecution and then dismissed.

He was instantly dismissed at a Japanese company, however, in France's company, "France is a country that basically takes "estimated innocence" as a rule", and they reserve final judgement.

"Estimated innocence" is

"We must treat anyone as innocent until the conviction of them is confirmed at trial."

This is a major principle in modern international criminal law or criminal case lawsuit law.

In Japan's case, if someone is arrested by the police, the prosecution, the public will recognize that the person is a "criminal". Even after the trial determines innocence, in most cases the honor of the person will not be restored.

Well, for this case, please read other articles.

-----

In my case, for other people of first look, I think them as

"Estimated "enemy""

I will act according to the above behavior principle.

In principle, I certify all others as "my enemies".

This is from "my character is warped" and "my defence".

In my case, after talking with that person, going out, I gradually become "my friend" through the process of understanding.

So, for those who are acting as "estimated "ally"" from the beginning, I think they are great and amazing, however, I have never seen such a person in my life.

To be honest, I feel the bad quality of the same degree as "transfer fraud", whenever I hear that young idol group songs and old singer-song writers, are singing "estimated "ally"".

-----

The significance of communication is talked about in all times, however for me, the reason why communication is important is not communication itself, but

"If I do not communicate, everything in the world becomes my enemies"

When all of the world becomes my enemy, it becomes a world where it is difficult to live for me.

This is disadvantageous to me.

-----

The reasons for my communication are neither "communication is valuable" nor "to maintain good relations with you".

It is just for the sake of "my profit".

Last weekend, when we went to family dinner in a restaurant after a long interval, my second daughter said,

"We don't invite a fattish girl to go shopping.

I was frightened to hear the story.

I shouted to her "Do you have a part in bullying ?", however, she told me with philosophy

"I cannot invite her, even if I want to do"

と。

-----

In the story, "shopping" means "to go to clothes outlets"

If going a clothes outlets, they have no choice but to go to a store for an average girls high school size.

In that case, inviting that "girls away from the average body shape" to shopping, is going to to be an uncomfortable atmosphere for both the inviting side and the invited side.

Because my wife was also nodding deeply, I think that "they do not invite a fat girl to clothes outlets" is common sense among women.

-----

I had been serializing about a diet for nearly a year, however I did not notice for such a point of view at all.

I am shocked to know that diet for women is "a necessary condition for belonging to a group" more than being "a measure to become beautiful".

Again, I feel that "there are too many things I do not know".

We can find a lot of person, book, drama, and movies to blame the process to outbreak of Pacific War(WW2).

Generally, many of the story seem to be told from the ignorance, overdrive and unintelligent psychogender of Japanese military

On the other hand, it is difficult to find a person, a book, a drama, and a movie to blame the process to outbreak of Russo-Japanese War.

In my memory, I can only remember a story of the book, whose title is "Clouds at the top of a hill(Saka no ue no Kumo), that describes a poor commander tried to capture "Fort in area 203".

However, there is no story to blame the process to Russo-Japanese War in the book.

Let's discuss this issue. I think that the battle against the U.S. is more reasonable than that against Russia under an imperial regime, without a doubt.

Even with only these two examples, it is obvious that we have not done objective assessment based on the scientific approach of "to evaluate" only process "after separating from the result".

Set it aside.

-----

Having a teenager's daughter, there is a topic that surely comes up.

"Why should I study this subject?"

My public answer is "to study is entertainment", however, almost all children cannot accept this answer.

(To be continued)

(Continuation from yesterday)

If I were a teenager, I would be rebelling with saying "Do not be stupid."

So I know that they can not be persuaded with my official answer.

As for my daughter, I think that (probably) I can explain about the usefulness of "English" "mathematics" "national language".

However, "history" is difficult to explain.

-----

Regarding "history", many teachers have explained that "history is a collection of past use cases".

The purpose is "learn from past failures, make use of it to the present".

However, I think this is "insulting" the past people quite a bit.

About for "the ignorance, overdrive and unintelligent psychogender of Japanese military" as the above, there are many descriptions that only the headquarters of the Japanese army was "incompetent".

However, if you examine it for a moment, you can see that experts from various fields supported the Pacific War.

