In my diary of the other day, I wrote the following story.

======

Secondly, the foods are good.

Organ stew, pig tongue, gut, lever, and organ meat

======

Last night, I asked my wife why she could not eat the above foodstuffs and hates them.

"I don't know the reason explicitly. Unconsciously I have believed so."

"I can understand the feeling well, but let's try verbalization. Go for it! "

"Let me see... If I could visualize organs of animal, I never eat the foodstuffs"

"But I think that the images like them are always broadcasting in variety shows.

"They have already been metaphysical concepts as usual images.

"Let me try another way,"

She continued.

"I recognize the meats as packs of food in supermarket. I don't think that chicken, pork and beef meats are parts of creatures.

"I see. They have been the meats as the packs from the beginning of story of creation."

"On the other hand, as far as we call them "tongue", "gut", "lever", and "organ", we can image the parts concretely.

"In short, chicken, pork and beef are just concepts. They are not part of creature body.

"No"

"So what is difference between "dark meat" and "white meat"?”

"Both of them are also just concepts. There are differences of taste, form, and price."

-----

It was a good story to understand easily.

Actually, conversation of couple is important, isn't it?

My family has been on diet for the entrance ceremony for my junior daughter.

The purpose of my diet is a prevention of metabolic syndrome, I can continue the diet with the reasonable target day and my family.

-----

According to the internet information about diet, all members of my family is rushing in "stagnant period", so called.

This is the period that our weight has not been los against our efforts.

We all are irritated.

I have tasks to study about diet and to inform them to my family.

Is probably just paranoia that I feel that they often take it out on me?

This "stagnant period" is one of the reasons of diet failure, because we cannot confirm the fruits of our efforts.

To make matter worse, the stagnant period is a sort of time of starvation, and the effectiveness to efficiently absorb energy become under the maximum situation.

In this period, if we return to the daily normal meal we become in condition of "rebound" easily.

(To be continued)

Previously, I described about the Studio Ghibli works "Kaze-tachinu(The Wind Rises)".

My wife and daughters went to the movie, and the evaluation was "good".

I also went to the movie, and the evaluation was "good".

But

"The direction of the understanding is almost Inverse vectors."

-----

I could understand perfectly that the way of the hero as an engineer of the Zero fighter design, is "a normal way of life, needless to say special".

However, my wife and daughters felt that "that person (the hero), what is he thinking?" with looking like the alien.

For example, the hero's action, "he leaves his wife's country house back to work on the same day, in spite of her serious sickness" might be blamed with "what is he thinking?"

However, I can understand the behaviour of this hero, as "sensibility" instead of "logic".

-----

It is very hard for me to explain it logically,

"Only human love is, is the best value"

might be a "sound argument", however I have a feeling (not logic) that I want to mutter as "Is that so?" in a small voice at a distance of about 100 meters.

I think "Human love is important but others are also important about the same"

There is no engineer who thinks "this is the most important sub-system", for example.

Speaking in more concrete, there is no watchmaker who thinks "only watch board is the most important thing of all the watch parts"

I think that "a person who thinks "human love" is special, doesn't even take care of the love itself "

-----

Well, this my small talk is that

I don't ask you my thought's pros and cons, though,

this might be a typical characteristic of "engineers",

I noticed that.

In this family overseas trip, I tried to use "International WiFi mobile router" for the first time.

Except for me, all family has become smart-phone uses, and they wanted to use the Internet in the Taiwan. In addition, I knew that enormous payment would happen, if they use the local carrier for telecommunication.

So I decided that I went around with a metal box and work as "mobile router" in the literature.

-----

However, as for me, I could not use the mobile route during the trip.

The PC I had brought in Taiwan could not search the WiFi access points, and could not get IP address by Wire LAN either. It had been quite helpless.

As a result, I had a rare experiment that I could not get in touch PC for four days, since I was 19 year's old.

I wondered if I could not check e-mails, and update my diary.

-----

It was possible,

and pretty comfortable

In particular, I had a gut feeling that stopping using PC at night was more effect for quiet sleep.

"Um.. Shall I stop the diary, columns and works, taking this opportunity ?"

