When I have a lot of chance of business trip recently, I notice that

More and more lovey-dovey couples increase in winter season.

I think the word "increase" is not enough but "increase explosively".

I can see some couples as pretty as a picture through the year. But the distinguished point is "not pretty couples" also take part in the category.

One of the reasons might be that Christmas day is coming soon.

As a matter of Christmas, the above my column is my favorite. If a publishing company hopes to run it, I am going to allow it to re-open the article without fees.

During this cold period, it seems not to be odd to walk greasy (?), some of them might be afraid of the event of Christmas.

-----

I like to observe high-school couples in this season.

The boy looks like to want keeping in touch with the girl, so he is trying to give her back or hip touch, or to hesitate the action.

I want to throw two canned coffees to them with saying "Hey you! Drink them!!"

I don't care whether their naive relationship changes to distributive something.

-----

Now I think all we have to do is take advantage of anything that ranges from English speaking school to the Christmas event.

If the government invests the cost against the society with fewer children, I think "that is it".

""Stalker becomes this in the future” Jaguar Co. delivers the concept"

I was really surprised to see the news headline.

"Stalker", that has become more serious crime in the world, is going to be in progress from now. I feel that despairingly.

Also, I was astonished that "stalker" can become a concept of modeling as a future crime, as they could open the concept.

I have prepared some information of stalker for a column, so I was shaken by the news.

When I read it again, it was a reading mistake after all.

-----

Not so.

The other day, there is a TV variety show, whose name is "Hoko-Tate".

"Hoko-tate" means "contradiction" and it is one of the most famous japanese idioms.

This program showed us a duel of more than two sophisticated machines or "the master" of a field each other. From the view of the science and engineering major, I enjoyed this program as

"just an entertained TV program"

I thought that the duel rules were funny.

For example,

"If the master can break the safe in ten min., the master win the duel. if not the producer of the safe win the duel"

"If this sophisticated drill can penetrate the super-alloy panel in 30 min., the drill wins. If not, the panel wins"

って、

Don't you think

"Who decides the "10 min." or "30 min." from what kind of standard" ?

If the time is changed half or twice, the winner and loser can change easily.

Is that a duel without a basic ground?

-----

I told the above story to my daughter who is in the seventh grade,

She looked at me like "this man is now in youthful indiscretion even now."

Ebata:" "Tumble from the summit of glorious life"... I think you mistake how to use the phrase"

Ebata:"As for my generation, "20 years", "25 years" and "29 years" old were, so called "three big desperations" with sharp pain, for not only women but also men.

Ebata:"However a new pain has come in 35 years old, and 39 years old has already been in scope. I don't want to say about it any more"

SD:"So many pains are going to come...."

Ebata:"However, the more you are old, the more the pain will be more mild. The pain is going to change "short keen" into "long sluggish". So you don't have to worry it. It become easier with your age.

SD:"It is not a welcome relief"

I am an owner of "@kobore.net" of the Internet domain.

The "domain owner" means that basically I can do anything in my domain.

Even if I am in this "@kobore.net", I can manage Web site, and build mail server and FTP server, and so on.

Making mail accounts and mailing-lists are some of them.

-----

In my case, I don't care of changing telephone number of my cell-phone, and deleting a mail address.

If anything, I come to think them positively, because I can put my address book in order.

"However, these mind persons are in a minority group."

For example. when spam mails and meaningless mails come to arrive at me, I will delete my mail address without advance notice.

If I delete my mail address, the spam mails or meaningless mails also disappear, because those mails are returned to senders, as error mails.

I will revive the mail address, after two or three months.

The real operation is complicating, however I cannot open it.

-----

According to these junk mails, some operations are recommanded, for example,

"Sending the junk mails to a junk mail box, automatically"

However, this operation cannot stop the junk mails.

Moreover, what I am displeased, is that the junk mail senders might guess

"Ebata reads my mail"

By comparison, my operation of deleting mail address is

"I never read even one character of your mail"

The final operation that can deliver my intention to sender by my specific action.

On the other hand, most carrier or the Internet provider companies prohibit republication of same mail address, after deleting the mail address.

The prohibition of re-issuing of the same mail address is a natural operation in order to avoid "impersonation by others".

-----

However, no matter what operations are done in this domain, no one complains about it. because I am a "owner" of "@kobore.net"

I am a owner of @kobore.net" and only user of "@kobore.net" in the world.

We can find a lot of person, book, drama, and movies to blame the process to outbreak of Pacific War(WW2).

Generally, many of the story seem to be told from the ignorance, overdrive and unintelligent psychogender of Japanese military

On the other hand, it is difficult to find a person, a book, a drama, and a movie to blame the process to outbreak of Russo-Japanese War.

In my memory, I can only remember a story of the book, whose title is "Clouds at the top of a hill(Saka no ue no Kumo), that describes a poor commander tried to capture "Fort in area 203".

However, there is no story to blame the process to Russo-Japanese War in the book.