In particular, I think that the Japanese people of those days forming the public opinion of "support of the war" should not be ignored.

-----

Also, even now, there are

- Shimmerly a politician who asserts "protectionism" and a citizen who does not stop him, whether they know that "protectionism" caused the block economy, and the block economy caused murdering tens of millions of people all over the world

- A politician who shouts "diplomatic ties" against the judicial judgment of the neighboring country (× foreign policy) and the citizens who support them.

If "the reflection of history" is exercised correctly, these can not happen.

-----

In the long history so far, many people was considering social wisdom of the era, international situation, capabilities of the country (including war potential), and thought and thought again, decided what they had to do.

And they continued to make a "failure".

So, in the subject "history", not only children but also we adults, should learn

"Because they failed even in the past, even now it is inevitable for us to fail in the same case"

This is "resignation".

----

The purpose of the subject "history" are

"We will repeat the same mistakes as often as we can"

"So, if you make a mistake, you will not feel so depressed."

I think it is good.

-----

So, back to the beginning -

According to the purpose of study of history

"Back to the process of the incident that occurred"

"Learn from past failures, make use of it to the present"

All teachers who are strengthening like that, are, I think, "they are finger of sophistry".

One of my works as a researcher is (Step 1) devising a prototype system for research, (Step 2) assembling it, (Step 3) verifying my hypothesis.

I receive support from myself or other people, and have to build up one system of myself.

For that, first of all, I will purchase (order) necessary software and hardware parts.

(Before that, there are procedures to secure the budget, however, I will omit this story this time)

Of course, in order to purchase these parts at the company, it is obvious that I should not make a wrong order (mis-order).

In addition, I must do the right procedure according to the law.

Now,

I am exhausted by this ordering work.

-----

In recent years, in addition to strict laws on purchasing goods, I think that the administrative footwork has become lighter.

Quite often, inspectors are getting into the workplace (it is a hearsay, though), and in response to this, the internal operation of the company becomes stricter than before.

And the biggest reason is that "there are departments overseeing those operations."

However, it was quite later that I noticed it.

From the email address (or name) of the person who is doing business, I noticed that the person in charge of business is foreigner.

However, I have not noticed that the base is in the mainland (China) for a long time.

-----

The conversation used by the people of the land (China) is, I sometimes forgot being an foreigner, almost "Japanese".

"Amazing"

I think it from the bottom of my heart.

The seriousness of truth is against my standing position of "engineers not loved by English".

Of course, I know that the situation surrounding me is too special (there are many excellent people), and unusual.

Even so, I like whoever is kind and to help me.

On the other hand, I dislike any people who "only give me advice" even I don't ask it.

(Continuation from yesterday)

Let me go to the top. The processing instruction related to this is very "fine".

They cannot allow anything about form of entry, attached document, and description content.

Even documents that have already been submitted, if the items of the document are different, they order me another document.

Let me say it, that is a standing point at the opposite of "compatible".

-----

Because I have studied about patent law, I am well-informed about the severity of documentation of administrative processing system.

So, this rigor is going to be required for one private company.

This may also be one of what we call "compliance".

However, the day the whole day was spent for document work, I am about to cry from the bottom of my heart.

"Let me do my work (research)!", I want to cry.

I understand it is unavoidable, but anyway, I feel stuffy and helpless.

-----

So, I am always thinking,

"If we leave the business to AI, our workplaces are more painful and painful than anything else. "

How many human beings can not imagine the future.

As "software technology" that many people call it "AI", will continue to develop, so the future of this dystopia is definite. I am afraid of it.

Human being (labor cost) is overwhelmingly cheaper than computer resources. Therefore computers are overwhelmingly "stupid" than human being.

I think that "why do many people think that such simple reality ?"

-----

Anyway, if you are trying to argue against my opinion above,

Please contact me after reading these all.

Between our couple, there is a rule,

"I should not die before my wife"

(My wife decided so unilaterally).

I pay attention to my health to keep this rule, however,

my daughter said

"As long as we see papa's working style, it is difficult, is not it?"

Apart from that.

