そのようなことをすれば、『教育や部活が成立しなくなる』と言うのであれば、その「教育や部活」は、最初から存在しなくて良いのです。

または、日々激務の教師に「イジメや暴言の兆候」を発見するのには限界がある、というのであれば ―― それ(「兆候検知」)を、ITサービス会社に「外注」してしまいましょう。
