上記は、GA(Generic Algorithm)等の手法では、自明の手法として採用されております。

"So, "Lunch alone" is a kind of torture isn't it.

She gave a rod for my saying.

"Firstly I confirm that it should be in vain if I give you "that is not shamed and sorry at all""

"It is in vain. It is just your vision. Not for us. You can never reach to our mind. We are not you."

"O.K. I don't think how to resolve the problems, but try to analyze the problem each other.

-----

"Above all, I don't understand the existence of, so called, "class". Who knows the meaning of the unit?"

"Unit for management of students?"

"Yes. It is absolutely right. It is just for your teacher in order to decrease their costs. On the other hand, I want to know what is called into question yours raison d'être as "group"

"It make clear."

"What is that?"

"For eating lunch side by side"

"What?"

"For not eating lunch alone"

"Wai, Wai, Wait a minutes. These two stories are not same. Which is correct?"

"For not eating lunch alone"

"Are you talking the purpose of the group is not to do something as a group, but to be in existence for protecting your privately with no relate in the group ?"

"Yes"

"To be continued, more and more"

(Continuation from yesterday)

"In the country where the entry of the foreigners were not permitted at all, the world didn't know the tragedy of tens of thousands of people having continued being slaughtered, for more than ten years. I know three tragedies at least. They were true stories very recently."

"If there was a journalist who sneaked into this country at the risk of his/her life, and he/she could send this fact to the world, this tens of thousands of people might had not died."

"And, if terrorists are not monitored or criticized from the world, the slaughter might continue spreading and extend to Japan eventually."

"Do you think that thing is impossible? "

"But, in the real history, you know, there was the empire which it was almost using only a massacre and slaughter, and conquered the European whole land finally."

"Can you really say that the same tragedy never happens in the world in the future? "

"Though I don't care whether democracy is absolute justice, if journalists are suppose to save our life and safe consequently, I think that it is worth protecting them with our efforts "

"Well, this is the first half of my thought from the viewpoint of "their works are useful for us" "

(Continuation from yesterday)

Ebata:"The theme of "English" has been strong without change."

Ms.M:"I think that the interest of readers about "English" is really high"

Ebata:"According to "Oil depletion" and "Kyoto Protocol", I was shocked at the few number of Twitter or Facebook, because I had written the column for my life"

Ms.M:"Well, there were some relationships between PVs and SNS comments previously, however, it becomes more ambiguous."

-----

It it true that the series of "Numbers" hardly burst burst into flame.

I think "numbers" is the only way against "numbers".

In fact, there is no person who has been disproved by the numbers against my columns.

"Numbers" can easily ignore any conceptual issues, like philosophy, ideals and justice.

Contrary speaking,

"Numbers can annoy readers easily"

Especially "statistics" in numbers, is very easy to fool the people, by way to show the data. without the illegal act of such data tampering.

So, statisticians (say now, (big) data analyst) have been found useful in power both now and the past.

There was such a story in the 4 frame manga which I read the other day.

"Why was there a "weaver machine" in the youth's house that appeared in "The Crane of Gratitude"?

Definitely.

The situation was strange that the man have had a big "weaver machine" in a single male house, occupying one room.

Even though the young mother owned himself before her life, it was very unnatural to leave a "weaver machine" with an operating rate of 0.

We can think of setting "to work for the future bride," however it is unnatural. It is rather natural that the reason of "it was troublesome to dispose".

-----

Beyond that, perhaps, I think that the authors of this "The Crane of Gratitude" did not understand the nature of "machine".

"Machine" is going to deteriorate remarkably unless it is used for a certain long period, and in many case, it is impossible to restart a machine weaver machine without care.

The "restarting" is difficult like that.

Many engineers try to avoid this problem to continue to operate the machine even when they do not produce any product in the production line, in fact.

They don't stop the manufacture production line, even for weekends and long holidays, and it is a waste of considerable power consumption. It has become a challenge for traditional manufacturing sites for a long time.

Well, aside from that.

-----

I doubt that the crane formed into a female shape, appeared in "The Crane of Gratitude",

did not care about

"showing her identity"

but

"Failure to restart and destroy the weaver machine"

"If she broke it, she want to keep time to escape secretly" and she asked the young man "Never look at this room"

The above story is acceptable for me, as a system engineer.

(Continuation from yesterday)

Since ancient times, even in our country, a enormous country budget has been introduced for establishing a calendar, and determining determine the time.

For example, a sundial is convenient to obtain the time easily, with just setting the midline at noon.

However it is useless when cloud, rain day and night.(the moon and stars are used at night)

So, candle(fire clock) and gaze of water tank(hourglass) and watchers were needed in pairs.

And the tell the hour by bell ringing was also needed. Like this, the state has spend much cost to control and manage the time.

Even now, NICT (jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications) sends out standard radio waves used for radio clocks and operation management of NTP servers used on the Internet.

JAXA (Cabinet Office, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry jointly jurisdiction) is trying to be able to acquire a phenomenal precision time anywhere in Japan, by sending radio waves from Quasi-Zenith Hygiene (Michibiki) which is a system that supports existing GPS.

That is,

"To control time, a huge budget is necessary, therefore, it is also a symbol of state power"

Now I am coaching my senior daughter for her study.

Correctly, I am instructing how to write a summary report of a paper.

I am afraid that she is stuck seriously.

-----

This time, I know that papers of school of humanities(including infant psychology) are different from that of science(including industry engineering) perfectly.

When I read a paper of infant psychology, I was really confused.

"Is this a paper ?"

For a paper of industrial engineering field, we have to write effects in the paper, even if it is not true.