-----

When I said the following monologues,

"I will do anything after Mama dies"

"To say that, during the night, there is no problem if I kill myself to mama's coffin"

"Well, the funeral cost is going to be cheaper"

my second daughter gave me a strong phrase

"You know, stop it seriously,"

-----

I didn't feel that she got angry "Don't say about "suicide" easily". I thought that she was about to say

"If the police come to autopsy, the funeral will be interrupted and it will be troublesome."

という、

Her tone was,

"You will not be troubled even by the end of the last"

seriously.

At year before last, I worked as a MC for a neighborhood summer festival.

At that time, I had trouble in operating audio goods.

Because I had to operate "cassette tape recorder".

This operation was, for example,

I had to rewind and eject a cassette in a slot with playing music by another cassette in another slot.

terrible messy and likely to fail to start the music.

Moreover, it was in vain and painful to practice the analog equipment operation, that I will use it after the event.

-----

To tell you the truth, the solution against the problem is very easy.

I will digitalize all the music in the cassettes.

After that, I will store the music files in a PC or smartphone, the above analog operations won't be needed at all.

I can choose the music title from a GUI of the display.

Making the backup files in several digital storages, we don't have to worry about degradation of the cassettes.

Even I thought the above actions, however, I stood aside from them. Because I was dismissed from the work this year.

In addition, at the next April, I will retire from the board, so I don't have to think about

-----

However, due to this analog digital shift problem, I think

"Surely, in the near future, someone will take a break"

"With an reasonable plan, for the long term, without exception, keep the rules you decided yourself properly"

Regarding diet, there is no other way.

By the way, in my case, I could not exceed the average weight loss of 99 g / day.

I have obtained evidence from both calculation results and actual measurement results.

I cannot understand people who can make stupid copies (advertisements).

"Weight loss of 3 kg in one week (7 days)"

According to the Keidanren 's message that "Mathematics to university students in the literature", it is true at least for "diet".

This is a same theme of yesterday. When I was an teenager. I tried several crazy and fanatic diets.

(Here, "Diet" means "loss weight". The original meaning of "diet" is "diet therapy")

For example,

- Eating only sweet buns

- Eating only nattos

- Eating only apples

Looking down upon the above lists, I am likely to give weight to food restriction, not exercise. However, all of the trial were not effective.

-----

The other day, I got a mail from a high-school girl, and in the mail she proposed the new idea method of "eating only dislikable food".

At the moment I read the phrase, I think,

"Well, no way".

If even they are sweet buns, nattos, and dislikable food, it is not suitable as a diet method, at the moment of "eating process".

The basic theory of diet is very simple.

(1)Getting energy(calorie), and

(2)if you consume more than the calorie, you lose your weight.

(3)if you consume less than the calorie, you gain your weight.

That is all.

Based on this theory, it is good that "eating suitable mount of favorite food" is better that "eating only dislikable food". In addition, it will make you happy.

Set it aside.

(Continuation from yesterday)

I like the quiz program whose title is "Be new to Dr.Hayashi" and watch it.

This program often make a feature of "new diet method"

The "new diet method" that a professor at some college seems to invents, is going to be opened with the result of experimental trial.

Previously, I tried to search the paper of the new method, which he/she might have completed their dissertation. Unfortunately, I have never found the paper before. Of course my research might be not incomplete.

However, it is a new diet method that has already been opened by administrative mass media to public people.

If so, at the homepage of the program, it is natural that the press has a responsibility to open the information of experimental environment, person being tested, method of experiment and results using numbers.

Do I say something wrong ? (My daughters say to me "Watch the TV quietly")

-----

I would like to cooperate by all means.

I will logically guide the hypothesis of that diet method by formulas, laws, and computers, free of charge.

If they don't mind, I will be "subject" and do "replicate".

For not only me, but also the college professor and everyone, I am convinced that everyone is going to be "win-win-win"

Furthermore, if the result of that replication is "good", I will introduce the theory and result extensively in my works.

We are looking forward to the contact from the university teacher or program staff.

-----

One more thing, I have a "thing" that I have been worried for a long time.

Dr.Hayashi, who has much knowledge, wonderful logical thinking, and presentation ability,

"He will not comment at all about diet issues"

This may also be my overlook or mistake.

