Once, I wrote that I didn't care what you call me at all.

But when I read my name on some social medias as "A guy of "Tomoichi Ebata", I could not possible put up with the rudeness.

I want the person to say "I am not cheaper than you as you call me "The guy"".

Don't determine "Omitting titles from names" by yourself. I never permit to use my name like that.

You don't have to write "Mr.Tomoichi Ebata". But you are thoughtful of use my name as "A engineer, Tomoichi Ebata".

-----

I noticed the unpleasantness, so I used to not omitting titles from names.

For example. I wrote "Your Honor Governor of Tokyo” as the former Tokyo governor.

It is called "feigned politeness", and of course, I do them on purpose.

-----

My colleagues are good at the attention out and away.

For example, [company name]-san ("San" means "Mr./Mrs." in Japanese).

They often seem to use the way, though I don't like it.

Especially, young researchers use "San" for a computer program like that following.

A few days ago, I wrote that I wanted to write about

"Security treaty struggle in 1970s"

It is said now, that the "security treaty struggle in 1970s" was not destroyed by oppression but their disintegration.

And the other was

"This struggle has not been generalized yet"

I think that these opinions are right.

I don't know at all that

How this struggle occurred, changed, and took a way to the disintegration,

And what was the significance,

Moreover, what kinds of their vision they had for their activities.

To tell you the truth, I don't understand everything. (Of course there seemed to be the concept of "revolution").

How should I say...? I don't see "what they wanted to do".

What I was about to say,

I feel that there is a nonsense, like the boy, who put on a straw hat, and always cry "I will become the Pirate King"

I have not changed my claim since this column had been released.

"To realize perfect legalisation of home-brewing"

"I don't offer opposition to the tax. If anything, I can support to make the system"

Home-brewing is going to boost up an interesting of chemical and a honour of manufacturing industry.

Of course, we might keep alcohol prevention of juveniles.

Because I can tell you that "a worry of alcohol control for juveniles" is almost needles fear.

There is no possibility to overlap the intelligent youngsters who have chemical knowledge rightly and consider of manufacturing industry and the feeble-minded youngsters who feel cool of drinking alcohol

A new Liquor Tax Law becomes useful for the case.

As for the evasion of home-brewing, we can add new serious rules with criminal penalty.

First of all, the old day, one youngster tried to explore hydrogen that was made by salt solution.

I am used be asked by colleague how to write a patent application, however I don't know the reason.

What is on earth the problem?

Sometimes I almost cannot understand the trouble.

Especially, when I was a manager of patent in the department, I got mad with the a member who didn't submit it before due date, shouting

"What the hell's that supposed to mean?"

However, I know now that there is a person who feels bitter hardships of writing a patent application, in much the same way as something I am not good at.

One reason why I like "Rasberry PI", is that once I make a kernel on an SD card, I can copy it and use it for another "Rasberry PI".

This time, for my experiment, I asked many people to borrow their "Rasberry PI", and making the SD cards. However, "Rasberry PI" could not work well, and it annoyed me for all day today.

Just now, I noticed that the deep valley between the primitive version of "Rasberry PI" and the after version has existed.

However, I make an effort not to think that

"I have wasted time again"

Anyone who works for IT field, lives in daily experience and observation like that. I believe.

-----

Paradoxically speaking, I think that they are not real "IT Engineer", if they don't live the life,

On the other hand, It's unfortunate that I ,who try to purchase a new SD card, and search the old kernel in the Internet, in order to work the primitive version of "Rasberry PI", should be silly,

Purchasing a latest version of "Rasberry PI", must pay, considering cost of time of mine.

However, "To find a broken device, to want to repair and work it" is, I think, a mind-set of engineers.

-----

But I don't come to think that "finding a falling person, we want to help him/her" in my case.

Every year, I think, "annual general checkup" is a treasure trove of story.

In the first place, "annual general checkup" was a trigger of this series that I was carried to a teacher of life guidance.

-----

Every year, I make a reservation for "annual general checkup" per birthday.

If I forget to make a reservation, I will receive a pretty persistent follow-up from the company.

Every year I went to the hospital designated by the same company, without looking through the papers this year.

To my surprise, a brand-new building for "annual general checkup" has built, and in addition, I arrived at the building before an hour and a half. (Fortunately, I could have accepted in that time).

The system of round-trip examination was considerably systematically operated, and completed within 1 hour before receiving the final interview.

"If this is the case, I can also come to office at my regular time (*)"

(*) The day of "annual general checkup" is public off.

However, it took 1 hour to interview and 30 minutes to eat. Eventually, I had to leave from the hospital every time.

-----

When I was waiting at the chair in the waiting room for the last interview, while observing the room,

Most of the subjects of "annual general checkup" are employees of my company, so there were only middle-aged and elderly people who are neither excessively fat nor lean.

