This is one of the biggest cities in the world.

It is a continuation of yesterday.

Could you see the same of behave scandalously in your ordinal days?

Yes. It is "project".

You know well that without exception, any project finally is going to be mess.

When you have almost finished the final specifications at the last minute, the client executive will be crushed it at all.

Moreover, my company executives will deny the whole contract, and the project is finally destroyed by them.

Unfortunately, this is not executive fault, but

you are wrong because of not have a thorough behind-the-scenes work.

The comments would be numerous and this is also called "Politics".

Any business person could not avoid the politics, even if you are a just engineer.

-----

As for two year's rookies, it must be meaningful to give them the know-how of politics.

If they try such politics training outside, it might have a high risk of it. So this event might be good for the rookies.

However I understand all of the situation, what I am not going to convince is that

It is not a money-making.

The raison d'etre of company is earning money.

I am afraid that how much you would spend money for politics of in-company game. I cannot accept the situation.

Ebata:"You would say just “brain-washing” in short aren't you?"

J:"No, No. it is important for us to do pain experiments in real."

E:"It is you who is wrong. As the proverbs goes, we should avoid burden by money"

J:"Come on! I think that it is Ebata-san. You said "you have to do is to make “real”. It is enough to make them"

E:" Ugh!"

J:" We all will live a long business life in the future with "history falsification", to assemble parts of those meaningless events.

(Continuation from yesterday)

Though we know unhappy of traffic jam well, many of us don't change the schedule of our activity.

Before it, we cannot change even "custom of spinal reflex " for example. long holiday → homecoming.

No,No, I do not criticize you.

I know that I am in "custom of spinal reflex" because I am homecoming now. So I also know well that the difficulty of being separated from "custom of spinal reflex".

-----

If we can find 10 million related data were authorized by 100 million big data, and finally 1 million trends,

"Can "the big data" destroy "custom of spinal reflex"?"

I think it is going to be in vain.

Probably "the big data" is going to lose.

There is a brochure of prep-school on the step in my house during these days.

"Learn from you failure" is written in the front cover.

And I don't tidy it either, and leave it as is.

Whenever I see the phrase, I think "what are they saying any more?"

"I have not learned anything except for my failures"

In this month, a paper has been on the toilet door with writing "urine testing".

Whenever I see the paper, I am interested in the testing.

"How long is the testing doing?"

When GW period starts, I went to a municipal library to read books and public white papers about "work style reform"

Once, when I wrote about society with fewer children, I felt two things at this time,

"Government white papers are great (good job)

and

"bottom lines of the papers are invisible"

According to "work style reform", there seems to be some problems against the present work style.

And the white papers say that the approaches to the reform are clear. However, the "purposes" are not clear.

For example, Work Life Balance(WLB) is, frankly speaking, "obedience and distribution"

This is an opposite concept of "concentration in core competance", many companies want to call.

Here, one question has happened.

I wonder if the government tries to the direction of not "concentration in core competance" but "obedience and distribution".

Of course, there is a goal of "WLB contributes to individual happiness."

Unfortunately, my brain cannot accept the thought of "movement measure to pursuit personal happiness".

It cannot be helped, because it is me.

-----

Reading government materials and many books, I come to think that I can explain this Work Life Balance(WLB) as a concept.

"Each one of us is an exchangeable multipurpose part that supports the nation of Japan"

I think that it is possible to explain the whole picture of this "working way reform" in a clearly understandable way.

Based on that idea, I will try it by numbers in future.

I have never asked it before now, but it is coming, "Golden Week holidays".

My holder in my mind, whose title is "Golden Week holidays" includes a pile of things I have to do.

It turns out that

"if I am unlucky, I can not rest than weekday"

Why do people think ,

When they are on continuous holidays,

they think ,

- completing to read difficult books,

- Building a new experiment system,

- Maintaining troublesome home and parents' house,

such things will progress ?

And on the first day after the end of continuous holidays, they feel deeply

- Self-disgust with "lack of management skills of one's own"

I am now in country-house alone.

At the house where my father and mother are not, I am doing cleaning and changing bulbs.

By the way, my father had a life that day and night completely reversed.

When I stay alone at your own home, I can understand well how the father of single life became such a life pattern.

I realize that we get the notion of "time" by the constraint of "making a meal for someone and cleaning it for someone".

After staying for a few days at country-house, I got sick (well, I'm insomnia, so I can not sleep well, even if changing the futon).

One day before yesterday, I went to bed at 4 o'clock in the morning and yesterday, at 21 o'clock.

-----

I like to have a relaxing meal at home rather than eating out.

However, I feel troublesome to wash dishes for mine, so recently, I have got lunch boxes and frozen foods at supermarket .

The recent frozen food is very good, so I don't want to eat out at all. and there is nothing wrong with having a computer (3 displays) with watching YouTube.

However, with the comfort of alone dinner, I made a calculation mistake of foods calorie, and my weight is now erratic.

I have realized that there are something difficult about human life patterns.

(Continuation from yesterday)

If they realize the power of a computer and want to calculate on a larger scale and at higher speed, they will have to use a programming language.

Or maybe that kind of opportunity never happens in their life, however I think that's fine.