Recently, the article of "power harassment is necessary evil" has been found here and there.

Though I cannot find "sexual harassment is necessary evil".

The contents of these articles are almost same.

"I could improve my career, under the favor of boss's power harassment"

-----

I think the authors who wrote the above article is, I think, "stupid" at the bottom of my heart.

Even if it is a power harassment or a sexual harassment, "harassment" is "harassment". So it is absolutely "evil".

The above writers who make a stupid article, has no concept of parameter of "time". That means, they ignore a socially accepted idea and social background at that time.

If "power harassment" is described by a formula, it come to be

harassment(t,p1,p2...)(t:year, p1:attribution of victim, p2:attribution of victimizer)

It means, that the return value of formula is changing by age, background, attribution of victim and victimizer.

The write who have no concept of "time" is going to finish writing such a stupid article.

They skip the important thought that even if it is an action that was not recognise, as a power harassment, now it become perfect power harassment at the present.

The following are the practical example of this "stupid"

- To argue the judge during real fire and earthquake accident, at a quiet room with enormous information and time.

more, for more an extreme example,

- To argue the feudalism of Kamakura-era, from the viewpoint of the present system based on division of powers, democracy in a country ruled by law.

Anyway, needless to say, these are nonsense.

-----

"I could improve my career, under the favor of boss's power harassment"

The guilty of this stupid writer, is to trust their idea completely, that is "my past experiment of harassment, is valid for the present social situation"

This "stupid" like this, is basically rude, lazy, and arrogant.

Needless to say, anyone doesn't want change their own policies and behaviors of the life. Because that is messy and annoying even for everyone.

However, when everyone is going to compromise and change their policies little by little, in order to realize better society.

this "stupid" is thinking "Only I, want keep my policies at all, even if the society is going to change"

To tell you the truth, this "stupid" is not only "rude", "arrogant" but also "harmful"

On careful thought, it is natural that many "seniors" are "stupid writers" like the above.

People for our generations and the beyond, have no more energy or physical strength to change ourselves any more.

-----

Changing the subject.

You know, this summer had been incredible hot, standing in fear of our life.

However, the administrators of the NA(neighborhood association)(including me) didn't stop a evacuation drill in midsummer, and preparation of a summer festival.

This is because that the administrators could not have flexibility of "change with time" of hot temperature trend every year.

(Whenever I found the people with sickly face, I advice him/her to return home soon. I said to them "If someone blame you, you can just say "Ebata's command")

-----

And the dismay of the first magnitude for me, is that there was an administrator who started smoking among people who took a rest of preparation of summer festival.

Of course, I know,

"It is not an illegal activity to smoke in a park (depending on parks)"

However, according to conventional wisdom at the present,

from the viewpoint of decreasing smokers and risk of secondhand smoke, the followings might be expected,

- Once going out of the park,

- searching a place with no people

- preventing smoke escaping to other place ( Smoking alone, without chatting others)

The above are ordinal rules for me, who is a general working people ( and salaried employee)

I was really surprised from the bottom of my heart, to know that the conventional wisdom in my mind, is not tackled by society as a whole.

(Continuation from yesterday)

I'm not going to criticize such "senior citizens of the same generation or older" like this.

In particular, it is unavoidable that opportunities to retire from elderly people will not be accessible to real society.

I think that it is inevitable that it is impossible to share the "implicit social wisdom" that I have.

Also, I will not criticize such a superior person from the spirit of the previous generation's respite (the misuse of?).

Indeed, even if I do not "criticize", I have no effect on me, and I don't want to make any troublesome more at the neighborhood association. (I will finish the terms of prison sentence .. correction.. of office).

Besides, I am not meeting them regularly - or even more, I do not care about them, to tell you the truth "nothing".

-----

What I think is "scary" from the bottom of my heart, is

"Anyway, I will become such an elderly person"

Moreover, as you know, my selling points are "shallow learning", "cowardice" and "intolerant".

In addition, to make matters worse, I have certain knowledge (although it is biased), and can do reasonable logical thinking. If you challenge the controversy to me (selling a fight), I will participate 100% (buying the fight).

-----

Such a human future, is

"One elderly person completed in the worst case"

Such a guy is annoying, a society's harm, the enemy of society to overthrow.