However, there were still some people, "he is a little thick".

So, I was watching those people being kidnapped ... correction, induced in a separate room, being called by a nurse.

"How I should tell the scene, for example, it is "Donadna".

However, it was not "calf" that is being sold ... Well, "calf" is good.

-----

"Health guidance" is somewhat "By Gestapo," ... No, it is cowardly to use the overseas cases.

"Detecting anarchist by extraordinary height during wartime (special high-level police)". Well, I am afraid that most people might not know this case either.

Well, considering such a thing, I was waiting for the interview.

Now I am on the Yokohama Municipal Subway and head for the Proving Ground office.

In front of me, there are three foreign grandmothers, mothers, and children who brought a baby stroller.

I think they are "Russian" because of the words they are talking about.

The mother and child suddenly started a conversation using their smartphone Skype.

The conversation partner was like their father.

-----

In Japan, the use of telephones on trains and buses is a violation of manners (?), however, there is no clear reason to explain why it is a violation of manners.

After all, manners are basically in a different dimension from logic, so explanation is not necessary.

For example, "Do not speak loudly in art museums" is a manner based on the premise that many people enjoy art quietly.

The same reason can be given for "Do not rub pasta" and "Do not make up on the train", but basically it seems that "discomfort" is a prerequisite.

For example, I don't feel uncomfortable just about "make up on the train", however, I know that an overwhelming number of people feel discomfort.

Aside from that.

-----

This is also often said that it seems that humans feel uncomfortable with conversations that only hear "one of the conversations".

Today, I was able to hear the other party's voice on Skype.

I also feel that the conversation on the train is "uncomfortable", but I realized that the discomfort is much reduced when I hear the voice of the other party on the phone.

So why don't you try a social experiment called "Unlocking smartphones with hands-free mode only for a limited time"?

For example, we only need to create one "hands-free mode conversation-free" experimental vehicle.

I would also like to get into that vehicle.

Next to "Women Only Vehicle", I think that making "Smartphone Conversation Free Vehicle" is a pretty good attempt.

-----

Anyway, about this talk, I want to believe that

"I couldn't feel uncomfortable because I didn't understand Russian at all"

What is a "friend"? There is a lot of content (novels, animations) featuring a teenage protagonist who continues to worry about it.

With telecommuting during the Corona disaster, workers are now often at home all day.

According to my wife, many wives say, 'I can't stand the fact that my husband wears their jersey all day long in the house'.

Ebata: "I think jerseys are excellent, highly functional garments"

Wife: "So, if I asked you to wear a jersey all day, would you resist?"

I gave her an immediate answer.

Ebata: "Not even a millimeter. It's more like a welcome. I don't understand the psychology behind your dislike of it."

Wife: "Then Can I wear my bloomer all day during housework"

Ebata: "I absolutely hate that. I want you to give me a break. But are jerseys and bloomers concepts that can be exchanged equivalently?"

Wife: "I think they're both the same in the sense that they're not everyday garments."

My wife said that if we are talking about "equivalent exchange," then a couple who wears jerseys and bloomers as loungewear can only have "mutual acceptance" or "mutual rejection.

Ebata: "No, I think there's an incomparable difference in the sense of the extraordinary between 'the daily wear of bloomers' and 'the daily wear of jerseys.

Wife: "For me, it's 'equally repellent extraordinary'"

-----

Both My wife and I know that this discussion cannot be solved by logic.

This is because it is a matter of sensitivity.

However, even differences in sensitivity can be recognized relative to each other.

I feel that bloomers are overwhelmingly unusual, while my wife feels that bloomers and jerseys are equally unusual and repellent.

"The subject who determines the ordinary and the extraordinary is not myself, but others"

On that one point, we come to an agreement, so we do not wear clothes or decorations that are beyond our mutual acceptance.

I mean, I'm not interested in my wife's clothes (except for very unusual matters such as "daily wearing of bloomers").

As a result, my wife just makes a one-sided complaint (demand) about my clothes.

-----

Wife:"I cannot stand 'long men's underpants'"

Ebata: "My grandpa (father) used to wear 'long men's underpants' as his loungewear.

Wife: "Grandpa is O.K."

Ebata: "Hey! There's a subject-specific standard coming in for "unusual."

Wife: "That's why 'extraordinary' can't be verbalized."

Ebata: "I know that, but we are going to try to verbalize it and make an effort to get closer, even if it's only by 1mm.

I have been looking for the same thing, and I think I wrote about it during my assignment in the U.S.

I seriously believe that productivity in Japan has been declining for so long because we have not done this. "Let me say "Thank you."

More importantly, I believe that young people should want praise and that they will grow and develop when they receive it.

But the bosses younger than me also "don't praise their subordinates."

This may be because they are 'people who can produce results without praise.

"Why I didn't get ahead" is now a logical explanation.
