Today, I attended a safety committee in company.

In the last topic, the medical officer distributed some documents about

"Anger management"

I have some chance to open my columns in the public web site, and it is very important for me to know how to control my anger.

Because there are a lot of readers who don't read my column at all (just read the catchy title) blame me without intelligence.

The evidence is that they always keep silent when I ask them to argue their opinions as articles.

In addition, they start talk against one behind my back, because keeping silence is going to lose their faces.

My anger will be beyond my control.

-----

Now I am reading the document "Anger management" from the medical officer,

I cannot find the phase,

"If you are attacked, you have to fight back."

Continued from yesterday

After that, I went to a convenience store, and send a fax of the guardian’s picking up area to my wife.

When I came to start to my office, I watched

"A girl who run alone to the school gate"

I could confirm that she was a student of the examination.

I also started running after 50 meters of her.

If the girl was rejected entering the examination site, I would pretend her guardian and try to kneel on the ground.

When the girl run through the gate where nobody was, I watched that a female teacher caught her in her arm, and tried to follow her to the place.

I gave a sigh of relief to watch the scene.

In spite of it, I walked around the gate for about ten minutes. After all, I judged that there were not students any more, I departed from the school.

-----

This is the reason why I came in late about 30 minutes at the day.

Ex post facto report.

I have never thought that I am "a man who understands taste", I can say "it is delicious" without hesitation, even if it is fine dining or beef bowl.

Both fine wine that has been stored in the wine Serra and 500 yen wine in a retailers are also all equivalent for me.

In addition, I think "high price food is delicious" is common, and when I find "delicious and cheap food, I can feel,

I won.

But the world seems to be good, "delicious and cheap food" is not found easily.

_ -----

I like alcohol general, in particular, whiskey is better for me( It is also a friend of the diet).

Whiskey is, on my experience, rare beverage, whose taste is directly proportional to the price.

However, I am just a business person, who has had house loan, and I can not choose a luxury whiskey.

My target is, "whiskey bottle that can be impressed at 1000 yen",but it is very difficult to meet such a whiskey, as a matter of course.

I am in my family's overseas trip for the first time in five years.

By the way, when I was young, I was stupid about 'travel tour' -

About this irregular attitude, I already have fierce self-criticism.

-----

In addition, this time I participated in a city tour, and amazed at the information processing ability to the tremendous of the tour conductor.

- Leaving the bus at just in time, "mediation" between drivers and tours

- "Threatening", "intimidation" to gather passengers with just in time, not to notice it

- "judgment" and "courage" to trim passengers who did not observe protocols (time, route etc.) from the tour

- Even though it is not perfect, "Japanese guide" which can communicate gently, and "spirit power" which can not be discouraged by their repeated failures of gag

- "Unforced speech" to induce to a souvenir shop and "brainwashing" to make excitement in purchasing motivation softly

-----

Can this be realized like "artificial intelligence"?

Even the world's best supercomputers are far from their ability.

"AI will replace humans" ? "Do not make me laugh"

-----

With regard to "tour conductor" (only), there seemed to be a laboratory that had reached the same conclusion as I had thought.

I have been crazy for a programming for a few months.

However, I have left a lot of document works, so I had to stop the programming.

For a few days, I wrote and wrote documents, and I noticed that there are two types fatigue.

-----

I realize that the overloads of brain are different,

In case of the coding, I have to chase more than 1 million's object at the same time, so I am exhausted when going home.

In case of the writing, I have to make a story with a reasonable logic. Even if one collapse of the logic happens, I have to make another collapse in order to fix the previous collapse. That is a negative catenation, so called. Anyway I have been under a lot of stress.

Both of them are not "easy".

However my ultimate hope is "to live my life easily".

Of course, I want "money" and "honor", however I can exchange them with "easy" for me.

However, when we want to become a "easy" master, I think that I will lose not only "money" and "honor" but also "my favorite works". So it is difficult for me.

In the government-led "work style reform", many people think that it is strange that they are trying hard to "stop overtime" and "take a paid holiday"

I think that it is rough to say just our "national character",

however, how about "national brain-washing" is.

-----

I think that the contents of brain-washing are "POP musics" or "Anime songs".

The basic elements that make up these songs are three,

"Do your best" "Fight" "Love wins finally"

or

"Painful" "Sad" "Not only you,"

These are common phrases, whenever a company (not only "black companies") inspires employees.

In other words, from the time we were children, we

"have heard black compamy's policies by iPhone"

or

"have kept shouting at the motto of a black company with a karaoke box"

In this way, children are required to take all units of "black company reserve", and will complete as a slave subordinate to organizations.

-----

So, people of nationalist do not have to make a loud noise about patriotic education moral education. You are noisy.

All you need is that iPhone and karaoke are doing.

It's better than you are doing.

-----

I do not know foreign POP music or Anison, so I do not know if this can be regarded as "brainwashing" inherent in our country.

