I confirmed the issue again, again and again.

Because this topic was the most important point for my family.

Before the contract, all of seller of the mass sales store promised,

"iPhone is available for "AU Safety Navigation service"

I also said that "All my family use the service and we have to give up changing Softbank regardless of the cost"

So I didn't understand why I could not set up the service.

So I went to a AU shop and bowed in apology with saying

"May I ask you set up the service for this iPhone?"

However I had an experiment of construction for a social infrastructure. I had to bow my head for just a communication terminal,

I couldn't understand that not only retailers but clerk in AU shop didn't know the service at all.

On the other hand, I seemed to be a poor victim who got taken in and made the contract with false description of contents.
