Now I am in hospital for medical checkup.

This monring, my weight was the target weight accurately .

In this series, I state a hypothesis,

- Human beings are a kind of control system,

- So, human's weight control is possible perfectly,

and, continued to write the essay about diet.

I think, the hypothesis testing have done well for the third consecutive year.

-----

However,

My diet formula shows, in my case,

- the limitation of loss weight is 2kg in a month

I have to make an efforts to keep my weight within 2kg from the target

Especially, it was very hard for me in last month.

In addition, in a few days, I could not feel pain at all, and I think I have a risky condition.

All are assumable in my mind.

-----

However, the diet that only lose weight seems not to "contribute to health" so much.

Since I was told by the person who performed the echo diagnosis, "Oh, it's just metabolic," "There is a shadow in the liver."

正直、

To tell you the truth, I thought that

"you should measure me silently. because the inquiry is received from the doctor"

My diet theory is based on a simple law of conservation of energy.

"Don't eat, and lose weight"

When I said this, however, I was blamed from my family, saying,

"We can not do it!" It is quite difficult!!"

In addition, I am on a diet harassment from them, saying "bad","unhealthy" While watching my body shape of the bath ---- please leave me alone.

-----

To pick up one point of my this diet operation,

it is the appearance of a snack called "Burning Chilli Pepper".

This is a low-calorie spicy snack that takes away the appetite, and

a diet Lethal Weapon (final weapon) for me.

However, only the person who like absolutely "spicy", for example "spicy twice" of "Hokkyoku Ramen" as a default ramen, like me,

can use this weapon, so it is a nuisance snack for many people.

At present, the Ebata's family members own a smartphone.

All members of the family, in the living room, are downloading application, watching movies, reading of free comic, ,watching TV, and reading newspapers and books.

Everyone are doing them individually

-----

The other day my relatives of my wife came to stay, and

she seemed a little surprised at the atmosphere of living room.

Ebata: "Do you still feel strange?"

I asked her.

Ebata: "It looks like a sample of family collapse. It is a typical family form that professors at a university or self self-proclaimed Intellectuals like to criticize us.

-----

Our generation of "television", "invader game", "family game computer" continued to be said, eventually did not ruin society, however,

So, professors at a university or self self-proclaimed Intellectuals, (as far as I know) didn't do correcting their opinions, making the summary and self-criticizing.

They are "irresponsible fuckers" aren't they?

Well, aside from that.

-----

Ebata: "Strangely,In our house, all members gathers in the living room and uses smartphones apart, and moreover, we can talk, while dealing with disjointed content.

For example, there are frequent cases, when one person finds interesting content, she/he tells it to everyone and others gather around their smartphone.

Ebata: "In short, I think that our adaptability - especially the teenagers - is unusually high."

(Continuation from yesterday)

When I was a kid, teachers or parents blamed me for a study with watching TV. However, I don't say anything to my children.

I know well that their approaches are more effective (or productive) for them.

"Only concentrating one thing makes effectiveness or productivity" that is a sort of "accepted theory" is rejected by the Ebatas.

For a head of the Ebatas, actual performances (e.g. data) are always justice.

Though I am also studying or working with hearing music, I cannot doing with "watching movies".

About the music, I cannot accept music with lyrics, so classic and jazz is good. I also can hear animation songs.

About animation songs, my brain will skip verbalism, like "justice","evil","friendship","future","past" and "eternal", and I cannot recognize them as meaningless words.

-----

Now, one hypothesis of mine, which they can study and watch movies at the same time, is that

-teenagers have excellent multi-tasking capabilities, and

-they can control the loads of task relatively freely.

I think that they can complete to finish "new-type brain".

Anyway, we, who have just "normal power" should avoid saying this and that, to them, who have "psi power".

(Continuation from yesterday)

For one more topic, I think that one reason why my family members can keep conversation, in each individual task, is

"Wireless LAN access point(WiFi)"

In my house, I have installed the WiFi by myself, using existing fiber cable Internet.

So, all can use volumetric and fast network environment easily in my house.

This means that the Ebatas house is a "Hot Spot"

Our living room is a "Hot Spot" and "Community Area", so it not special but natural that we gather in the living room, and work individually.

