with my deep emotion.

I was always looking in a desperate feeling about stupid Japanese craftsman training method, like, "first from dishwashing," "steal them by your eyes". But after the program, I think that slight hope is coming.

Especially, the above "ramen school" teaches technologies to make up the same taste of ramen anytime anywhere, using flasks, test tube and several measurements.

This ways are usual in industrial field (manufacturing industry, in special), however, the world of craftworkers has not been applicable for a long time without reasons.

To begin with, needless to say, there is no relationship between "delicious ramen" and dishwashing, senior, junior, period of training.

It is a self-evident fact, having no use for logic.

I don't care for the craftworker's carrier, even if it just one week or more than ten years. It is out of my scope.

A shop who says "adamantine stubbornness" might tell a lie.

Because no shop survives without trying improvement of tastes and other qualities, depending on trends and customers.
