I read letters of the law whose name is "Basic law of national land enhancement".

At the first glance, it looks like monotony law, but it is really interesting from the view of another aspect.

At the first glance, it looks like monotony law, but it is really interesting from the view of another aspect.

Though some analysts tell us that this law results the compartmentalized public administration, I think it is opposite; the compartmentalized public administration was defined by the law.

I estimated that the population in Japan becomes decreasing 20% of the present after 100 years ago, I am afraid that we have to emigrate to urban area and integrate social infrastructures.

I mean, "Discarding rural areas". I think it is a final decision in order to survive this country. But this law says the opposition against my opinion(Article 2: multiple cities)

On the other hand, the law also defines the three decentralized areas "Tokyo metropolitan district", "Osaka metropolitan district", and "Chuubu metropolitan district"(Article 8).

I told the above issudes to a junior fellow,

Ebata-san, There seems to be wrong approach, I think. The big earthquake in pacific zone will hit the three areas at the same time.

Probably I think they estimate not to do simultaneously. If I were an administration, I am going to define four areas, "Sapporo", "Tokyo", "Takamatsu" and "Fukuoka".

Obviously, if there were "discarding rural areas" included in the law, the Diet not just refuse the bill, but also upset the regime.

And it seems to be too early to judge it. The problem of society with fewer children might be resolved in some miracle works -- I don't know them at all.

_ -----

The reason why I investigate the law is to make proposal material of the system against some kind of disasters in Japan mainland.

I strongly introduce you to read the following paper.

You must be excited, more than crisis novels around you.

-----

Especially, the story of blackout, inactivate of TV, radio, and PC and no information is very real.

In the day of the earthquake disaster, the cell radio is the last straw.

This is a good change. Let us try to remember the fear of the day.

Last night, my junior daughter asked me a question with watching a TV program of early election report.

She: "Papa, Do you have a plan to go to election?"

Ebata:"In order to be elected, someone must vote me"

She:"Yes"

Ebata:"In order to be voted, I have to have "popularity", "honesty" and "belief" and so on."

She:" I see"

Ebata:"And my body doesn't hold “popularity", "honesty" and "belief" at all"

She:"Certainly"

I was able to be understood by her in a second.

-----

As a matter of fact, I have never asked her to say

"Oh! Don't hesitate in saying about yourself. You have already had "popularity", "honesty" and "belief" in your mind, A,ha,ha,ha,ha"

I have not given her the education to talk such argument without substance and dry laughing voice.

However, if I keep skipping the method of social etiquette, I am afraid that she will have a bitter experience.

A few days ago, I wrote that my senior daughter asked me how to diet by Christmas eve, and I gave some advice to her.

Last night, I made her to calculate her BMI, and I was really surprised to hear the value.

"Why do you follow the weight of pop idols group ?"

It was really a dangerous numeric.

I made a point of showing that "I am going to stop your diet even if you reject it"

On the other hand,

Under the paper with the phrase of "Never eat any fruit by Christmas" that she has wrote,

there were several apples a few days ago, however, I could not find them out at all.

So I am not serious about it so much now.

Changing the subject.

You know, this summer had been incredible hot, standing in fear of our life.

However, the administrators of the NA(neighborhood association)(including me) didn't stop a evacuation drill in midsummer, and preparation of a summer festival.

This is because that the administrators could not have flexibility of "change with time" of hot temperature trend every year.

(Whenever I found the people with sickly face, I advice him/her to return home soon. I said to them "If someone blame you, you can just say "Ebata's command")

-----

And the dismay of the first magnitude for me, is that there was an administrator who started smoking among people who took a rest of preparation of summer festival.

Of course, I know,

"It is not an illegal activity to smoke in a park (depending on parks)"

However, according to conventional wisdom at the present,

from the viewpoint of decreasing smokers and risk of secondhand smoke, the followings might be expected,

- Once going out of the park,

- searching a place with no people

- preventing smoke escaping to other place ( Smoking alone, without chatting others)

The above are ordinal rules for me, who is a general working people ( and salaried employee)

I was really surprised from the bottom of my heart, to know that the conventional wisdom in my mind, is not tackled by society as a whole.

It's happy to have free money — it is "true" in my experience.

However,

"Is it happy to have enough money in my lifetime to be used up?"