At this age, a birthday is less fun than ordinary days.

I do not care much what I am heading towards the end of my life.

A birthday is a day for me to realize that "a day when I can not control myself" is surely approaching.

To tell you the truth,

The appearance of parents who become old and can no longer control themselves are figures of mine in the future.

So, maybe no one can escape from the fact.

From everyday, I who am saying or writing elusive things to the world,

will live while receiving "treatment of my excrement" by someone somewhere.

-----

"Only I am special. Only I can complete the last of life that is not miserable". There is no reason why such favorable things happen for you.

Even those who are said to be "healthy old people" will be ultimately "an old man who can not handle excrement on our own".

And,

Whenever my birthday comes, what I think that

- we endure, persevere, strive, and we get something (such as identity, money, knowledge, etc.)

- I double whether our life is really valuable, against being doomed to die, while destroying abomination

I think that "they are not valuable"

If "they are not valuable" is true, I think

- we should not make efforts beyond our performances,

し、

and,

- we should not have excessive patience or perseverance that will destroy our mind.

However, if there is only one hope,

I think that there will be a big difference between "what we observe from the outside" and "what we observe from the inside".

When I was a teenager, I could not imagine "what I am who lived for half a century now."

And then, at that time, I believed that "I, who lived for half a century" has declined severely and has miserable time without no reasons.

(Continuation from yesterday)

Let me explain about the current "me".

According to my body and health, as expected generally, "tragedy" is an exaggerated expression. So "annoying" (for example, low vision, or pains) is acceptable for me.

On the other hand, I think that "philosophy of living" has been improved since now.

I live my life for long time, and many use-cases have been accumulated, and the possibility to avoid problems is higher than of my youth.

And, I come to know many trouble-shooting of each use-case.

It it true that I come to take my life easy, because I can dull the pain of the trouble for short time.

In addition, I cannot think that "I want to repeat my younger days" at all.

This means (for me, at least) that it is evidence that "aging" is something valuable.

-----

If it is true, I, who cannot dispose of excremental matter of mine, will find something valuable beyond my imagination.

I don't give up hope from "my figure from outside", but I want to expect "my figure from inside".

There was joy and suffering in my 10's, and

there was also joy and suffering in my 50's, and

I wish that

"I, who can not handle excrement by myself", will have the joy and suffering in the era.

-----

However, honestly speaking, I am afraid that I can not imagine even the hypothesis of the possibility, at this moment.

On the other hand, this annoying and tired operation to change password, is likely to be more effective.

After my Twitter account was hijacked, I cleaned up my act of "any password will come to light".

As a matter of fact, with current computer performance, It is true that "a password of about one phrase can be torn by force".

The other day, when measuring the time from the start time to the end time, I knew that it took 2 hours and 10 minutes.

I heard a complaint of administrative position's person that is "subordinates try to hide their works".

In short, that means, "nobody asks boss's advice"

However when I heard the complaint, I think

"It is no wonder that subordinates don't want to ask boss's advice"

The reason is simple.

If they ask their boss about the work, it will come annoying for them to interfere with the progresses.

In order to realize "reduced working hours" or "productivity promotion". it is the best way to erase boss's interference in advance.

In this case, the boss's "how to interfere" also has problems.

I think that the boss should "assist" or "give an advice" without trying to change works procedure, however, many of "most bosses not consulted from subordinates" is trying to deny what his subordinates are doing, and to present a new plan.

For a subordinate who has started work, and is not able to go back, they are not interested in which plan is better for their plan and their manager's plan.

It is an important work of my boss to follow his/her work.

A boss needs to hear "interrogate" the work progress report from a subordinate, even if they don't like

Regarding high-risk content, the boss should need to "crush" the work of his subordinates.

Because works are not an "individual hobby".

-----

Well, as this comes, we will begin to "report contents that my boss will not overturn my current work" in order to counter the interrogation by his boss,

In the worst case, a subordinate is getting to give up "challenging job" from the beginning.

Challenging tasks are not done in business hours, but in private hours on weekends holidays and year-end holidays.

The idea of "weekend engineer" is coming to me --- unwillingly.