Let's discuss this issue. I think that the battle against the U.S. is more reasonable than that against Russia under an imperial regime, without a doubt.

Even with only these two examples, it is obvious that we have not done objective assessment based on the scientific approach of "to evaluate" only process "after separating from the result".

Set it aside.

My public answer is "to study is entertainment", however, almost all children cannot accept this answer.

I like walking (when the walking time is short).

The walking time between my house and the nearest station is good for thinking about columns and inventions of patent.

However, I don't like the day which is too hot, too cool, or raining, because it is good for thinking them.

In addition, walking for "health" and "old age"

I know well that a quite accident (e.g. stumbling) makes us stop walking and being bedridden soon.

Even if I walk everyday, the day I don't or can't walking is going to come absolutely.

So the significant of the walking is for a preparation of "shorten the length of being in bed and lead to death"

-----

Recently, my second daughter studies at a food court near the station on her way home, and come back home late at night.

My wife picks her up at the station over the 23:00.

It is almost same time to arrive at the nearest station for both her and me.

However, I stick to go home by walking, so my wife asked me the reason with wondering look.

-----

Wife: "Why do you like walking so much ?"

Ebata: For "health" and "old age"

Wife:"You look exhausted in these days. I don't understand what you are thinking"

Ebata:""Health" first. For health, I don't care if I die"

The corona disaster has revealed to the world that we are the world's leading "IT backward country".

And thus, the "Digital Agency" was created, albeit belatedly.

We should be grateful that the government acted, even if it was late.

However, it should be noted that the backwardness of IT in our country is not in "IT systems" but in "IT literacy".

In other words, it's not about IT as a system, but about education or human "feelings" such as motivation, aversion or avoidance.

However, I don't think the government has been negligent in doing this.

The "opposition" is to blame, because they continued to oppose digitization legislation without a technical understanding of the security of "digital encryption" and "digital signatures". It will be true, but more than that,

The "ruling" should be to blame, that failed to understand the security of "digital cryptography" or "digital authentication" technically and push it hard.

Moreover, the members of "ruling party", not only the old man and the old lady, but even young (30-50 years old) legislators, are blinded by its lack of IT literacy

I mean, what parliamentarian can properly explain "digital encryption" or "digital signatures"?

If there are such legislators, please refer them to me.

I want to come up for interview.

-----

Unfortunately, it's true that getting "IT literacy" takes time and basically computers don't work the way we want.

I can't tell you how many times I've thought about throwing my computer out the window.

Today, it would be, 'How many times have I thought of firing a missile into a VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) in San Jose?

Well, if they have such a tedious and painful time, it might be more efficient to go around the constituency by stepping on ditchboards.

Aside from that.

-----

I think the government and the administration have been warning a lot about the digital divide since about 2000.

Twenty years have passed since then -- the equivalent of (not all) civil or criminal "statute of limitations" time.

So I think it's time to dismiss the "gentle approach" to the digital divide as having expired and start "catching up".

The method I propose is our country's national specialty, 'Synchronized Pressure'.

- If you just come to the counter without using your phone, There is a cost of $8,640.

- The number of people filing their tax returns online has already exceeded 70%. The administrative operating costs of the remaining 30% of people are about 12 times higher than those of online users.

(The numbers are my experience (fiction). I'll look into it properly if you request.)

Well, you can just do the above without saying anything. It will be quite effective.

-----

And if there is still no improvement, then the following might be good,

- If you can get the process done on your PC and smartphone, instead of coming to a government office, we can "repeal" the bill to increase the cost of healthcare for the elderly.

In addition,

With the aid of a video clip that can be seen before the movie screening, and putting the government's publicity the following.

- Stop the Tax Thief

-----

It seems to me that this is the direction in which the "Digital Agency" is expected to work.

I don't think it's about "AWS adoption" or anything like that.

However, if they really do this, the ruling party may fall in the next election.

I'm learning the Go language now, and it's quite difficult.

This is because I don't know how to implement the programs I've been working on in the Go language.

In the case of C, it is very easy to create an image of the hardware (memory, CPU, etc.) in my mind and draw a line diagram on it.

However, the Go language is very difficult to debug because of the large number of ultra-light threads (goroutines, to be precise) that exchange messages between objects unattended.

'goroutine' is also difficult to code because it is not easily interfered with from the outside.

That aside.

Certainly, there is no "other" or "society" to be compared to in the question, but anyone who would answer "Yes" to this question completely would be --

suspected being "mania" at the hospitalization level.

I am working with young people in my research activities, and I always think,

"Young people are so energetic."

I am moved to see them running into government agencies and vendors to get data.

Whenever working people ask someone to do something, they always prepare a "return."

That (return) is the most important thing.

This is because working people do not spend money and time on things that do not benefit them.

I would not say that students "don't" have that perspective, but I think it is "thin."

Frankly, I envy them.

Come to think of it, when I was a student, I used to go to a plastic model company and get one of their radio-controlled cars.

It is also a fact that working people are

"moved for their unselfish hard work."