I really thought that.

-----

After the trip, I engaged to update the diary for the four days, and write the column for deadline for several days.

As a result, I could return to my old life.

(Continuation from yesterday)

In order to get "notice of allowance"

A inventor (or an applicant) and an examiner at Patent Agency,

fight for exchanging of cannonball by "notice of reasons for rejection" as a declaration of war

and continue intelligent battles to get border line of the patent right severely by correction and limitation repeatedly

Finally, they are going to reach a compromise -- I have taken it for granted that the above scenario.

-----

However, I could get "notice of allowance" without "notice of reasons for refusal", and I was very surprised at this fact.

I have never experienced in this administrative decision before, and it paniced me seriously.

What is this keen uneasy feeling ?

My heart was tight with fear, if the examiners at Patent Agency come to think "we tired to play with Ebata by his logic"

The theme of this column is "efficient exploitation of foreign worker's labor force".

While I was writing this, I had something I remembered.

-----

I was commuting to the company while I was in the US.

You might say "What about it? . This is quite insane in the United States.

After all, I was a famous person at the company to which I was dispatched, as an Asian who was commuting to the company on foot.

My stay in the US was at most about 2 years, but still I remember well that "most people" (not "many") were Hispanic people who were working outdoors.

By the way, they used to cheerfully waving their hands to me who commuted to work everyday without using a car.

As a sorry Japanese-born worker, who could not even buy a private car,

"They had sympathy with me"

It seems to be reliable.

-----

Anyway,

The United States is said to be "a country that is worthy, idealizing as" freedom and equality ".

However, the Americans in the range I knew did not seem to believe it,

The view that I watched every morning walking commuting, said to be different from "It".

-----

In the near future, in Japan "most people" who work outdoors will become foreigners, just like the United States.

I do not know what kind of landscape I will see from now. If possible, I will want to see "different landscapes", for example,

that makes "my heart look hotter and feels kindness".

The other day, I looked at olds of the sports club who approached my face and talked with a cheerful voice, and I saw a group of uncles playing loudly in front of the bar.

I was quite angry with thinking

Do you have "no brain"?

Do you not know the word "dense contact" or do you think that only you are unrelated to the infection? The men who exhale and exchange viruses with others seemed ugly to (at least) me.

They looked "incompetent males" absolutely, even if I tell them that

"Even if you don't get sick, you'll be a good carrier as a carrier of the virus."

they could not understand what I said.

-----

This time, the Japanese government has made a historic decision. That is

"Simultaneous and uniform request for school closure for more than one month in Japan"

I thought I understood it, but this remark from the Prime Minister has finally made me realize.

それは、

That is

"Every day, every 100 children die on a blanket laid on a corridor because of lack of hospital beds."

I've only seen such scenes in movies.

But I think 'the government has put this in scope.

In such a situation, I think it is not unreasonable for me to be indignant at the above-mentioned "group of incompetent males".

After writing my last column (the first half of the Shibata Report), I think I have a rough idea of what I know about the new coronary vaccine.

And I, as an IT engineer, am looking forward to the day when the digitally designed vaccine is put into my body (the day of vaccination).

"Huh-uh. My body! Be fooled by the computer-designed 'digital coronavirus'"

I can't stop the excitement just thinking about it (*)

When I mentioned this to my family, they just brushed it off, saying, "There are many people in the world who think in different ways.

-----

"Digital virus (mRNA)(*) is injected into the body to eradicate the analog virus (SARS-CoV-2)"

(*) Of course, this expression is just a metaphor.

This kind of science fiction story is now being given to all human beings in the world -- this is a great thing.

Of course, we can say that "we were lucky this time" or "it was a good match with SARS-CoV-2," but this technology should be able to be deployed to other viral infections.

Digital viruses can be used to treat most cancers, not to mention viral infections such as this one.

What's more,

"Can homosexuals have children? Basic Knowledge for Verification - iPS and ES Cells"

This technology should also be able to be applied to iPS cells, as described in this column.

Since mRNA can also produce proteins with information that is not described in our DNA, it should not be necessary to limit its purpose to "antibody production.