This can also be said "working way reform".

Although -

- Stolen the time of romance and marriage

- Reduced productivity,

- gone against the short-term trend

そして、

and

- Accelerated population decline

It is certain that it will go against what the government wants "working way reform".

My second daughter (the 9th grade) uses a train every day for about 3 hours to go to school.

And about "stand-up-eating soba noodle shop" on the way to school, she became an "expert", I think that she will not lose to the gourmet critic around here.

When I travel on business, I am going to a "stand-up-eating soba noodle shop" recommended by my second daughter (really).

"Junior high school girls who can talk about "soba" (However, "stand-up-eating soba" only)"

My daughter is proud of me.

I think that junior high school girls are now a dime a dozen to talk about fast food such as McDonald's

-----

I also like soba too, however, I think that one of "what I cannot break out of my shell" is

"Croquette Soba"

I am still unable to accept the paradigm "to sink croquette in soba soup".

Regarding the taste of "Croquette Soba", I don't suspect the good taste, since many people are talking on many media.

Definitely "Croquette Soba" should be delicious, I believe.

In fact, I do not hesitate to "sink Tempura in soba soup".

(By the way, I learned that my wife has a policy "Eating Tempura without sinking" this time)

-----

For me with a closed-mind against "Croquette Soba",

My second daughter

"Huh, my father has also such a small-heart, after all"

told me to spit up with a cold smile.

And, she spoke hotly about the issue of how to eat "Croquette Soba".

She said,

"First of all, a croquette should be divided into two parts. One half is for enjoying the taste of croquette, another half should be submerged in soba soup and we will enjoy the taste of soba which also changes with the time"

This is her philosophy of "Croquette Soba".

-----

Recently "stand-up-eating soba noodle shops" are trying to attract customers. with put big photos of a beautiful soba over the huge wall.

In the morning when I got out of the breakfast or, in the midnight when I go back home while dieting,

"How these displays function work well as murder weapons for me"

I believe you can understand that.

I heard that there is a workshop whose name is "how to make an innovation".

I hope I will take the workshop.

The followings are my attentions.

(1)Is the speaker of workshop, an experienced worker who had made "an innovation" before, as a matter of course ?

(2)Did he/she make enormous counts of "innovation" before, enough to make "recipes" of the the innovations ?

(3)Don't tell me that he/she will just introduce the results of analyses or study of others innovation, and will enforce a "silly" workshop.

From the malicious viewpoints, I will observe the speaker, not the workshop.

-----

In my case, I think I can give you workshops whose title "how to make patent application with cutting corner", or "how to make invention(x innovation) as a output quota". Please contact me ASAP.

On the other hand, I will run away soon, if I am asked a workshop whose title is "how to make innovative invention" or "how to make money by patent right"

Well, who will give me an excellent innovative method of "how to make an innovation" ?

Every year,

"Beaujolais Nouveau has been released."

Every time I hear this phrase, I feel uncomfortable.

I think that just "alcoholic drinking water" control to limit drinking time for consumers in the liberal economy ---- "Who do you think you are?"

-----

So, I tried to research. Countries that have enacted the wine law exists in France, Italy, the United States, and the EU Union.

In Japan, based on international treaties (Paris Convention and Trips, maybe), Only "wine" is different from other foods and drinks, and privileged handled by Trademark Act, Unfair Competition Prevention Law etc,

-----

Since I was studying intellectual property,

"Only "wine", has been protected well by international law, and I have had an unpleasant feeling."

Well, wine is not just "alcoholic drinking water" but an intangible property right with regional brand values.

It is a fact that producers, communities and nations have incurred enormous costs in order to establish that regional brand,

I still think that the wine is better than Disney (USA) which is trying to extend life, by punctuating copyright law,

However, that's it, separately.

(Continuation from yesterday)

"The release day of Beaujolais Nouveau" is based on the French wine law.

The legislative purpose is "prevention of decline in the value of merchandise due to fast selling and selling."

This law is reasonable.

However, there is no reason to apply French law in Japan (territorialism).

The phrase of "the release day of Beaujolais Nouveau" is inappropriate for use in Japan.

