2020-06-16 "If I want to stop it, I can stop it soon." [長年日記]

The term "drug addiction" is used, but I suppose I could be called a "cslsin(*) addiction" for now.

(*)It is a kind of tranquilizer, and you can get a prescription for 20 tablets for about 700 yen.

However, I don't know if I can call it an "addiction" because I only take it every couple of days or so when I wake up early in the morning.

Incidentally, according to the FHLB's definition, addiction is described as "a state of mind that is so fascinated by something in particular that even if you want to stop, you can't.

I "feel safer" when I have cslsin under my pillow.

However, I don't think it's quite as "mind-blowing" as it sounds.

-----

One thing is for sure, people with addictions commonly say

"If I want to stop it, I can stop it soon."

-----

For me,

"If I stop it, I will die of insomnia. Therefore, I can't stop it.

I say paradoxically,

"I'm not an addict"