-----

And the inevitable reality at the present time, means,

"It is nearly 100% confirmed that I will be such "the worst elderly" like this"

I have calculated several population problem of Japan before.

So I come to feel sensitive about the world and number of "birth rate".

------

"Birth rate" is the average of numbers of children, being born from the women from fifteen years old to forty-nine.

Needless to say, less than the value of "2.0", the population of the nation cannot be kept.

By the way, the birth rate of Japan for this twenty years is about 1.4, and now the society with fewer children has been in progress dynamically.

------

I think that "birth rate is a sort of report card of the nation from the citizen.

Except for the countries where the citizen think a child is a labor, and the death rate of children is extremely high, "birth rate" assumes "expected value of happiness"

For example,

For the nation that have citizens who cannot feel happy to bear and rear a child, the birth rate is going down.

For the nation that have citizens who don't think that their child will be happy, the birth rate is going down.

So it is an "expected value"

Both Japan and the neighboring country in peninsula, are the worst birth rate countries in the world.

-----

Last weekend, I read "the birth rate in Korea is going less than "1.0" in the newspaper.

I was really shocked to read the article.

I have tried to the population simulation under condition of "the birth rate less 1.0" before, and I remember that the result made me pale.

In order to overcome the aging of its population and the declining birth rate, we need a long time(more than several ten years). If not a certain amount of population, the effect will be not expected.

-----

Now the government is going to hammer out laws, more favorable terms, welfare work and so on. and aiming the birth rate of "1.8".

The target is clear.

It is "temporization".

The strategy is to be expected to arrive the breakthrough reproductive technology in the future.

I think that this is a only strategy that we can handle at the present.

However, the condition of the strategy is based on the present birth rate of "1.4".

(Continuation from yesterday)

I am not concerned about the the neighbour. No, no, of course, I am desperately worried about it as a friendly nation at the bottom of my heart, what I was shocked is the fact of

"the birth rate is able to be less than "1.0"

And there is no reason that "the birth rate of Japan will be in the same condition"

-----

You might wonder "is declining birth rates so serious?". However this problem is very simple.

We know the society of increase in population well.

On the contrary,we know only the society.

And our society has been designed like that, and we don't know how to deal with the society of decrease in population.

Well, we might know it well.

For example,

declining tax revenues, declaration of bankruptcy of local authority, downslide or stop of public society service, job loss, chain reaction bankruptcy, and budget constraint of warfare....

です。

------

In a word, we will not watch the documentary program about peoples who are brought up in poverty

but will be such people like that.

Using the word "Early-morning activities". studies and works are being promoted.

Against it, I have already told that I am doing "late-night activities" for getting witting time.

The reason of my "late-night activities", is that I have no tool for writing, except for using a PC.

Thanks to this activities, I can use a PC, having a seat on round-trip commute of 3 hours.

In addition, I have no device to input character to keep a speed of my thoughts, except for a PC

-----

If I can use the smart-phone input method by one-handed, I could write on a crowded train.

However the input speed of a smart-phone is far inferior to that of a PC.

Therefore, I come to use a PC rather than a smart-phone.

The ratio at the present is 1:9999 = smart-phone : PC

However, "I cannot write anything witout a PC"

Even if this excuse is allowed for everyone in the world,

at least I know I am not able to be allowed by anyone.

-----

Because, both the following phrase

"I can use a PC, but I cannot use a smart-hone"

and

"I can use a pencil but I cannot use a PC"

are basically same.

In other word, the above two phrases are same excuses of "alternate "what I can do" and "what I cannot do"

I have blamed persons who take the leadership of many people (including an incumbent minister) for not trying to use a PC.

I am really a dastard, if I try to justify by myself about "I cannot use a smart-phone"

I start a training to be able to write this diary by my smart-phone.

Hereto I will declare to make me "an input master of smart-phone", to overcome the person who have written their graduation thesis

-----

By the way, is it an real story to write their graduation thesis?

I cannot believe it. To tell you the truth, I think it is just imaginary story.

If you are the person, please feel free to contact me directly.

I am going on visit to you for the interview.

To return.