However, "the release day of Beaujolais Nouveau" is actually operated properly regardless of the law in Japan.

Why do you think?

That is because French wine producers and Japanese wine distributors are contracting for the sale date of Beaujolais Nouveau in Japan((Perhaps, the wine law enforces the rule, too)

-----

As a matter of fact, there are other reasons why I talk big with legal logics.

"Beaujolais Nouveau? what on earth is such wine delicious?"

It is coming from the difference vector of "jealous".

"Is it enough to make us drink at midnight of the release day at the boarding gate of the airport ?"

I think

they don't have to make an such event, because there are plenty of delicious wines in Japan.

The other day the eldest daughter and the second daughter(SD) together , said

"We do not have "courtly power""

And I was told that a part of the cause is also in my educational policy in my family.

-----

Ebata:"What is "courtly power"?"

SD:""In a dictionary,"courtly" is "to behave in expectation of others' kindness or kindness"

Ebata:"You do the "behaviour" don't you?"

SD:"However, in your case, there is no effect, even if we behave that"

Ebata:"So?"

SD:"In the world, I heard that there is a father who asked his daughter "What do you want?""

Ebata: "A strange father in the world is. In my case, I absolutely will not do such things even if a natural disaster occurs"

SD:"I know it well"

Ebata:"My policy as a a head of the Ebata family, is "Grab things you want, on your own"

-----

SD: "So, at my home there is no opportunity to demonstrate of "courtly"

Ebata:""Well, you make a lover soon and do it for training "courtly power"

Today, new my column is released, so I take a day off.

"Let's turn the world by "Number" : Work style reform(4)

The meaningless "short time" is a SOS warning from "Tsundere government"

-----

I am investigating various things, but, indeed, there is no flower in this "working reform"

I hope there is a positive message like the "Income Doubling Plan" formulated under the Ikeda Cabinet in 1960.

I don't think that the goal that includes ambiguous words "short-time" is good in many cases..

In addition, I also don't think that the present way with time restriction like 40 hours or 80 hours is good. Because those numbers has have the flexibility.

I am afraid that setting a goal such as "Promotion of annual holiday acquisition" will work well.

-----

Legislation of "three days week holidays including Wednesday"

I think that there is no impact of the "Income Doubling Plan" unless we do so far.

As a rule, I keep the secret, when I am asked from anybody.

It ranges from elders and youngers to relatives, except for illegality or emergency cases.

However, I also ask them not to keep the secret over two years, as a condition.

If they want to extend the period of "two years", I will ask them to update the condition within the period.

I think that "the period of two years" is enough for them, if they don't have an intention to update the condition.

Incidentally, there has been no person to try updating since now.

-----

In addition, I will say to them,

"After two years, I will disclose everything including" Who told me? "

So, they come to get nervous, and stop talking anymore.

Of course, a chill comes over the company.

As pen and paper have shifted to word processors, personal computers, and smartphones,

painting also shifts from paper and paint to liquid crystal tablet (liquid tab). How do you think it?

The reason why I am asking "How do you think it ?" is that I am not familiar with the field of creative painting.

-----

All patent drawings and materials for customer presentation are to be made by PowerPoint.

No longer handwritten paper, neither customers nor academics can accept documents. (The patent office may still be okay).

I have created articles of Neighborhood Association and column illustrations by a drawing tool of the PC, and there is no room for handwriting anymore.

-----

I think that when I was a teenager. I was suffering from paper, pencils, brush, paint for a long time.

I did not want to write sentences or draw pictures.

I thought that "coloring book" was not stupid.

-----

Everyone will not be inclined to digital,

I think that the world where paintings, pallets, canvas, and such were "omitted"

might be a happy world, fair enough.

After all, I, who has been half a century of my life, and who has no genius, am full of gratitude. Because the world of digital painting, makes me feel like drawing illustrations,

So, now I'm thinking about buying a "Liquid Tab" for my daughter.

I am satisfied with PC and SAI now, If my daughter will be able to enjoy creation in the digital world just like me,

"I am not hesitant in the investment of it."

One reason why I like "Rasberry PI", is that once I make a kernel on an SD card, I can copy it and use it for another "Rasberry PI".

