Previously, I heard the story from a junior co-worker that "being abused motivated him".

I felt that this was the first contact to an alien.

I was surprised that "He is a real human being in the world".

In my case, I cannot accept any abuse.

There are two patterns that I can react against an abuse.

"getting down" or "resenting".

I could learn a lot from my faults, but I could not learn anything from scolding me.

So nobody should scolds me.

If you scolds me, my operating capability is going down dynamically.

Some people might be fed up with saying "this is a opinions of almost 50 years old man isn't it?".

Unfortunately my mind has stopped since I was a teenager.

Even when I got a job, got married, had children, there have been no progress for me.

In opposition, I can work well even if I am praised.

Sometimes I can get an amazing new record of my operation capability.

So I want you to praise me, and I can generalise it easily.

So to speak, I believe that

"Everybody in the world must want to praise them."