-----

First of all, I have to start to use a crowded train everyday. I want to get a seat soon.

However, it is difficult for me to change the commute environment of mine.I hate a crowed train. (Who likes a crowded train?)

Above all, I hate congestion, line, and human being( my family said so).

I myself, flatter myself that "the last Japanese who cannot feel sorrow, even if Tokyo Disney Land is struck by other countries"

I am afraid that the remaining solution is "smart-phone operation with walking", however, this is immoral pronoun, and goes against the time.

Let me think about it for a moment.

"Parents are allowed in exceptional circumstances"

These phrase are not allowed. Because they are illogical reasoning.

-----

Thus, I absolutely have to wear a night-clothes after taking a bath.

However, the night-clothes is awfully cheerless, like, "an elder wears in a hospital".

My wife has already got a cheerful night-clothes for me, and recommended me to wear it, but I have not tried it.

-----

"Harassment", of course, it is not.

The night-clothes "an elder wears in a hospital" is really comfortable (and a little expensive).

However, I am wondering why the providing company doesn't intend to make them flamboyant in design. Is there something reason for it ?

It may be that it is a sort of "beauty of form".

The other day, the accident occurred in Hokkaido, that employees in an office tries to put liquid mass of spray pan and the gas exploded hugely with a fire of a gas feed water heater.

"I see. some people cannot make the image of the accident"

I watched the TV news program with thinking deeply.

-----

I have experimented that "I almost crashed my lodging house by the explosion of hydrogen chemical reaction.

However, I predicted the damage by the experiment before (To tell you the truth, the result was beyond my prediction)

To begin with, when I was a child, I created the following accidents,.

- boiling wax, the vaporized wax was exploded and our country house was about to fire.

- firing the liquid mass of spray can and playing with it as "flame gun".

- pitching th incinerator of my father's firm into \100 cigar lighter and measuring the height of flame.

- firing the electric wire by failing the electrolytic process experiment of salt water.

Anyway I repeated the pretty and childish play and made me terrible situations.

Thus, I would make my motto of

"Human being cannot learn anything without failing"

before I was twenty years. At the same time, I made another motto of

Anyway, everyone who read my diary, have to watch me kindly,

Recently I come to think,

"I won't make me say ""that is easy isn't it?" easily"

If you are a competent person, you may know "something easy", however,

an incompetent person like me, can not even remember "something easy".

So, I have a request for you.

I do not want to be a guy who uses such phrases - however,

I might as well be car

I am a "engineer not loved by English" until now, but still I continue to work hard every day.

In other words, our country is "a country where a person who may be a minister can allow to say such remarks".

Are you willing to study English seriously, based on "English instruction instruction guidelines" guided by administrative agencies of our country ?

For children who scream "I can not study English anymore!", our adults have no words to talk about.

In any case, the minister who is to be the citizen's model, said this.

Well, I think I could understand well that the intention of top position of the administrative institution in our country.

(Continuation from yesterday)

This is a story of a certain employee of a certain private company.

He has been saying that he can not speak English since he was young.

He was ordered to go abroad alone, to convoke members of standards bodies, to plan a meeting and to make him the host of the meeting.

Whatever I thought, it was a pretty messy instruction(even if it was not a power harassment).

However, he had no choice but to obey the business order - he thought like that.

He thought that was a salaried worker ... not a soldier.

So, I would like to propose to the current Mr. Prime Minister, my lord.

Currently, there is a "working reform" in policies of my lord.

And there is also "acceptance of foreign workers".

(Continuation from yesterday)

The time spent on English education in Japan is huge.

As I know, half of the time I spent studying teenagers has been brought to English.

And even after finding employment, I spend much time to study for TOEIC, e.t.c outside the office.

In my estimate, the number of workers in Japan who really need communication by English is about 4% at most.

Other than that, English is only used for e-mail, in other case, English is only used for immigration in overseas traveling, once in several years.

And, the skills that foreign workers are expected, are determined as "expert knowledge + help desk of English communication" by law or government ordinance.

I think that this will be a new policy to realize both Japanese global and domestic strategies.

This December was really busy - but I can not tell you the details.

Talking about it may be a problem in many places.

