The serialization "New action strategy for an engineer who is not loved by English" has completely finished today.

It has been happy for two years for me.

I really keep talking what I want to say anytime, anywhere.

And It's my theory that,

"When one is enjoying something, the other is annoying another."

The annoyed persons are, for example staffs in EE Times Japan office, my wife who was forced to use red-pencil and my daughter who was forced to draw an illustration in the examination period.

It is not enough for them to appreciation or apology.

Now I will send you a thorough phase with a heart full of feeling.

"Please give up."

When you meet me, your misfortune was decided.

It is a life to think that you get a bad break.

-----

Once, I had a chance to have an interview with Mr.Yoshioka who is CTO at Rakuten Co.

"I think that most readers make them not loved by English, as far as I know from Twitter.

Mr.Yoshioka said,

"Mr.Ebata. I am afraid that only readers, who are not loved by English, read your columns."

I remember that I was at a loss for words.

"Good analyses!"

For example, the persons who are loved by English never tell us the fact, as lottery winners never speak the fact loudly.

I might have played antics during the persons for two years.

-----

Anyway, I wrote the above complaints in the released column today, so please read it.

Finally, I really appreciate your reading my columns for two years.

I happened to see a illustration of Setoguchi Mizuki-san's comic "First love syndrome", and found the next frame.

=====

=====

"This is a lyric sheet of new song I borrowed from Ruri, "even if I antagonize the world ....? " The world includes the Armed Forces of the United States doesn't it?"

I happened to burst into laughter.

Accidentally, I started to search Setoguchi Mizuki-san's works.

At the same time,

I tried to search the songs which includes the phrase of "even if I antagonize the world", and I could find forty-two songs in Japan.

In Japan, there are more than forty-two singers who are with plenty of courage, fighting the seventh fleet of the United State, and Israeli intelligence agency.

(Continuation from yesterday)

But the people of high-ranking job title has already encountered such unreasonable accidents many times and had got this position at the present. So they had known well unreasonable accidents more than others.

So I wonder.

Why don't they issue "a nice instructions to move the people feeling"?

I think that this problem should have been present from thousands of years ago when human being had invented farming, and formed the hieraruhi society.

Since long long time has gone, this problem should have been resolved long ago.

-----

I think there are three answers against this problem.

(1)Human being cannot control human being basically.

Especially it is very difficult to control them by "joy", so "intimidation" and "fear" is going to be needed.

(2)There is a limitation to control organization by Hieraruhi architecture.

It might be difficult that one person serves concurrently more than two works at the same time.

(3)Boss thinks that the boss's instructions is not effect by themselves.

Even if it is the mindless "negative", the possibility of another way becomes "rise". So they try to the time being "negative".

-----

So far, I think there are three proposals I can say, against the problem.

You prepare yourself for the worst, this problem is not going to be resolved thousand years later.

You think that it is enough that you can realize half of your boss's order

You prepare an idea of make the independent way against your company, even if it is a trivial thing.

Recently, I am afraid that there are so many stories about family trips,

I think that I was able to relax for the first time on this trip abroad.

In overseas trips, at any time, I was saving up stress with such a stance, however,

People in Taiwan were very kind, and even it was not fluent, I was also happy that many people were trying to speak Japanese.

Above all, there was no taxi driver that was trying to beat me as soon they knew that I was a foreign tourist. That made me feel very happy.

When my daughter said "Dad, from the second day, suddenly you became to have a gentle face". Indeed, I thought "it was something like that."

-----

Although I have mentioned it before,

Between countries, the government of each country, for their own interests, will be responsible for accusations of neighboring countries.

Not only Japan is bad with neighboring countries, in principle, every country in the world has bad relations with neighboring countries.

Because the good countries merge with each other, as a result, all the countries that do not merge, remain bad.

In Europe, since the prehistoric history, they continued war. so they acted both funny man and straight man, and made "EU (European Community)" as a result. (Recently, although it is likely to start to break again).

But that is the story of the governments and governments of each country. and our individuals do not take the same stance as the government.

27 years ago, in a train passing near Nanjing,

"What do you think of the Nanjing massacre of the Japanese army?"

