If even they are sweet buns, nattos, and dislikable food, it is not suitable as a diet method, at the moment of "eating process".

The basic theory of diet is very simple.

(1)Getting energy(calorie), and

(2)if you consume more than the calorie, you lose your weight.

(3)if you consume less than the calorie, you gain your weight.

That is all.

Based on this theory, it is good that "eating suitable mount of favorite food" is better that "eating only dislikable food". In addition, it will make you happy.

I like the quiz program whose title is "Be new to Dr.Hayashi" and watch it.

This program often make a feature of "new diet method"

The "new diet method" that a professor at some college seems to invents, is going to be opened with the result of experimental trial.

Previously, I tried to search the paper of the new method, which he/she might have completed their dissertation. Unfortunately, I have never found the paper before. Of course my research might be not incomplete.

However, it is a new diet method that has already been opened by administrative mass media to public people.

If so, at the homepage of the program, it is natural that the press has a responsibility to open the information of experimental environment, person being tested, method of experiment and results using numbers.

Do I say something wrong ? (My daughters say to me "Watch the TV quietly")

It means, that the return value of formula is changing by age, background, attribution of victim and victimizer.

The write who have no concept of "time" is going to finish writing such a stupid article.

They skip the important thought that even if it is an action that was not recognise, as a power harassment, now it become perfect power harassment at the present.

The following are the practical example of this "stupid"

- To argue the judge during real fire and earthquake accident, at a quiet room with enormous information and time.

more, for more an extreme example,

This "stupid" like this, is basically rude, lazy, and arrogant.

Needless to say, anyone doesn't want change their own policies and behaviors of the life. Because that is messy and annoying even for everyone.

However, when everyone is going to compromise and change their policies little by little, in order to realize better society.

this "stupid" is thinking "Only I, want keep my policies at all, even if the society is going to change"

To tell you the truth, this "stupid" is not only "rude", "arrogant" but also "harmful"

On careful thought, it is natural that many "seniors" are "stupid writers" like the above.

People for our generations and the beyond, have no more energy or physical strength to change ourselves any more.

Changing the subject.

You know, this summer had been incredible hot, standing in fear of our life.

However, the administrators of the NA(neighborhood association)(including me) didn't stop a evacuation drill in midsummer, and preparation of a summer festival.

This is because that the administrators could not have flexibility of "change with time" of hot temperature trend every year.

(Whenever I found the people with sickly face, I advice him/her to return home soon. I said to them "If someone blame you, you can just say "Ebata's command")

And the dismay of the first magnitude for me, is that there was an administrator who started smoking among people who took a rest of preparation of summer festival.

Of course, I know,

"It is not an illegal activity to smoke in a park (depending on parks)"

- Once going out of the park,

- searching a place with no people

I was really surprised from the bottom of my heart, to know that the conventional wisdom in my mind, is not tackled by society as a whole.

I'm not going to criticize such "senior citizens of the same generation or older" like this.

In particular, it is unavoidable that opportunities to retire from elderly people will not be accessible to real society.

I think that it is inevitable that it is impossible to share the "implicit social wisdom" that I have.

I think that "birth rate is a sort of report card of the nation from the citizen.

Except for the countries where the citizen think a child is a labor, and the death rate of children is extremely high, "birth rate" assumes "expected value of happiness"

For example,

For the nation that have citizens who cannot feel happy to bear and rear a child, the birth rate is going down.

For the nation that have citizens who don't think that their child will be happy, the birth rate is going down.

So it is an "expected value"

Both Japan and the neighboring country in peninsula, are the worst birth rate countries in the world.

Last weekend, I read "the birth rate in Korea is going less than "1.0" in the newspaper.

I was really shocked to read the article.

I have tried to the population simulation under condition of "the birth rate less 1.0" before, and I remember that the result made me pale.

In order to overcome the aging of its population and the declining birth rate, we need a long time(more than several ten years). If not a certain amount of population, the effect will be not expected.

Now the government is going to hammer out laws, more favorable terms, welfare work and so on. and aiming the birth rate of "1.8".

The target is clear.

It is "temporization".

The strategy is to be expected to arrive the breakthrough reproductive technology in the future.

We know the society of increase in population well.

On the contrary,we know only the society.

And our society has been designed like that, and we don't know how to deal with the society of decrease in population.

Well, we might know it well.

declining tax revenues, declaration of bankruptcy of local authority, downslide or stop of public society service, job loss, chain reaction bankruptcy, and budget constraint of warfare....

In a word, we will not watch the documentary program about peoples who are brought up in poverty

but will be such people like that.

Using the word "Early-morning activities". studies and works are being promoted.

Against it, I have already told that I am doing "late-night activities" for getting witting time.

The reason of my "late-night activities", is that I have no tool for writing, except for using a PC.

Thanks to this activities, I can use a PC, having a seat on round-trip commute of 3 hours.

In addition, I have no device to input character to keep a speed of my thoughts, except for a PC

If I can use the smart-phone input method by one-handed, I could write on a crowded train.

However the input speed of a smart-phone is far inferior to that of a PC.

Therefore, I come to use a PC rather than a smart-phone.

The ratio at the present is 1:9999 = smart-phone : PC

However, "I cannot write anything witout a PC"

Even if this excuse is allowed for everyone in the world,

at least I know I am not able to be allowed by anyone.

Because, both the following phrase

"I can use a PC, but I cannot use a smart-hone"

and

"I can use a pencil but I cannot use a PC"

are basically same.

In other word, the above two phrases are same excuses of "alternate "what I can do" and "what I cannot do"

I have blamed persons who take the leadership of many people (including an incumbent minister) for not trying to use a PC.

I am really a dastard, if I try to justify by myself about "I cannot use a smart-phone"

First of all, I have to start to use a crowded train everyday. I want to get a seat soon.

However, it is difficult for me to change the commute environment of mine.I hate a crowed train. (Who likes a crowded train?)

Above all, I hate congestion, line, and human being( my family said so).

I am afraid that the remaining solution is "smart-phone operation with walking", however, this is immoral pronoun, and goes against the time.

My wife has already got a cheerful night-clothes for me, and recommended me to wear it, but I have not tried it.

The night-clothes "an elder wears in a hospital" is really comfortable (and a little expensive).

However, I am wondering why the providing company doesn't intend to make them flamboyant in design. Is there something reason for it ?

It may be that it is a sort of "beauty of form".

The other day, the accident occurred in Hokkaido, that employees in an office tries to put liquid mass of spray pan and the gas exploded hugely with a fire of a gas feed water heater.

"I see. some people cannot make the image of the accident"

I watched the TV news program with thinking deeply.

Recently I come to think,
