Last half of this year, I have been in the head office(HO) of a project.
Though the HO has many kinds of jobs, the most important technique is "following"
"To let them to finish a task complete by the deadline"
But this is very troublesome.
If I contact them indulgently, the deadline will break. If I contact them strongly, it will be something offensive, and may become bullying.
It is vital to respond while adjusting the exquisite balance.

includes both love and threat at the same time.
In fact, I let them break the deadline and carry out "apology cruising “practically.