In the past, I could write "returning the holiday ..." with complaint and boast. However, it comes to be difficult to write such things.

I am homecoming.

I purchased the bullet train ticket smartly with Smart EX, I got on the wrong time.

So, I'm writing this diary while getting on a different Shinkansen and sitting on the floor of the passageway. (Of course, I could ride any Shinkansen on the free seat)

From a public point of view, I thought how people think the old man was sitting on the floor like this -

It might be modern style that "laptop PC" and "two smartphones" were opened on the floor, not "cup liquor".

-----

In December, I was paying close attention at the deadline of placing orders or outsourcing for goods or software --- I could hardly do anything else except them --- I've been doing business processing.

It seems to me at all at the end of the year.

Well, if this is the last "mistake" this year, I think that it is not so bad "mistake".

I'm good at sitting in the aisle and using a PC with sitting with my legs crossed. Thinking that it was keenly angered with waiting for several hours at an international terminal

(Continuation from yesterday)

However, there are something that can only be learned even with this "mistake"

For example,

- It was a failure to catch up with a connected vehicle around a toilet, and there are many people coming and going and feeling their pain in their eyes

とか、

or

- Especially the days before and after long vacation, children are getting in and out

とか、

or

- If there is an entrance to the dust box above the head of the sitting place, I must allow the garbage to pass through my head

and so on.

-----

Even so, I realize that children are not suitable creatures as users of public transportation services.

They are noisy, crisp, and annoying. Of course, because it cannot be helped that this is a characteristic of a child.

However, the nature of this creature, on the other hand, I think it must be "usable".

"Our child is too small, so we can not return home for a few years. We are sorry for you, Mom"

This is the best excuse for being unable to return home, isn't it.

After ten seconds I have thought of a worse scenario.

-----

"Well, this year, we will go to you"

... Yeah, it is no way.

This is the worst scenario that they can be thought out.

Compared to the stress where "they" are staying at home during the year-end and New Year holidays, the hardships of transporting children to their parents will be nothing.

Of course, I can agree.

If I think so, it is not a big deal, such as the children are noisy, crisp, and annoying.

The stress of a couple with children like this, is an issue to be solved in our entire society.

I have come to feel as if we can add "Shinkansen" to mankind's invention "stoneware" "fire" "wheel".

On this New Year's holiday vacation, I spend a lot of time on the process of migrating from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

I think that it is already about 30 hours to spend in total.

Every time, Microsoft is changing the interface, and it is annoying. If I change this to the image of the interface of Windows 7, I will have to keep doing this work endlessly on another personal computer.

Although it is unpleasant, I am working on unnecessary services, applications and display of Windows 10, and truncated (deleted, installed) them.

-----

Whether others may user a PC for more than 30 years like me, for many people, the task of "truncating" is fear.

"So what if the computer does not work?"

It is a matter of course to think.

In fact, I have had terrible things.

- In the morning, I deleted a software, the OS would not restart,

- In the afternoon, I read the web for repair,

- After the fixed time, I confirmed the activation of the OS,

- Late night, I finished returning the backup file to the original folder.

Repeating such ridiculous failures, an IT engineer grows up - is not it?

-----

As a matter of fact, what many people expect for a PC is (1) writing sentences, (2) drawing simple pictures, (3) sending mail, (4) watching the web.

Although some people may think that it is a "mottainai" to stop the possibility of PC's ability by such "branding", this is a limited human being.

私は、

I as an IT engineer, believe seriously that

"Personal computer did not have to evolve as much as 1 mm from Windows 95"

Set it aside,

I was glad yesterday, I was skipping in my parents house alone.

On Windows 10, Meadow (GNU Emacs 22.3.1) on Windows 7 just works by copying the entire folder. In addition, MinGW compiler also worked perfectly (although setting environment variables was necessary).

SKKIME is as you wrote in this.

So, software that can run without registering in the Windows registry is "Nice after all".

If these three can be moved, I can do anything later, for me (or I don't care).

- And, I am as usual.

My father-in-law passed away, and my father passed away, In this year's parents house, neither Shimenawa nor Kagami-mochi is decorated (One article says that 50 days after funeral has no problem, but because it is troublesome for me to clean up)
