2023-03-17 For me, "Prime Minister's policy speech" at the opening of the Diet is just right. [長年日記]

Something I still don't understand.

- Method of deciding the agenda at the National People's Congress of China

I have no idea what exactly is being discussed and in what manner.

To begin with, is there such a thing as a "resolution of rejection" at this convention?

I have never seen them on the Japanese news.

I'm not sure what to look up on WikiPedia, etc.

I would appreciate it if you could point me to some good resources or books.

- Continuous standing ovation in the "U.S. General State of the Union Address"

It is clearly 'weird'.

It is uncomfortable as if I am being shown pure "flattery".

To put it another way, it is as sickening as "people dancing around in the front seats of a North Korean military parade, acting like crazy and joyful people.

For me, "Prime Minister's policy speech" at the opening of the Diet is just right.

I think anyone who unleashes a loud, ungraceful yell is a lowlife, but it's a lot better than a standing ovation.
