I think many English teachers notice the actuality here.

They think that something must be done about it though, they have been able to open trump card.

And unfortunately a few foolish teachers are going to say "Students need live-English" and start irresponsible and stupid actions.

For example, a teacher who took change of "world history" tried to make us translate a history book in English as a summer vacation homework. The foolish teacher appeared during my high school years.

In addition, it was clear that the fool was no capabilities of completing reading the book.

Well, because the fool didn't read the original book at all, absolutely.

There were dozens of English words I have never seen in my life, and some of them could not be found in even English dictionary.

The fool made us translate English history book as our homework, and he was a guaranteed Feeble-minded teacher, who believed that his action might improve the student English ability.

Naturally, we found out the Japanese translation book of the English history book, and I spent days in the summer vacation to copy the book.

Any life has useless action in various ways, but the copying book would not be such the useless occupation.

Anyhow, there is a feeble-minded teacher to misunderstand in the wrong direction, who furthermore accelerates English phobia of children.

This year, Cherry blossoms has begun to bloom untiringly.

Why does they try to bloom seriously every year ?

I don't care at all even if they skip to bloom a year.

I can accept the broadcast news comment of "Apparently, cherry blossoms of the Ueno Park seems to be all annual leave this year."

(Continuation from yesterday)

The reason why I traveled in local place overseas was for my branding strategy, and unfortunately, it had no values for many people.

In addition, the reason I tried to keep in touch with my parents, was

When I was a high school student, I took a journey as a hitchhiker around Hokkaido Prefecture whit just 20,000 yen.

I caused trouble for not only my family but also relatives, so I had to regain trust earnestly. and more over there was a serious reason for my part.

When I went back to my country house during the college vacation and lounge in the town, my mother encountered an accident, was mortally injured, and struggled against death with being treated in an intensive care unit.

It is a time when mobile phones were still not popular as it is now, so I know well no one would blame me.

Still, fear and regret at that time still left me a deep unrecoverable wound in my heart, with intense pain like cutting off arms and legs while living.

So, if I were traveling in a foreign city to carefree, while familiar people were wandering around death, Maybe,、

"I can not forgive myself"

That's why I tried desperately trying to get in touch from a foreign village, where there was no phone.

Quiet tapestry.

Let me go to the broad.

The old men's "when I was young..." is definitely reversing "I envy you".

However, I don't think that the old men's intention is "you should praise me more and honor me more, because I can come up to the present position without privileged circumstances like you"

Perhaps they don't have common "stories" to tell the young people, and what they can is to offer only such a topic, In other words, they are "poor guys".

However, the lack of their effort should be blamed.

Even though you were an old man, it must be important to make effort to get topics everyday, - Injury or death, artificial intelligence, diet, nuclear accident, Koran, eugenics, fertility treatment, etc.etc.

The topics might make them cold.

-----

In any case, you do not need to listen to the old man's story at a drinking party seriously.

If he is stunned, you stand on the toilet casually, and let you move to another seat.

There is a saying "good and bad fortune are next-door neighbours"

That means "a badness happens as soon as a goodness happens, and vice versa"

-----

After fixing serious bug (debug), It is common that the result of debug comes to make another problem. Now I am in the death-marching.

While I confirmed completing the program joining operation and relieved, the order of "submit the result report" was coming, eve the program had not been executed yet.

-----

Recently, Odakyu Electric Railway has increased the number of (historical) routes and revised the schedule this time.

I think that this improves congestion degree and arrival time faster - probably - many passengers become happy, however,

As for me, the arrival time will be delayed by 20 minutes at the time of the conventional departure station.

If someone do something to change, these cases will happen.

-----

You might think that "Ebata is not himself today", however,

In fact, the program I am making now, has a function to calculate the departure and arrival time.

In the program, I am only one among hundreds of thousands of passengers generated, and I am just a parameter of even 0.01% in the whole.

My delay time of 20 minutes has only an impact of about 0.002 seconds in the overall optimal calculation of my program.

-----

So I think

- In order to make my own convenient diamond,

- the president of Odakyu Electric Railway is not enough, I should have been a senior bureaucrat of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Minister of Transport, or Prime Minister.

However, I have not made an effort to become such an elusive person.

In conclusion, it was my fault.

However, I do not know whether such people are commuting to train.

The other day, my home washing machine was broken.

This miracle machine has been running for 18 years.

My wife inquired me about "repair or replacement", so I suggested "repair".

However, she strongly insisted on “replacement”.

Ebata: "You don't have to make inquiries from the beginning. I know that the longest person (my wife) has the right to decide."

Wife: "If I do not properly pass the decision, I cannot get an advice for the replacement from an engineer(me).

Ebata: "Which company is your recommended?"

Clerk: "Just my taste, but I would recommend this "H Company" washing machine overwhelmingly."

Ebata: "Well, you think H company's products is so good don't you ? Ha-ha-ha"

-----

I was quite surprised when I was told about the "principle of national treatment" among the three conditions of the Paris Convention.

さらに、GATT(私は、TRIPの条文で覚えたのですが)の「最恵国待遇」を知った時は、愕然(がくぜん)としたものです。

Furthermore, I was astonished when I learned about the "most-favored-nation treatment" under GATT (I learned it from the TRIP article).