I was stuffed by young people,

In that same train,

"We are going to cooperate with each other as good friends"

The elderly man spoke to me (perhaps, he who had experienced control of the mainland by the Japanese army) for about an hour.

-----

It is evident to me that "the views of the governments are not same as the views of the public of that country".

There is a person who is concerned as if I knew the world, just with news and net knowledge, of course, that does not matter, however,

I think that it would be better to stop talking about it on the Internet or others, because,

at least I jeered at the persons with both malice and contempt.

"Do not go up my expectations"

"I will have to start to watch a new work calmly completely without prediction feeling"

I tell myself.

"I have to forget the event that I went to London only to watch "Steins Gate(Fate Stone) once"

The movie was not bad.

At that time, my expectation was in the red zone, and my "heart" was not convinced, so, I think,

I had a nightmare last night.

- I stay at some hostel.

- I don't remember whether I double-booked the requests (for lectures ?), and I am trying check it by my mailer.

- my useless friend comes to my room and asks one thing or another,

- though I shout "Chill! get out of here!!", he never do it.

I took a stabilizer before going to bed, and woke up in the middle of the night, and took a stabilizer again, and took cold medicine because my body was so feverish. When I came to be depressed, I woke up with the sound of an alarm.

I do not know what the meaning of this dream was. Anyway I still remember it, my heart palpitations do not stop.

-----

It has been a long time since my body felt like lead for the last month or so. I had returned to my country home, or had another product delivery and inspection.

Anyway, today is also a delivery date.

Today, new my column is released, so I take a day off.

Let's turn over the world by number (62). Extra:

"A forefront of corona infection battle" sent by a doctor to an engineer

-----

I read the email from Dr.Shibata at a ski restaurant on Saturday.

Before reading the full text, I came to the conviction that this email should be disclosed.

-----

I want to reach this content to as many people as possible, but only a few people can understand this content correctly.

I'm sorry Dr.Shibata if the content message is broken because of an inappropriate comment.

If so, the target is still a science-based technology group. In that case, is it better to ask the EE Times Japan editorial department?

I was shaken by the lift while thinking about that.

-----

While sending an e-mail requesting permission to publish to Dr.Shibata on Sunday, I changed the format of the email I received for EE Times Japan.

But I hardly needed to fix it.

I suppose that both Dr.Shibata and I were the same technicians trained in Technical Writing.

After receiving permission from Dr.Shibata, the text file was sent to the EE Times Japan editorial department with haste.

"Can "EE Times Japan" catch this intense content?"

I was worried.

So, at the same time, I was preparing to launch on my site.

-----

The next day, I was surprised when I received the email from Ms.M in charge, "Mr. Ebata. Go ahead!"

I thought "they have guts" and better of EE Times Japan.

("Let me think that EE Times Japan is a publisher with a professional Ms.M who is in charge of editing and proofreading of "Real-time Simulation of Railway Dive Suicide")

After that, I stood between Mr. Shibata and Mr. M, the editor, and focused on the modification work.

Working until 4:00 am on Monday and 3:00 am on Tuesday, and being released on Wednesday morning. so amazing speed release was realized.

-----

"We will do open this treasure in the world". This column was the result of Ms.M's and my strong obsession on the sacrifice of Dr.Shibata

I don't remember if I was in elementary school or junior high school, but I once accidentally boarded a bullet train and was transported to Tokyo.

A friend who was with me at the time called my parents to inform them of the sequence of events.

When my mother received the phone call, she said to my friend, "I'm sorry.

"He'll come back, no matter what"

-----

I don't know whether to call this "total trust" or "total abandonment.

I don't believe that there was no love, even for me.

Yesterday, after finishing discussing the proposed structure of my March column with my "rude junior," we got to talking about Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

He was acclaimed highly in the following phrase,

"If an appeal to humanity doesn't work for you, I'll appeal to your egoism: the future of Ukrainian citizens is the future of Leaflet."(もし、あなたの人道主義に訴えないのであれば、私は、あなたの利己主義に訴えます:ウクライナ市民の未来は、Leafletの未来です)

I love this phrase, too, so I reposted it.

