After that, a reader of my diary gave me an advice to use "Data SIM" (Because I don't take care of voice communication)
Just before, I have submitted a contract about the cheapest smart-phone hardware and Data-SIM.
To begin with, I am aiming to writing my diary from a smart-phone within one year.

This time, the ski shoes broke down into rumbling.
The joint of the buckle was peeled off, the plastic in the sole crumbled, and the screws were exposed.

At this time, the Ebatas becomes "anti-establishment", except for my junior daughter.

From this month, I have started to use a smart-phone(low-speed data communication only).
As I mentioned before, the purposes of the smart-phone are, (1)training of IME of a smart-phone, (2)replacing PC.
To tell you the truth, I work hard for the training, however, if I don't do it, I will not go to the next stage. This time, I prepare myself for the worst.

In past years, the PC whose name was "PC9801" spread out the concept of PC in Japan.
However, (it might be just a rumor) it was a famous story that more than 90% of PC9801 for private use, were sleeping in closets.
At that time, PCs were not installed not only applications but also Operation System. So end users should work for the installations and activations.
Thoses were, like trying to install iOS and Andoroid to your smart-phone by youself. The technical quality was incredible high.
Therefore, this story should not be "more than 90% of people can not use" but "at least 10% of people used it".
In fact, at that time, "being able to use a personal computer" was a "proof of elite", that is more meaningful than any educational background.
I made experiment reports by word processor and submitted it, and teaching how to use applications and simple programming in the PC classroom. I earned wages by PCs.

Since continuous working hours are short, The unit price per unit time is not expensive at all, when converting the time to go to a predetermined place, etc.,
And those who can work as a tutor are often students of a famous university. and such a person is "smart" in principle.
So, this "smart person" cannot understand the existence of children who

Once, I discussed this issue(low power consumption) with an engineer. He said "That is smart-phones".
Any smart-phone should work without outlet anywhere.
Therefor, the CPU or device developments has progressed to realize power saving, as a result, the merit has spread out other fields.

About a week ago, I wrote "I crashed a HDD by my mistake" in my diary.
A few days ago, I got a HDD by yahoo auction to recover files.
I wanted to save time, so I made a bit of owner's suggested price.
Last night, I started a recovery software, and left it until this morning.
This software showed in a display
"The estimated remaining time 33.45 hours"
All files has renamed alphanumeric characters, so I will change the file names again.
If I ask this work for a professional engineer, it might go well. However I didn't want to spend much money for this task.

I know well "It's too late to say such a thing", however,
I ask you to work for backup, not only files but also OS images.
In fact, OS image backup is very important.
Now, PC is crashed by not only users, but also mal-ware from outside world.
If you save the OS image backup, you can date back to the time.
Once my PC was hijacked by a crack software that showed Kanji characters only. At the time, I can recover the PC before the cracking attack.

When I was in Colorado, USA. I asked a local native speaker who taught English conversation to me.

"When I was in Japan, I felt unhappy not to use Japan sees frequently. However thanks to that, it was true that I could enjoy life in Japan"
I think this story comes to be generalized.
It means,
Not only I but also other persons, who have experienced overseas work, can return to Japan with happy memories. Because

Since GW starts, I got a massed time. Therefore, I read the full sentence of the Supreme Court sentence(but it was a very short sentence).

The contents of the judgement sentence is basically the same as my opinion,
- Do not cut the corner(→ properly take the warrant through the court)
- If you want it, Legislate properly (→ try to Lobby activities)
Besides there were interesting "supplemental opinions" (2 of 15 of Supreme Court justices )
- We know well that the legislation takes much time, so the court should issue a warrant, given the seriousness of the incident.
I thought that this "supplemental opinions" was very important, however, no news had said it.

This Supreme Court ruling was common interpretation, based on the penal code law principle. So I did not understand why the opinion was divided by the lower court.
Both Osaka and Hiroshima District Court said "no illegality", on the other hand, Nagoya District Court judged said "illegality".
Osaka and Hiroshima has a image of gangsters in my mind.
Maybe "regionality influences judgement?"
I thought that vaguely.
When GW period starts, I went to a municipal library to read books and public white papers about "work style reform"
Once, when I wrote about society with fewer children, I felt two things at this time,
"Government white papers are great (good job)
and
"bottom lines of the papers are invisible"

According to "work style reform", there seems to be some problems against the present work style.
And the white papers say that the approaches to the reform are clear. However, the "purposes" are not clear.
For example, Work Life Balance(WLB) is, frankly speaking, "obedience and distribution"
This is an opposite concept of "concentration in core competance", many companies want to call.
Here, one question has happened.
I wonder if the government tries to the direction of not "concentration in core competance" but "obedience and distribution".
Of course, there is a goal of "WLB contributes to individual happiness."
Unfortunately, my brain cannot accept the thought of "movement measure to pursuit personal happiness".
It cannot be helped, because it is me.

Reading government materials and many books, I come to think that I can explain this Work Life Balance(WLB) as a concept.
"Each one of us is an exchangeable multipurpose part that supports the nation of Japan"
I think that it is possible to explain the whole picture of this "working way reform" in a clearly understandable way.
Based on that idea, I will try it by numbers in future.