However, anyway, experimentally, I will propose how to prohibit broadcasting of these POP songs and animations (censored) about five years.

"Do your best" "Fight" "Love wins finally" are going to be

"in moderation" "friendship" "Love (rare) win love"

"Painful" "Sad" "Not only you," are going to be

"Run away" "Abandon" "Revenge"

I think that we have to start it from them.

Recently, I've been thinking about the word "study".

When I say "study", it means "learning and arts, gaining experience."

However, the "study" of the daughters seems to mean "means for improving grades."

In other words, I only consider "study" to be "one of the acts", however, the daughters understand that study is a "quantification system of effort and ability".

-----

I am thinking that when human comes to the concept of

"Study to evaluate by numerical value"

Before the development of the education system, studying had no purpose other than practical study.

I think that study was "adding value to myself" and only "means for generating profit."

In other words, study must have been only "value determined in the free market."

-----

However, in the current education system, study is subject to calculation as "numerical values", not "monetary values".

It is a measure that measures "effort" and "ability".

Therefore, as long as it is a "measure", the concept of "correct answer" and "incorrect answer" is absolutely necessary.

-----

Anyway, both "learning and arts. gaining experience" and "means for measuring results" are both "study".

The study of "measurement" generally ends when you leave the education system (excluding qualification tests, etc.).

After that, studying "learning and arts, gaining experience" is

In the first place, there is no "correct answer" or "incorrect answer"

No concept of "competition with others"

No purpose other than "to study"

And this is very important that

it doesn't matter if you don't do it

And study of "it doesn't matter if you don't do it" is, for some reason, very attractive ---- strangely.

Yesterday, I wrote about the fact that the elderly cannot change.

The earliest memory I have is of a small cathode-ray tube black and white TV.

I don't remember that, however, as far as my time is concerned, a refrigerator was one where they would buy a block of ice from an "ice man" who would come to your neighborhood and put it in the refrigerator.

The washing machine was a two-tank type, and dehydration was done with manual rollers.

-----

I think the microwave oven initially cost about 400,000 yen.

A word processor was about 2 million yen.

A PC-9800 without an OS was about 500,000 yen for a full set.

Anyone who could use a computer (before they were called "Otaku") was the "perfect technical elite".

However -- we have now been 'decided' that every citizen should own a smartphone.

Self-employed people are forced to use their PCs to file their tax returns, and citizens are encouraged to use their My Number cards to obtain documents for government services at convenience stores.

-----

What I'm trying to say is -- are we older people so 'bad' that we can't keep up with the digitalization?

No, no, no, I understand.

I know that I am the one who is blaming the elderly for not being able to use digital technology.

To be frank,

"If you were driven by technological evolution and innovation in a similar timeline and position, can you say with certainty that you could normally use today's digital technology?

と。

-----

Well, all you elderly people, including me.

Not all of them, of course, but the majority of the people were able to go about their lives in a peaceful country without being directly involved in the ravages of war.

Hopefully, we will not be directly involved in the ravages of war and will be able to die.

We've been caught up in a "digital" disaster, but let's just say it's tolerable.

The more we continue to be wicked, the better our world will become -- maybe.

It's been a while since I've had a craving for pancakes, so I baked some for my wife and myself.

Ebata: "The calorie content of flour is a little hard to ignore, but dieting is easy because all I have to do is not eat it.

When I muttered that, my wife and second daughter heard in the living room , and,

that seemed to make them mad.

-----

Ebata: "No, unlike English, if you don't eat, you will definitely lose weight. Dieting is easier than English."

Wife: "If you study English hard, you will definitely be able to do it, but with dieting, no matter how much we endure, the effects don't show up".

It was just the usual parallel argument.

その後、

After that,

"I just don't 'study English,'" -- my wife made excuses.

Currently I am part of three projects and all three project leaders are women.

I realize that now.

Of course, they are all younger than me -- or rather, I am simply a "senior".

I don't have a problem with my work, or rather, I can't recognize a problem.

The possibility that I am being unfairly given careful consideration -- no, I don't think so.

I have absolutely no discretionary authority over personnel matters.

-----

By the way, I am not interested in the gender or age of the leader, as long as they make me feel good about working for them. I don't mind being directed by a machine (AI?).

Yesterday, I referred to "Jojo Rabbit (2020)" as a "fun movie," but I stand corrected.

That movie had to be taken seriously -- a "great movie."

My wife watched it after hearing me speak, and I was shocked at what she said about it.

Furthermore, after reading the online comments section about the movie, I was shocked to learn about five or so foreshadowing lines.

I'm being swept away by an unexplainable feeling of 'I'm about to cry because I know what the scene means as I read the comments.

In any case,

"My considerations/insights are too shallow."

I am in a state of intense self-loathing.

-----

"Jojo Rabbit" is catching up to "Scent of a Woman."