So, I think "program education without programming" means "using Excel (spreadsheet)".

Furthermore, the words "OS", "file" and "folder" are not necessary. Even if they don't know that, Excel will work (they just have to remember "save" and "open").

However, when I review it this time, I think that "I have not written anything concrete."

Since I'm talking so loud, I should mention a sample.

-----

(1) Book as thin as possible -- must be completed in 1 day

(2) Only the uppermost functions are described as much as possible --- 20% of all functions account for 80% used (Pareto's law)

(3) Various graph displays --- "Visualization" is important

(4) It is desirable for the children to be able to "abuse" in completing their homework ---- that is, "useful" for children.

I thought that the above 4 conditions are essential.

-----

I have spent quite a long time searching for a book that meets the above four conditions, but I could not find.

Or rather, there is no textbook that throws numbers into cells from the first page.

It's good "Shut up and type this way!"

The reasons will follow (maybe).

- I don't need VBA,

- Children need accounting reports?

- The graph is not fun,

- There are no subjects that children are interested in

- there is no book with only four arithmetic operations and @sum and @average

-----

Although it is not far from the above 5 conditions, I found a site that is likely to satisfy only the above (1).

It is recommended to operate cells in order from "EXECL" here.

First, work for one day,

and just copy the exact details on the site here.

「Execl

"How to use Excel" may be skipped.

I think it's enough to use "How to use Excel graph" and "Getting started with Excel functions".

Also, skipping "Excel Macro Introduction", "Excel VBA Introduction", and "Excel Form". there is no need.

Exactly one year ago, on April 26th, 2020,

If the "overshoot" really occurs in the real world, major cities in Japan will be paralyzed in one month, and corpses will be left on the street within two months.

I wrote that.

The fact that we have managed to survive "this" for the past year is the result of the government's declaration of a state of emergency and various other measures.

The reason why I can say that is because I calculated on my computer what would happen if we did not take any action.

-----

The Prime Minister has apologized for declaring a state of emergency for the third time, but I don't understand the meaning of this apology.

I have never thought of the prime minister as responsible for anything, not even for a moment.

When it comes to the question of responsibility, it is up to us whether one likes it or not

Because the response to this infection control is simple and clear.

However, there is a reason why that simple, obvious thing cannot be done.

We are living on a platform that includes the "reasons why we can't".

We can't blame ourselves for being the building blocks of the platform.

(I think we should unconditionally condemn those who are drinking and partying at this time.)

So, 'Whatever the pros and cons, the responsibility for this situation is on us'

That's all I need to know.

-----

In the past week, "dead bodies on the street" has become a reality in our country.

Osaka and Tokyo are in pretty bad shape.

In India, this is a reality. Patients are dying while waiting in hospital queues, and there are fights for "oxygen cylinders".

Although it is not in the news, I have heard that small countries in Africa have already surpassed that state.

-----

Under these circumstances, the Tokyo Olympics could not be a worse combination.

However, as I said before, I still want to see the "Tokyo Model" even in this situation.

-----

With the "Tokyo Model", "dead bodies on the street" may become a reality.

The corpse could be myself (I don't really care), my wife, or my daughters -- and I know I'll probably regret it to death.

Maybe I'm out of my mind.

Absolutely.

------

Therefore -- if anyone is killed by the forced implementation of the "Tokyo model" of the Tokyo Olympics, I am prepared to be called a "murderer" for the rest of my life until I die.

I once tried to help a man who had fallen and was yelled at, 'Don't do anything unnecessary!

It was quite a shock, so I remember it.

However, I too am of the nature that I can't honestly ask for help from others, so I can understand the mind a little bit.

-----

A few years ago, I saw a man lying in a train station.

Everyone seemed concerned, but did not seem to reach out specifically for help.

As a rule, I am on their side, but I still crouched down near the fallen man and said a few words.

"If you wish, we can help you. Which is better for you?"

I have decided to "ditch" anyone who refrains here.

I do not offer second chances.

This is the "Ebata First & Final Call Protocol".

Incidentally, at that time, the man asked me to 'call the station staff,' so I called the station staff and just walked away.

-----

私は、

I always ask, at least once, the following questions.

"Shall I give you a seat?"

"Shall I call an ambulance?"

"Shall I get you some drinking water?"

"If you need help, I will give it to you."

"If you need help, I will give it to you."

However, if they 'decline' on their own terms, I will walk away.

(If no response is received, the decision will be based on the situation)

-----

However, an exception to this protocol is made with regard to "a person attempting to commit suicide by jumping into a train station".

If she/he does not comply, I will stop them, even by force.

"If you're going to jump in, make sure it's the next train after the one I'm on."

In an interview program, actor Yo Oizumi once said,

"I am empty and there is nothing I want to do"

" I am just happy to do what I think someone wants me to do, and that makes me happy"

I remember hearing him say this on the program, and it really hit me.

-----

I had a feeling that I had written a few stories about this, so I checked my past diaries.

- "Originally, we do not have "I want to do it myself"

- Don't give up on your dreams.

"There is no way to live freely ..."

Yes, I knew I was writing a lot.

------

"There is nothing we want to do"

I think that keeping this phrase as a default is an honest and easy way to live.