This time, for my experiment, I asked many people to borrow their "Rasberry PI", and making the SD cards. However, "Rasberry PI" could not work well, and it annoyed me for all day today.

Just now, I noticed that the deep valley between the primitive version of "Rasberry PI" and the after version has existed.

However, I make an effort not to think that

"I have wasted time again"

Anyone who works for IT field, lives in daily experience and observation like that. I believe.

-----

Paradoxically speaking, I think that they are not real "IT Engineer", if they don't live the life,

On the other hand, It's unfortunate that I ,who try to purchase a new SD card, and search the old kernel in the Internet, in order to work the primitive version of "Rasberry PI", should be silly,

Purchasing a latest version of "Rasberry PI", must pay, considering cost of time of mine.

However, "To find a broken device, to want to repair and work it" is, I think, a mind-set of engineers.

But I don't come to think that "finding a falling person, we want to help him/her" in my case.

I think I can use "personal computer" like a fish in the water.

I can easily create sentences and images and draw illustrations while listening to music, as I thought.

However, I am like a fish, on a fishing boat when using a smartphone.

It is likely that nothing I can do but to snatch on the ship uglily.

This difference means that my daily routines (the writing of reports and patent specifications is everyday) and environments that I have to repair my personal computer daily. It has nothing to do with my "effort".

On the other hand, since I can not assume the future where smartphones disappear, I have to go out with a smartphone, even if I am ugly.

I am a fish, and I have been in the water, called "PC", longer compared with the normal person. That's all.

-----

So, I dislike a person who boasts of his ability to nurture the skills developed in the period "in the water".

"Figure skating" is no exaggeration to say that it is "dynamic design" to be realized in the world.

"Aesthetics form of things with unpredictable movement."

Well, that's it.

Well, human beings are not things, so I am afraid that it is impossible to get a design right.

This is a view from of audience of "dynamic design".

However, according to the view of "dynamic design" of persons who try to make,

I had watched the program, that showed a video of skater's vision camera,

was "chaos"

How to say, I felt that I was enforced to ride on "coffee cup" in an amusement park,

the chaos view, having no relatives of "beauty"

made me vomit truthfully.

-----

A person who tries to create "beauty" always should face off against something to be antithetical to "beauty"

I think that this is true.

I spent a lot of my college days working part-time.

It was because I had to earn tuition and living expenses at the time when it was difficult to send money to me with the circumstances of the family.

I continued the loop of "school" → "working" → "lodge".

It is a so-called "suffering student", however, it is strange that I do not remember as much painful memory.

Friends who had been observing such my situation, seemed be very kind in my memory.

They showed me notes and reports, and made dishes (not "treated me").

Well, it might be just my enhanced memory.

-----

Since I ran around all day alone like that, I could not get the concept of "association".

So, I could not get a chance of "suffering from friendship relationships".

Turn to thinking, this was quite "happy" for me.

(Well, for other things, it was a pretty hell, though)

-----

Basically,

"This world will not help me"

as the world view was fixed as

"fact".

So I didn't have to "hate" this world.

(To be continued)

(Continuation from yesterday)

So, living in that view of the world, any support from a friend (notebooks, reports or foods) was

so happy dazzlingly for me.

I have such memory ( it also might be just my enhanced memory (the rest is omitted.))

-----

Even so, I do not want to say to people around the world, "Do not have friendship relations."

For the beginning, it is impossible, and it is not good to have the world view of "the world will not help me".(You come to have a perverse character like me).

Still, for me, it seems quite happy to think that "the whole period at that time was not hard".

-----

Well, If I have a chance to give an advice to you, as a people who have the world view of "the world will not help me",

I think that it is a good strategy to make "a world not dependent on friendship relationship" and leave it about half of my life.

"Closed mind" which refuses exchanges with the outside and closes only within myself, is an effective and promising option to live a long life.

For example,

to continue to write blogs that no one enjoys.

to continue to make a simulator that no one needs.

to continue to build home security system that no one watches,

to continue to operate control LAN network no one cannot use.

and so on.

-----

I want to name this method of making self-mind as

"positive alone" strategy.
