I have mentioned about "slow response of IT of the neighborhood association". Well, the neighborhood association is still a volunteer organization (public stance).

However, I cannot ignore "slow response of IT-based nursing care services", because I am an client of the service( correctly, my parents are clients).

As for IT-based nursing care service, people who are not at the front of nursing care will soon jump to the point of view of "nursing care robot"and "security monitoring of nursing care subjects", however, it's a simpler story.

- Information cooperation among helper, care manager, and welfare committee

They are sharing nursing information with handwritten notes, and the content has not been properly communicated. E-mail is not used, needless to say Web system.

- Response outside office hours

No substitute communication means (by e-mail or Web) when the telephone can not be connected

- Location information of nursing care taxis

To keep a care recipient waiting outside for burning and extremely cold.

When writing such a thing, some government offices may propose a hard-to-use system called "nursing care business communication infrastructure", and it can irritate the front of the nursing care site.

I think that it is enough that people with helpers and care managers use e-mails and blogs.

But - in fact, the individual differences are terribly large.