You know that I do not have the qualities to preach "humanitarianism" or "humanity" or "morality" or "public interest" to others.

I have a strange belief that if I say "humanitarianism" even once, it will stick with me for the rest of my life.

That is why the "excuses of 'selfishness'" is the greatest gift for people like me.

----

So here's my conclusion for today.

"If you want to invoke my "selfishness", you should develop OSS so good that I (Ebata) cannot ignore it!"

That's it.

At present, my "countries where self-interest might be triggered" are

USA (PostgreSQL, Gun Emacs, C/C++, golang, AWS), Finland (Linux), Switzerland (u-blox), UK (Raspberry Pi).

By this logic, I am not only a "supporter" of the Japan-U.S. Security Treaty, but also a "praise" of the Japan-U.S. Security Treaty.

I know that my support will not be enough to help them, however.

『World Peace Through OSS (OSS

"World Peace Through OSS"

I think there are many people (IT engineers) in our country who are moved by the phrase.

When I was attending a law seminar, I read the "Industrial Property Law (Industrial Property Law) Verbatim Commentary" and other lectures on special laws (patent law), which are part of the Civil Code, and was amazed at the multiple interpretations of the various laws and their operation.

I was also impressed by the process by which what is most reasonable and supported by many legal scholars and practitioners of the law for various use cases becomes what is called "settled law.

"Law is like "mathematical proof" or "programming a system"

When I realized that, for the first time in my life, I thought that the law was "beautiful".

I think my faith in the idea of the "rule of law" occurred at that time -- even though I was already almost 40 years old.

Akane Tsunemori, the protagonist of PSYCHO-PASS, also seems to have an absolute belief in the "rule of law".

However, I'm not sure about the process by which this belief arises -- or it doesn't seem to be depicted in the animation or film.

Since Akane Tsunemori is one of the elite of the elite, she might have been able to understand the "aesthetics of the rule of law" without going through the muddled study process that I went through.

However, for a mediocre like me, who can only understand the subject through the process of study, if I don't understand this part of the story, I can't get close to the feelings of the main character at the moment.

Perhaps if I read the novel, I might understand that.

So I pushed the button to order it.

I have never liked the heroic figures of the Meiji Restoration.

As I have said, I think 'Sakamoto Ryoma's heroic biography is unacceptable,' but enough about him.

Takasugi Shinsaku -- Only this person is no good. I can never seem to like him.

habitual embezzler of public funds."

When the clan ordered him to return to Japan, he squandered the money given to him for travel expenses on womanizing and drinking. When he returned to Japan, he did the same, spending the clan's travel expenses and embezzling public funds.

His behavior often caused trouble for those around him, and he lost the trust of his peers. His irresponsible behavior criticized him, which was sometimes that of a careless man who could not distinguish between public and private matters.

His achievements include the formation and training of guerrilla forces (keitai) for overthrowing the shogunate and his victory as an outstanding operational leader -- again, a benefit of the "victory is a victory for the government" policy.

Suppose (though I cannot imagine) that the Edo Shogunate had succeeded successfully in a gradual transfer of power and a soft landing to the transition to a democratic state as we know it today,

Sakamoto Ryoma was "a merchant of death who continued to supply arms to terrorist organizations."

Shinsaku Takasugi was "the leader of a terrorist organization in the class of the former Japanese Red Army, Aum Shinrikyo, or IS (Islamic State)

They may have been in the history books as a criminal person.

I admit it is a bit of a stretch to set up.

-----

Recently, I have been reading creative novels in the field of "IF history" and have not encountered any novels depicting Sakamoto Ryoma or Takasugi Shinsaku as "villains."

Well, I can understand.

No longer the heroes of the Meiji Restoration are already fixed as the spiritual pillars of the Japanese people through movies and historical dramas.

It is hard to believe that readers will stick to a novel that sets up a hero of the end of the Edo period as a villain.

After all, whether historical figures and ourselves today become heroes or wicked men depends on their luck.

Even an engineer like me has hit-and-miss techniques. We cannot control it.

-----

I'm trying to say that I don't like the "heroic tale of a person who happens to be a winner by luck."

You can read it as "the backbiting of ordinary people" if you like.