これからは、「IT(Information Technology) x GT(Genetic technology) という時代が本格化する」という予感がビンビンしています。

I have a strong feeling that the era of IT (Information Technology) x GT (Genetic technology) will be in full swing from now on.

-----

Well, at the same time, we can foresee the movement of that resistance.

Test tube babies" and "cloned cows" are now common knowledge.

By the way, I haven't heard of any groups (Vatican, etc.) protesting about this mRNA, saying that the vaccine design approach is against God's teachings.

They were even protesting against "ES cells" before the advent of "iPS cells". However, ES cells were stuck on the point of "using fetal cells", which may be different from this case.

-----

This time, if the Vatican moves in the direction of slamming the "mRNA vaccine", we may end up "excommunicating the Vatican from the world" -- a situation that would be very difficult to avoid.

That's something I'd like to see, though.

When I go back to my parents' house, I read "Silver Triangle" by Ms. Moto Hagio. And time disappears.

I bought "Silver Triangle" as a hard book, although I think it was quite expensive for a high school student at the time.

I don't know how to explain the contents of the "Silver Triangle".

But if I want to explain this story in language, I need the theory of relativity...No no. It's not quantum theory either.

At least, I can say that it is the best of "space-time contents" and Ebata's highest evaluation.

I must have reread it a hundred times or more, but I still don't understand it.

"Silver Triangle" may not be a work for everyone.

I think this is the book that "we don't choose the book, the book chooses us".

I believe that the original work "Ten Billion Days and One Hundred Billion Nights" by Mr. Ryu Mitsuse is a completed work as a form of the second interpretation of quantum theory, Everett's Many Worlds Interpretation.

"R is for Rocket", "Start Red," "There are 11 of Us!" "Terrible Children", "Half-Blood", "Mesh", "Egg Stand", "The False King".

Well, I am great.

I didn't expect the title of the book to come out so sloppily.

-----

I left "Star Red" out on the table before, but there was no sign of it being read by my family.

Apparently, I am the only "chosen reader" in my family.

In high school, I vaguely wanted to major in applied physics.

I studied electronics in college and electrical engineering in graduate school.

Then, afterwards, I was involved in the operations described in the following diagram.

So, the following card arrived today.

"Come to think of it, I've come a long way"

I am deeply aware of this.

Thanks to open source, I can use computer resources with great ease. I appreciate it.

Thank you so much for letting me use this excellent software for free.

Perhaps we software engineers are the "wealthiest people in the world.

Surprisingly, I think this idea may be right on the money.

"Every time I download open source software, it's like an ATM overflowing with 10,000 yen bills."

If we can arrive at this image, software engineers are the richest in the world.

I was looking for it, and I found it.

Aside from that.

As usual, I bring my tablet into the bath and read a book.

I had written this before,

These days, I would instead take the risk of submerging my tablet than an analog book.

It is easier to read in the bath.

Recently, I have been reading the web novel site Kakuyom.

Of these novels, I am currently 'recommending' this one.

-----

I used to avoid this kind of AI stuff. I used to avoid this kind of AI stuff because it made me angry when I read it.

Recently, I have been using generative AI extensively, and I have also been taking on requests for work related to generative AI.

Amidst all this, I feel my way of thinking is changing.

It's starting to seem like, 'In the future, the AI in this novel could appear.

That does not mean that "AI has intelligence".

I still think that anyone who believes in "cingular points" should wait until they are dead.

My paradigm shift is the exact opposite of that.

"What we have believed to be "intelligence" may be same as what a computer can compute."

The idea is "downgrading intelligence on the human side.

Well, I think it's a bit of a sad thought for humanity, but that's really how I feel when I learn about the current capabilities of generative AI.

-----

I just asked ChatGPT, "I think the current generative AI has passed the Turing Test easier. the ChatGPI turned it to me,

"The consensus is that, while generative AI is indeed evolving and capable of generating human-like text, it still doesn't pass the Turing test lightly."

I don't know if this is fact, modesty, or whether ChatGPT is tuned to answer in that way

ChatGPT responds, 'Isn't that obvious?' -- I think that would piss me off.
