■そのトラブルと平和の維持に、膨大なコストを払い続けなければならない
keeping to pay enormous cost for the trouble and peace.
ことが必要であり、
さらに、その前提として、そのパソコンの利用者が、社会の詳細な仕組み(ハードウェアやOSカーネル、システムアーキテクチャ、メモリ、周辺デバイス(ドライバ))を、ほぼ完璧に理解していないと、成立しません。