I have never been in such a position, so I cannot make a true / false decision.

(Of course, I don't know if there is a general solution to this question)

In any case, I give up because it is a "problem that I don't know for a lifetime."

-----

Recently, I bought many 32GB SD cards at for my work (even though it was about a dozen).

Amazon

If you buy it on Amazon, it costs around 600 yen.

By the way, when I was a student, a memory board with 32K (note the unit) was around 60000 yen.

I used a personally purchased memory board on a university computer, and I used the board for public and private use.

Otherwise, the number of simulation targets could not be increased.

Aside from that, nobody could not predict the arrival of an era when 32GB of memory storage could be purchased for 600 yen in 1990.

This is the Ebata hypothesis based on this.

-----

I don't have much money now, but I have plenty of storage so I can't use all.

In this situation, even if someone says "I'll buy more HDDs and SD cards for you", maybe I'm not happy.

This is a fact, not a hypothesis.

"No matter how abundant storage is, there is no value in situations where its usage is unclear".

If you replace this "storage" with "money"a,

It can be estimated that "no matter how much money I have, no value will be generated in situations where its usage is unclear".

It's hard to feel happy / unhappy about the value that doesn't occur.

(I think "safety" can be secured, like I don't worry about money until I die.)

-----

Money generates maximum value when you want it —— It's time to find out what you’re missing during the proof-of-concept experiment or buy a broken piece of equipment.

Or there is an ambition to expand the business in order to push the value that you think to the world,

Even if there is an ambition to improve the performance of your system and see various experimental results, the value of money is likely to occur.

-----

So,

"Is it happy to have enough money in my lifetime to be used up?"

My hypothesis against the above question, is

"If you have enough money to use up your money, you'll be happy"

Well, it would be good if you could pass it as a thought experiment for those who have no money.

In our house, we wash our hands thoroughly, distribute plates and chopsticks, but we are prepared for the inevitable household infection.

We need to be prepared for that.

I am assuming that the vaccination will be available "next summer".

I decided that if we could reduce the risk of infection by even 1% for another year or less, well, it would be a good enough investment.

Open Street Map (OSM) is a collaborative project to create a freely available, yet editable, map of the world.

In general, it is often used to mean a map information file named "xxxxxx.osm" file.

These oms files are very helpful for researchers who are working on map-based traffic simulations.

However, OSM's maps are made with the cooperation of people from all over the world, and in the first place, maps are always expanding and changing.

There is no such thing as a "perfect map.

Especially when using oms files in my own research, I may want to modify the map information correctly if necessary.

-----

That's why I've been trying to edit the OSM map since this morning.

The following is a map of the grounds of Yokohama National University, which I have just added to the map because it did not include a "car road".

How do I know my way around a university campus? Well, I can't tell you how many times I've driven around this campus by car and foot, taking data with my GPS logger for my work (field demonstration).

-----

By the way, I was stunned to see that this correction of mine this morning was registered in the OSM Map Information with the click of a button.

After the revision, the map I described will be reflected all over the world.

"What if the map is tampered with due to my negligence or malicious intent?"

I came to feel quite uneasy.

After all, this is my first trial with this modification.

Even in that case, I'm hoping that maybe "someone will correct my falsification" and "if I continue to be wrong, they will expel me from OSM membership" -- but I'm not sure.

Anyway, I really feel that "a collaborative project to create a freely available, yet editable world map" is a great idea.

Note that this speed calculation does not include the time between arrival at the restroom and removal of clothing and seating on the toilet seat (which further reduces the speed).

In stories with other worlds and magic, I find "cheating" when they can retrofit and use new abilities and magic.

If the story aims to "bring peace to the world," it is sufficient to exercise the "ability/magic to bring peace to the world" from the beginning.

Its animation ends after the first minute.

In comparison, our natural world is constrained by the "laws of physics.

We are born with individual differences, differences in ability, differences between rich and poor, and unreasonableness, irrationality, and there is no means to resolve them at the root.

Most of the time, the effort only ends up in what we made the effort.

In the middle of the effort, life ends without notice. No exceptions.

And as for the "other world," it has never left the level of creation, and its existence has never been proven in history.

This is why stories with other worlds and magic are "cheating."

Still, I think this world is full of ancient and modern creations because "if you don't read such stories, you can't make it in this world.
