There are a lot of excellent engineers in the world, who open their programming codes they made by themselves without stint(in many case, they are free).

These source codes are called "open source".

"Open sources" are adaptable for several computer operating systems, and other people can improve them. In addition, we can make a new software based on the source codes.

I think that this "open source" movement is an firm evidence for being "good will" in the world.

However, many opened "open sources" has a lot of steps, and are neat and logical. Moreover, it came to be optimized very well. It means,

The codes are difficult to read out for me.

Reading bulletin boards in the Internet, there are many case of "clamping "burden of proofs" against a opponent", especially using by short messages (like Twitter). Sterile arguments happen and resource of time are

"Why do I have to prove the logic that you claim?"

"you are stupid, are you?"

In such a scene, I have witnessed many times.

I do not pretend to afford such things as saying "I do not care" or "This guy are really a fool".

I think that these are obediently "unpleasant" and are calmly "furious".

Anyway, before we teach elementary school children 'English' or 'program', I think that "principle of burden of responsibility" should be taught thoroughly.

- People who are not competent enough to develop "reason" will be forced to silence

I don't know the reason, however, the license seems to be legitimate. I don't think about it deeply.

This time, the OS seems to work well without telephone authentication.

I am moved that the Windows10 OS works well even on the 32Bit PC.
