「社畜」とか「没個性」とか「全体主義的」とか、そういう風に思われていることを、恐れているのではないか、ということです。
We are afraid that we can be seen as "company slogan", "deceased personality" or "totalitarian".
もっと端的に言えば、「ありとあらゆる組織」は、「私たちの敵」のように語るべき ―― という考え方です。
Simply speaking, we have to think that "every organization" should be "our enemies".
