2021-04-02 I thought to myself, "Oh, so that's why sensitive information about the organization is not coming to my ears". [長年日記]

(Continuation from yesterday)

I would like to seriously approach this case from an "organizational system" perspective.

"Why is corona literacy so sloppy in the hands of those who are in charge of leading corona literacy?"

I would like to review this from the perspective of "system architecture of corporate organizations" without emotion or subjectivity.

-----

Why didn't some officials come forward to stop this folly before it happened?

Of course, I know that "snitching on the follies of your superiors means your own death in the organization".

I'm also an office worker.

So, I understand that I can't say the right things out in the open.

However, there must have been many ways to do so, such as anonymously tipping off or informing others.

If they couldn't use the inside of the organization, they could have easily stopped it by spreading it through anonymous social networking sites.

If "no one was able to stop them," it means that the organization has an organizational culture that "what the top says is never wrong," or that the organization has no self-cleansing function.

However, in an organization of 20 or more people, there is always at least one person who can't read the air.

As I was writing this, I had a sudden realization.

I thought to myself, "Oh, so that's why sensitive information about the organization is not coming to my ears".

I (Ebata) am hopelessly unable to read the atmosphere in the organization. I am aware of this.

Well, that's aside.

So far, the Corona series has continued with the Shibata Report by "Dr. Shibata of the Run Over" until the fourth installment.

If I have the opportunity to write the fifth installment, I would like to change my perspective and write it myself.

The title is "Corporate (x Individual) Corollary Literacy from a Systems Theory Perspective".
