To tell you the truth, We have already been hijacked by computer.

Even just thinking a little,

- Railway operation management (including recovering from the accident),

- Reactor emergency shutdown system,

- Vehicle inflow and outflow control by traffic signals

It is, if not a computer, does not hardly able to control.

Some of these systems, contain the reasoning engine, and can work by their judgements.

But, I think that no system had functions that work base on their own rules at the present.

If the administrator of system don't know "what the computer is thinking", they will feel scary and cannot manage the system.

A representative SF book "two faces of the future" whose author is representative, shows the concrete image of "a computer that we cannot understand".

Certainly, I think that it was a story as follow.(please examine if you are interested in it).

(1)A man ordered the work of leveling the surface of the moon to the computer.

(2)The man's work estimates period was "six months", but the computer was calculated as "15 minutes".

(3)The man tried the process to the computer, the computer made the equipment that had been waiting on the lunar orbit, dropped onto the surface of the moon. As a result, the computer completed the "leveling" the lunar surface in a way that "carpet bombing".

I remember well the phrase of the conversation, after the above scene.

"The computer, seems to have been good likely to submit the final report of the accident"