Most-favored-nation treatment is "the granting by one party to a treaty of commerce and navigation or commercial agreement of treatment no less favorable than that of a third country which gives the most favorable treatment to the other party in matters of commerce, customs, navigation, etc." -- but

To put this in a meta-expression without fear of misunderstanding, it is O.K. to understand it like this: "If you sell rice to a foreign country, you must sell it at the same price as the country that sells the lowest price.

Moreover, the rule is very open: "We don't care whether the country selling at the lowest price is a member of the WTO or not.

Needless to say, modern international trade has been supported by this "most-favored-nation treatment.

This "MFN" international trade is one of the principles of "World Peace through Trade," and I have heard that "The World Trade Center" was established in Manhattan, New York.

Well, it was later doomed to collapse in the 9/11 terrorist attacks in the United States.

-----

I'm trying very hard right now to remember what it used to be like.

"Which article applies to "the 'withdrawal' of MFN treatment"?"

I am doing a lot of research on this.

Of course, this refers to the "withdrawal of MFN treatment" of Russia by the G7 countries, but I don't recall studying such a case.

So, after a long time, I opened the "Six Laws of Intellectual Property" and read through them, but I still could not find such a "sanction clause".

(B) Preventing a Member State from taking any of the following measures that it deems necessary for the protection of its vital security interests (iii) Measures taken in time of war or other emergency of international relations

(C) preventing Member States from taking measures in accordance with their obligations under the Charter of the United Nations for the maintenance of international peace and security

======

I wonder if the G7 countries apply the above article.

In other words, it could be interpreted as 'It is not a provision that must be observed until (1) Japan is in a state of war, (2) Japan is disadvantaged, or (C) Japan is in violation of the Charter of the United Nations.

I see, hence the (strange) phrase 'withdrawal of "MFN treatment"'.

But there doesn't seem to be any provision for "expulsion" from the WTO in TRIP, only "withdrawal" from GATT Article 31 here.

In any case, it seems to me that "withdrawal of MFN treatment" is about as powerful as "nuclear missiles on trade".

And well, now I am escaping reality because I cannot identify the conditions under which a bug in the program occurs.

I am reading this book.

I am reading more intensively than I have in recent years.

I am currently struggling with the task of "creating a virtual agent in a computer with a mind of its own".

"This is how I make Kennedy, McNamara, and Atchison in my computer"

I am amazed and amazed at the methodology.

Tomorrow, I will be able to move on to the page on how to run agents (algorithms).

Aside from that.

...and then I realized at the page

'What's the difference between Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the U.S. invasion of Cuba?'

Both are the same in that they both violate the sovereignty of other countries and invade militarily for the purpose (pretext) of homeland defense.

'What's the difference between a Russian missile strike in Ukraine and a U.S. bombing of North Vietnam, and in what way?'

It is the same in that it is a conspiracy to create a regime in another country that is good for one's own country.

(I believe that a similar use case could be made for the former Japanese military, but I am limiting myself to the "Cuban Crisis" in this case.)

-----

However, that does not "justify" or "offset" the current Russian invasion of Ukraine.

I think 'Russia or the U.S. are both to blame.

However, this time, as in the Cuban Missile Crisis, there is no "reason" that everyone can agree on, such as "nuclear missiles secretly deployed in Ukraine aimed at Russia," so I think that Russia has little (too little) "righteousness" to speak of.

If Russia had the equivalent of the EXCOMM conference convened during the Cuban Missile Crisis, the current Russian invasion of Ukraine might not have happened -- but who knows.

At least there is at least one person in Russia today who is seriously considering the

"nightmare of NATO forces avalanche on the Russian border, targeting Russia's natural resources"

I myself honestly think, 'I can't say there is no such possibility.

If you look at history textbooks, you will see many such things.

In fact, I even believe that "that is all that is written in history textbooks".

For example, if a vein of earth was discovered within Japan's domestic or territorial waters that could provide more than half of the world's energy,

"China, Russia, or the U.S. invades Japanese land or territorial waters"

I am convinced of that scenario.

I am willing to put my life on the line for this certainty alone.

Why?

I am not sure why, because as far as I know, there has been no exception to this in our history.

My room is now a complete program development room, with six displays in front of me.

However, they are still not enough.

I am working on a network program using Raspi 4 but struggling with this development environment.

Especially in networking, multiple displays are desirable because I have to debug while looking at both the sending and receiving sides.

However, I didn't want to buy a display now, and I suddenly saw a PC in the living room.

-----

My daughter lives on a laptop + iPad, and my wife makes airline reservations from her phone.

Our shared PC seems to have already done its job.

So, I snatched two old displays from a family PC.

The problem is that the interface is an old standard (VGA). However, I resolve it with a conversion cable.

I was surprised to learn that Raspi 4 has had two display interfaces from the beginning.

Even laptops only have one HDMI interface. Where the heck is the Raspi going? Thanks, though.

-----

By the way, last month, at the request of my professor (or rather, as a departmental unit), I built a database server with Raspi and delivered it to a university laboratory.

It would be great if students could become proficient in using this database server, but as far as I know, I have not seen any students programming it (maybe they are doing it at home).

Still, I try not to say, 'Programming will expand your world.

I have seen so many people who talk about "programming" as "Islam," "judo," "soccer," "English," etc., that I am sick and tired of it.

It is the same as this story. I want to say that

"I say 'congratulations' to you for expanding your world. But don't push it on me. It's annoying."

です。