For example, social effect(e.g. help more than million people), economical effect(e.g decrease in cost less than 1/10) or functional performance(e.g. 100 times faster)

About this issue, the meeting for reading research papers in Anime "Since science human fell in love, so they try to prove it" is very helpful to understand.

So I thought, in the papers of infant psychology, I tried to find the following sentences.

- Contribution for infant communal life (cost)

- Proposal for the different educational policy based ont their age.

- Proper contents for infant education (e.g. picture books)

However. no sentence was in the paper.

I confirmed that

If I write a paper like this, my boss will panch me, and I will also panch my subordinate"

I felt bad that the paper has few figures or tables and the authors seemed to try to explain kust sentences.

My daughter said that her faculty adviser said

- write sentences without itemization

- hold figures or tables to a minimum

and I was really surprised

In our engineering field, we take an approach to make figures and tables first, and after that I make a sentence to explain the figures and tables.

This is common way for reports, manuals and patent applications.

and my columns too.

-----

"This is a real "cross-culture gap""

with being overcome by deep emotion.

On the other hand,

"Can I instruct my daughter about review of papers? I just know engineering approach"

I come to be assailed with worries.

I have been talking a lot about the "pain" of the new corona infection in my column, but it is just "hearsay".

That's why I'd like you to check out this YouTube video about the "pain".

"This is what happened when I got infected! ~From the experience of the new corona infection to the aftereffects, I will "explain" it - (March 2, 2021)"

-----

I am a person who is so vulnerable to pain that even when I'm in bed with a (normal) cold, I easily feel like I want to die.

Watching this made me think, "I'm probably going to try to kill myself at least 10 times during my COVID-19 struggle.

-----

By the way, I really understand what this news station staff is saying, "I don't want people to call, email, or call me on line when I'm in the hospital with an infected patient.

In this sense, I would like to crush the ridiculous practice of "sympathy calls" immediately after the disaster in the affected areas.

In the Ebata family, if a family member tries to call a relative or friend right after an earthquake or disaster -- I stop them.

"Don't consume precious communication resources in the disaster area just for "sympathy". Their first priority is rescue communications"

"Don't bother the people in the disaster area just to make yourself feel safe.

That's what I tell my family.

Our family uses e-Tax (https://www.e-tax.nta.go.jp/) to process medical expense refunds on our tax return each year.

My wife is neatly compiling the medical receipts and I am writing them into an excel file.

Excel writing takes quite a bit of time, although I can work on it while watching NetFlix since I don't have to use my brain.

(In addition, the provided Excel file template is so difficult to use that it is impossible to even make corrections due to cell protection of unknown purpose)

My wife and I are going through this tedious process because the refund is quite large.

If you are not doing it, I think you are wasting a lot of money, seriously.

-----

Nevertheless, the difficulty of using e-Tax and other administrative systems has not improved at all.

On the contrary, they even seem to be getting worse.

For example,

'Almost every other year, IC card reader reading apps change.'

Can they do something about this situation?

Aside from those who specialize in that business, the target users of "Tax Returns with e-Tax" are

"The average person who activates the e-Tax system only once a year"

I sometimes wonder if they understand this fact.

-----

Of course, I understand the need to keep up with changes in user PC operating systems and to take all possible measures to ensure the latest security measures.

It is also understandable that there are systemic reasons such as the card reader being a device attached to the PC, making it difficult to centralize all operations on the Web.

However, this would not achieve the original goal of 'reducing labor costs by increasing the number of tax returns filed by e-Tax and reducing the number of analog submissions.

Even I thought, 'It's too much trouble, let's print it out and submit it.

-----

Well, in my case, I try to think of "e-Tax" as a kind of game.

I would not be doing this if I didn't think, 'Electronic submission complete = Rust Boss defeated'.

In my case, I can fight as a "hero" because I have some items (IT knowledge about PC peripherals, etc.), but - I don't think there are many people who can play "hero" in the "e-Tax" game.

Continuing from last week, I have also been giving a lecture at the university today.

"Maybe I have already been able for "lecturing in English"?"

So I decided to practice for today's lecture about half as much as the previous one.

-----

In conclusion, 'I was conceited'.

I wonder how often they come across lectures in English that are this bad.

Subjects and predicates were being turned upside down, the passive voice was being used in an odd way, important keywords were not appearing, I was making up random coined words, and I was just a mess.

Well, there was only the momentum of the voice and exaggerated movements, however, I would like to believe that only "enthusiasm" was conveyed to the students -- I want to believe that.

-----

After all,

'Those who is not loved by English will never be loved by English'

is a universal truth.

Let's give it up, everyone.

All I(we) can do is to "memorize completely" the content of the one-hour lecture.

Don't expect "miracles" such as the possibility of a "resourceful" English response, etc.

NHK Special "The Day We Couldn't Talk About Local Government Officials on March 11"

I watch the recordings for five minutes a day.

I can't watch it for more than 5 minutes straight -- it's tough to watch.

No tragic music like in the movies, no pointless staging, and no interviewer prompting the interviewee to talk.

The experiences of local government officials, who were forced to stand on the side of the victims and support them, are heartbreakingly told in a simple, unaffected manner.

I also think, "If it's so painful, just stop looking at it," but that doesn't seem right.

-----

This was practically the only time I participated in earthquake disaster volunteer activities.

Every time a disaster strikes, I am not without guilt for not volunteering.

However, in the future, when I am affected,

"I believe in the goodwill and effort of someone working hard somewhere, and I don't begrudge anyone if I can't be helped."

I swear to you. So I think

Forgive me for that."
